My check in was pretty easy. He was helpful. It appeared to be clean but a bit outdated as far as furniture, bedding, etc. My phone didn't work. The area adjacent to the lobby was very dark. It wasn't a very "bright" hotel, just the decor and stuff was kinda dark. It wasn't horrible just like I stated a bit outdated.

Great service & check in but at night you must use key to re enter hotel. the next morning card was already deactivated before check out and had to be reactivated in order to get back in room before check out. Very very clean affordable rates Overall would recommend

Shower pressure was weak, room did not have a DND tag inside room, no bottled water was provided and vending machines were inoperable. Luggage storage prior/post checkout was also not an available service. Despite requesting a late checkout, was still asked about checkout around normal checkout time.

Staff was friendly, but 2nd floor dryer could not dry my work clothes. 1.50 per dryer cycle- quarters only, and 6 dollars later still not dry. Location was good with nearby restaurants.

They need to do better keeping up with maintenance. The water pressure was very low in the shower. The bathroom door latch was broken. The A/C in the 2nd floor hall ways didn't work.

Disappointing Stay - Unclean Rooms and Poor Customer Service I stayed at this hotel for two weekends in a row because it was conveniently located near where my daughter was taking a class. Unfortunately, both experiences were extremely disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and unprofessional service. During my first stay, I noticed several issues, including a dirty room, smelly blankets, and dusty table, dirty lights & nasty fridge. Despite these problems, I chose not to write a review, instead leaving a note in the room with my suggestions for improvement. To my surprise, when I returned the next weekend and was given the same exact room, none of the issues had been addressed. The room was still dirty, the blanket had not been washed, and I even found the same black olive from my pizza last weekend still on the floor. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned at all. I also found the note I left the previous week still untouched. When I approached the front desk, the manager was unavailable, and I was met by a short Indian lady who seemed to be responsible for housekeeping. When I politely requested clean sheets, she responded with a rude attitude, telling me that if I was complaining, I should take a refund for the day and leave the hotel. She then walked away, showing no concern for my situation. This encounter made me more suspicious, and upon inspecting the bed sheets further, I discovered bed bugs. Went in the room for 5 mins, checked right out 5 mins later I have pics I will be posting on google review do not book !! Waiting on my refund now . The man is rude ,no pillow cases smudges on the wall from hands and food , make up on the wall, bathtub rusted , smells awful, dry BLOOD on wall , like I said I’m posting pics on google !!

Staying at the property was very unsatisfactory. Our towels had hair in them that were "fresh". The tub had hair in it when we got in. They told us they would cancel my reservation because we didn't check in right at 3 (we were traveling and had work). The toilet was loose coming out of thr ground. The pillows were flat and the light didn't work the first night. The shower had no pressure and when you look at the head, there was a lot ie grime and water buildup. The room was nonsmoking but there were ashes on the air conditioner. Overall, I would recommend going somewhere else.

The hotel was in disrepair. The rooms smelled mildewed. It was dirty. The air conditioning could not keep up. Travelocity pictures showed there is breakfast, but there was only coffee! There was no shampoo or tissues. The conditioner bottle that was left in the bathroom was already used. And 24-hour front desk is not true. Travelocity, it seems the hotel is under new management. It should no longer be rated a 7.0 Good hotel.

Upon arrival to our room, we walked into a hot hotel room that smelled horrible! We turned the air on which blew Luke-warm air out, and proceed to wait for the room to cool off. While waiting we decided to begin to unpack, while unpacking we found dirty stained lampshades and a disgusting rusted/plastered shower. The overall appearance of the room was nothing like what the Expedia website had advertised. My husband went downstairs to ask about the air and see how long it would take to cook off. They said the room should cool off within 20-30 minutes. So, we continued to wait and see. However, after 30 minutes the room was still close to 80 degrees. My husband went back downstairs to speak with a manager and see if we could switch rooms. We were told there was no other rooms available. My husband asked if we were able to get a refund as it would not be possible to stay in that room without air and 2 small children in the Georgia July heat. The manager said that since we booked through Expedia we would have to reach out to them. We reached out to Expedia, and after some time they stated that the hotel and decided not to refund our money. We have reached out to Expedia and we will be reaching out to the hotel again also. However, I would not recommend this hotel at ALL, and I would not use Expedia for any future bookings. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! Both ruined our family trip and experience!!!

We stayed in this Econo Lodge in Marietta instead staying in Atlanta. It was close to the highway that ran into Atlanta and had access to other close communities for dining options. No breakfast but we knew that up front. Our room was clean but the shower and AC unit were a little dated. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom door was severely broken. Door had been kicked in & half the lights in bathroom were burnt out. Someone had spilled coffee next to bed & the floor was not mopped prior to us checking in. Front desk was very pleasant & offered to change rooms but we didn’t want to at 11:30pm.

The only thing I liked that it was convenient to the interstate. The lady at the desk gave access to 3 big men to my room. The beds were lumpy and was a double not queen. TV didnt work but she finally did fix it(90 MINUTES) after I went back down since the in room phone didnt work. WILL NOT GO BACK.

No hot water, bathroom door was split, and wouldnt stay closed. Phone in room didnt work. Hair dryer was broke and not working. Bed was worn out and sunk in the middle. No water pressure and shower head was calcified.

When you walk inside the property, there is an unpleasant odor. We were assigned a room next to the lobby, the workers were talking in the lobby all night until 2am, which you hear it, was unable to sleep because of it. They used a very strong fragrant in the room, which gave me a headache. My guess is that the frangrant is used to mask the unpleasant odor. The bed was ok, it could use better pillows. The toilet was leaking water when you flush it. The price was cheap. If you just need a place to sleep and take a shower before hitting the road again, than it is ok. But I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night stay.

I arrived at property with a valid paper ID while I was awaiting delivery of the hard copy ID. I was turned away stating the paper application would not allow me to complete registration. The paper ID showed an expiration as a valid ID for 120 days issued 5/2025. The hotel mgr admitted they did not charge me because I didn't stay but Expedia will not refund the charge of $140.34. I was not allowed entry to hotel so had to book and pay for another room

The only thing I liked that it was convenient to the interstate. The lady at the desk gave access to 3 big men to my room. The beds were lumpy and was a double not queen. TV didnt work but she finally did fix it(90 MINUTES) after I went back down since the in room phone didnt work. WILL NOT GO BACK.

Everything was good. The check in lady was very nice and gave me an excellent recommendation for dinner! The only thing that was disturbing and very frustrating was that my credit card was charged $20.00 for “incidentals”. What REALLY made me mad was at check out the next morning was that I had been told it would be put back on my card when I checked out. The lady checking me out that morning could not speak hardly ANY English and had to go ask why it would not be put back on my card until sometime after 11:00AM!!! RIDICULOUS! And UNNECESSARY! Her lack of English and not putting the $20.00 on my card immediately really ruined the ‘stay experience”. I doubt I will stay there anytime in the near future because of it. You also advertise on the web a breakfast included, but there was none!! Fix this false advertising!

Great service & check in but at night you must use key to re enter hotel. the next morning card was already deactivated before check out and had to be reactivated in order to get back in room before check out. Very very clean affordable rates Overall would recommend

**DON'T DO IT*** This was the worse place ever reserved ahead of time arrived and received keys to a dirty room unmade beds bag of trash and water bottles in the room she showed us a second room and upon opening the door we were greeted by a roach offered us a 3rd room and became upset because I didn't want to stay with roaches. She told me to quiet down so other guests wouldn't be made aware of roaches. Don't go here Super8 across the street was cheaper and nicer

There were two incidents that occurred. The first one was despite having I do not disturb sign inserted in the key area housekeeping still came in the room and violated my privacy. The second incident which is most severe for the reason I can’t bring myself to even critique other areas high is the fact that they had bedbugs. Once it was brought to the attention of the general manager there was no remedy offered. Customer Service went from being great to a complete failure! The manager suggested that I could have went up the street and found a bedbug and then brought it back. despite having a bedbug in the plastic cup that I brought from the room there was no remedy offered. He offered to have pest control to come in the next day and do a report and if they saw bedbugs because there had to be more than one then he would consider remedy. But we all know that was a lie. I gave him plenty opportunity to make a right and he prefer that I call the health department and write this review.

The hotel was excellent for exactly what I wanted. A one night stay before traveling on to my destination. It is a very convenient location, close to many different restaurants. The only complaint I have was the water pressure for the shower. The pressure for a bath was excellent, but when you switched to the shower, it fell off dramatically. Otherwise, it was a nice night.

We stayed in this Econo Lodge in Marietta instead staying in Atlanta. It was close to the highway that ran into Atlanta and had access to other close communities for dining options. No breakfast but we knew that up front. Our room was clean but the shower and AC unit were a little dated. Bed was comfortable.

I guess it’s good enough for a quick one night stay in Smyrna. They advertised a breakfast, but was not provided. It looked like the only people staying there was to get a quick high, but they didn’t bother us. First floor smelled like weed. Bed felt like it was 40 years old. But I will say the place was cleaner than I thought it was going to be. It’s close to the Braves stadium and Whitewaters.

Hotel room was clean with a few details that could’ve been touched up. (Clean up behind the tv, spots here and there.) Bed and sheets were clean. The location may seem a bit sketch, but it is safe.

Perfect for what I needed- an extremely large and clean room, friendly yet professional staff, well within my budget, and in a safe and quiet area close to my venue. Many different food options within a short drive and close to major highways, roadways, and interstates. I will definitely stay at this property during my next business trip to Marietta.

Pics showed continental breakfast , but none offered . Shower head clogged barely sprayed water. Soap shampoo etc was poor quality and very small In portion size for two people.

Shower pressure was weak, room did not have a DND tag inside room, no bottled water was provided and vending machines were inoperable. Luggage storage prior/post checkout was also not an available service. Despite requesting a late checkout, was still asked about checkout around normal checkout time.

The hotel was in disrepair. The rooms smelled mildewed. It was dirty. The air conditioning could not keep up. Travelocity pictures showed there is breakfast, but there was only coffee! There was no shampoo or tissues. The conditioner bottle that was left in the bathroom was already used. And 24-hour front desk is not true. Travelocity, it seems the hotel is under new management. It should no longer be rated a 7.0 Good hotel.

My stay was completely unacceptable due to the lack of cleanliness and basic functionality. When I pulled back the covers, it was obvious the linens had not been changed. There were makeup smudges on the pillowcases, dirt on the sheets, and a significant amount of hair that appeared to be both human and possibly pet hair. I took the sheets to the front desk and was asked to wait in the lobby while they “located” clean ones. The employee only went into a small side room, which I assume was the laundry area, yet it took quite a while. The second set of sheets also had stains and visible dirt and did not smell freshly laundered. I went back down and was given a third set after another delay. Those were not clean either. By that point it was very late, and after three failed attempts to get clean bedding, I slept sitting upright in a chair using my own blanket. The bathroom and hallways were filthy as well. The refrigerator and microwave did not work, and the room phone was broken, so I could not call the front desk when these issues were happening. The adjustable shower head barely functioned, producing only a few weak streams of water, making it nearly impossible to rinse my hair. Clean sheets, working appliances, and basic sanitation should be the minimum standard. I would not stay here again.
