Stayed here twice, a week apart. Actually assigned the same room. My experience was great and traveled with 2 dogs. I did notice this time on the pet area outside that dog poop had not been picked up by owners. Perhaps the bag stations need monitoring and filling. I always carry a supply of bags. I have noticed if poop bags not readily available pet areas quickly become a problem. The walking area is beautifully maintained otherwise

Nothing special about the surrounding area except its proximity to Great Wolf Lodge, an Interstate exit and some distance from a large lake. But, this is a top notch suite hotel that I would recommend for anyone who has to be in the area. The staff are pleasant, the on-site breakfast has good variety, the small convenience store has an adequate selection, and the rooms seem to lack nothing and are well laid out and clean. There are no chargers for electric cars on the property. There is a fine pool area and a small retention pond for a view.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. The pool area was clean and although we didn't go to the gym it looked nice. The rooms were also very clean and modern. Breakfast was good as well!

Pros: The staff was over the top friendly and would stay again just because of them. The hotel was super clean and loved the grill area by the pool. Great idea having a dishwasher in the room. Cons: The location was very blah with only Wolf Lodge nearby. Could use some more privacy from traffic.

I stayed at the property for a fishing tournament. The place was clean and neat. The staff was awesome. The parking was a little small for me and my boat. It would be great to have had electrical hook ups for charging batteries.

I am not happy with this reservation, paid almost $300 for one night. It was dirty, smelled like a dog, everything had stains (chair, floors, etc). I felt so dirty when i left. The tv didnt work and neither did the remote blinds. I thought it being Hilton, it would be at least nice but was disgusting. Never again!!!!

We arrived very early in the morning to a smiling attendant at the counter. Gail was informative with nearby things to do and compassionate when our child broke a glass at breakfast. Room was immaculate and fit us all comfortably.

Great amenities. Room was not cleaned very well, table still had crumbs and there were dirty tissues and wrappers in drawers and under tables. One pillow had a blood stain on it... There was also music coming from outside all night from the direction of the pool

Clean room, spacious. We’ve stayed here a few times over the years. It’s always clean and always had very good stays. The check in process was rough this time because they called me while driving and said they were going to cancel if i couldn’t make it by 3p or give card numbers by 3pm. Maybe booking directly from now on or book at Marriott being built across the parking lot. Idk, but I hope they go back to the old ways of verifying card and ID upon arrival (which they ended up doing anyway because pulling over on the highway in a long construction zone wasn’t working for me) Other than that, everything was great!

My only complaint is about the cleanliness of the bed linens. There were VERY dingy with visible spots. It did not look like they use bleach on their bed linens. I was able to request additional linen from housekeeping which didn’t look any better.

The first night of our stay, we didn’t have a working a/c unit. They did bring up an industrial size fan to make it a little more comfortable. We had no linens for the sofa bed and they were completely out of everything when I asked for some. I thought they would at least give me a partial refund for the one night without a/c, but because I booked through a third party, they said they could not.

Property is average, things we liked & things we didn’t. Staff is very friendly. Room is very spacious, so that’s a plus. However, water pressure in shower is horrendous so that’s a huge negative. Washing your hair? You better plan on a lot more time because the water pressure is ridiculously bad. I know hotels are really cutting back these days on how often they clean the rooms, but I find this new trend ridiculous. Hotel prices continue to constantly increase. You’re paying much more money for average rooms, the least ALL hotels could do is go back to regular cleaning. At this property it is every other day cleaning. Although we stayed for 3 nights our room was somehow overlooked and never cleaned. Although disappointing, I have to compliment the staff who notified management and upon checkout we had a small credit to our bill. I do appreciate taking accountability for being overlooked and for trying to credit us in some way.

Rooms are great. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Breakfast was not what we normally get. No eggs, no oatmeal, grits were gone by 830. Frozen breakfast sandwiches and waffles are about it.

I was in town for a memorial service that started at noon. The check in lady (never got her name) did everything she could to get me in before check in time so I could brush my teeth and freshen up. I had been on the road since 0400 and that was a huge deal

Pros: The staff was over the top friendly and would stay again just because of them. The hotel was super clean and loved the grill area by the pool. Great idea having a dishwasher in the room. Cons: The location was very blah with only Wolf Lodge nearby. Could use some more privacy from traffic.

It was affordable and one of the closet hotels to West Point Lake. The breakfast was awesome. They would even have things wrapped to take away. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are great. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Breakfast was not what we normally get. No eggs, no oatmeal, grits were gone by 830. Frozen breakfast sandwiches and waffles are about it.

Everytime i stay at this hotel i am super impressed. They are reasonable and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast spread is fantastic. There is something for everyone. I love the 24 access to coffee, that is so appreciated when you travel for work.

The Breakfast was Excellent!! So many options to pick from. I also loved the option of eating off of dishes, drinking out of glasses and the ability to use silverware that was not plastic. It gave a really nice touch. The room was very comfortable and roomy. I will be seeking out this hotel wherever we go. Thanks for all you do!

Enjoyed my stay from the beginning to the end. We were checked quickly by friendly staff. The room (King Suite) was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was better than most hotels in this price range. This was our third trip this year.

The property is clean and spacious. Breakfast has good options. Only drawback with our stay was that the shower wouldn't work. The knob was jammed and not a drop of water came out of it.

Excellent! Staff is amazing! Breakfast was great…waffles, bacon , egg bites and some delicious Parmesan leak pastry thing!!! Rooms are big and clean bathrooms(a must)! Carpet in hallways is beautiful just need a good cleaning

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. From the people at the front desk, to the wonderful kitchen staff, to housekeeping, I can honestly not fault anything. The entrance with outdoor social space and the lobby with seating, tables, and 24/7 coffee, tea, and water were an absolute delight to come in to. There is something about being able to get a cup of hot gourmet rainforest alliance coffee at 9pm as you head up to your room that feels special. As a person who has traveled a good bit and stays where they can afford, this location felt like I would imagine being treated at a luxury hotel in a big city like New York but without any pretentiousness or feeling like they were trying too hard. There were 2 occasions where something had ran out at the breakfast bar and when asked the staff rapidly handled the situation. Our room was immaculate and incredibly stocked with everything we could possibly need. I am used to having to ask staff for extra towels, blankets, etc. but there was absolutely no need. They also had several other services we didn't avail ourselves of such as dry cleaning. There were a few cosmetic "issues" if you call it that (chipped paint, small carpet stains, and a damaged blind which didn't hurt it's function AT ALL) which as a person who has stayed many places, should all be chalked up to use over years.
