The morning spread was truly impressive—fresh, delicious, and well worth waking up for. However, the rest of the stay was let down by the staff’s slow response. Getting timely room cleaning or basic items delivered was a struggle. If they can fix the service side, this place would be great.

Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.
