This property is new. Very accommodating and clean. First hotel i have stayed in that you use your key card to turn on the lights but very smart! The hotel doesnt pay for electricity when your room is not in use. Loved the concept.

Room was cheap and clean but VERY small. The number of inconveniences to bring your own; soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, hairdryer, etc wasn’t worth it. There’s no microwave, no mini fridge, no hairdryer, no iron, no breakfast. The staff bumps up my rating but if it wasn’t for them this would be a

Nice, fairly new property staffed by very accomodating people. They took very good care of us when we had to finds accomodations for a few days while our home was being remodeled. We also have a little dog and there is NO pet fee at this Motel 6, so that was nice and the room rates were very reasonable. We stayed in a standard room for 2 days and when one opened up we moved to a suite for 2 days. The standard room is small, but not bad and the suite is very spacious. Both have walk in showers, no tub and we really liked that. The beds were very comfortable for us, they were firm we prefer that over too soft. Both rooms were on the 3rd floor and the view was nice. My only complaint was the pet areas. There are two and both provide bags for the dog waste. However there are pet owners who DO NOT pick up after their dogs and especially the main pet area right in front of the property was littered with piles of poo. Also the bins where one puts the bags of poo were overflowing, so we had to put ours in the regular trash bins. I'm pretty sure they could hire a service to deal with these areas, I would think that would be a good investment to keep the front of the propery tidy. You only get one chance to make a first impression!

New clean but mattresses cheap, hvac didn’t work so had to move rooms. No ammenities at all. No shampoo, tv bowl game in Spanish all other channels in English.

There was no shower curtain. There was no refrigerator and no free breakfast. When i checked in they only gave me on key card. They failed to tell me that a 'plastic key' has to be in a weird pocket thing inorder for the lights to stay on. So i had to go down to the office and ask about it, and then they said you have to have a key in the slot at all times. There is also only one ice machine in the entire 3 story hotel.

I was put in a room with 2 queen beds and not the room that I ordered 1 king bed there was no Iron or microwave, refrigerator

The location was good. Basic hotel. Upgraded to the suite sude that had a fridge and microwave. We would stay here again. Walmart, Wendy's and other good options in this area.

There were roaches in my room Roaches and bed bugs in the room across the hall. I have photos. Dirty sheets. I checked into a different hotel. I will never go back

The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, professional. The rooms were a great price and when we didn't have a refrigerator and microwave they quickly upgraded us to a room we preferred. It is a very cost effective place and I thought would be not up to par, but they were very clean, quiet conveniently located

Great place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Does not have the amenities of other bigger hotels. Booked it last minute but was great for the price, quiet, and clean.

The rooms were beautiful and updated but they were filthy. Food on the bed covers, end tables and floors. Ants in the bathroom and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Maintenance was annoyed when called and when we asked for towels because they had someone else’s hair all over, the front desk was put out about the extra work. The showers were dirty.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I don’t mean that it wasn’t cleaned well, I mean it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was a used bar of soap on the sink, with the wrapper thrown in the sink basin. The bathtub was visibly dirty and there was a woman’s hair scrunchie thing in the soap dish. Towels were restocked but they left a nearly empty toilet paper roll. Someone also did a bad caulking job on the tub and there was mold growing on the caulking. The mattress was hard and there were only three pillows on a king size bed. Explain to me how three pillows get divided between two people. The bed creaked and made twanging spring noises every time I got up. I did sleep pretty well despite the constant sound of my neighbors opening and closing their doors in the hallway. I get that it’s a Motel 6 and it’s not going to be a luxury property, but how bad would it be for their bottom line to have a fourth pillow? Or an air conditioner that works correctly? This is also one of those places where you have to put your key card in a little slot by the door to make the lights work. I didn’t see it right away and the guy at the front desk never said anything about it, so I took my first leak with a flashlight. How does this place have an 8.4 user rating? You people who gave a 10/10 rating, you understand that 10/10 is exceptional, right? Do you know what exceptional means? Set a higher bar. This is a two-star motel— no one expects it to be exceptional. We just expect them to clean the bathroom

The hotel looks nice on the outside, walked in everything looked nice…. UNTIL I got up to the room. First we go in the bathroom and there’s roaches. I thought ok fine it’s just a few. Nope!! I walk out and they are everywhere. To the point that I left and bought roach spray! When I sprayed the area where they seemed most concentrated, I wasn’t prepared for the amount of roaches that would come run out! The door, the walls, the entire kitchenette was infested!! The ONLY reason I didn’t leave was because it was late and I was too exhausted to drive anywhere else with my kids in the car. The beds seemed ok, even though my paranoia about the bugs wouldn’t let me sleep, and the room was spacious; if it wasn’t for the roaches and the super thin walls, it would have been just fine. You can hear everything from every room and the hallway. The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. There’s a lot of stores, food and gas stations within walking distance to the hotel.

Booked this property because it was new, great price and great reviews. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was for Motel 6. Thats where it ended. We had a room on the 1st floor not too far from the front desk. The first night we were woke up by people running up and down the halls yelling, laughing and slamming doors. We didn't complain because we thought it was kids and didnt last all night. The 2nd night we were woke up at 3am by people having that sounded like they were drunk having a party at the front desk with the staff. It went on for 45 mins until my husband called and complained. It continued even after the complaint. We ended up getting dressed and leaving at 430am because of the noise. The guy at front desk said he was sorry but there was no excuse and he should have taken care of the rowdy guests and not been a participant. We visit the area often and we will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Too many others.

The walls and ceiling are paper thin. You can hear everyone’s conversations, even the front desk clerk. There are too many flashing lights in the room and the thermostat LED screen is too bright. Then the parking lot lights light up your room. There is no coffee available in the morning. I stayed for 4 nights, and every morning the coffee bar was empty. It’s a great price per night, but then you get kids that want to party in the rooms because they can afford it. Never again, I’ll pay top dollar for some peace & quite next time I travel.

The hotel is relatively newly built or remodeled, and is fairly clean. I’m assuming in an effort to mitigate future bedbug infestation they’ve decided to go with laminate flooring which was nicer than carpet, but they decided also to go with a metal platform bed frame, so whenever you roll you can hear the bedframe creaking for lack of a better term. Other than that it’s great for the price and the staff was incredibly kind.

Best rates in town. Walls are pretty thin, I would recommend ear plugs. Basic room, all the things you need. Overall worth it.

Very nice hotel, relatively new. Bed was a little noisy with a metal frame (no box spring). Hallway and outside window (1st floor) was a little noisy 10p-11:30p, but other than that was nice.

Its always nice at this morel 6 studio. The only down fall is that the rooms are small and no fridge. I love there though. The front desk men are always nice and the rooms are new!!!

First, the building itself: this may be new construction but it's the cheapest, flimsiest, loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. The walls are thin as paper, the locks on the doors are as loud as possible, and the bathroom door in our room was so misaligned that we had to pull extremely hard just to get it to close. The beds have weird metal bases that emit a loud noise if even touched by a foot or a suitcase. The mattresses are cheap and hard. No idea about the pillows because I brought my own orthopedic pillow. Second, the staff: they seem to all be members of one family and are polite but don't seem to be invested in guest experience at all. There was a family on our floor with multiple rooms who all talked loudly, let their kids run in the hall, and were constantly opening and closing the very loud doors no matter the time of night. We miserably received very little sleep and on the second night of this BS I called down to the desk at 10:00 pm and asked if they could send staff to tell these people to be quiet. I don't think that's unreasonable at 10:00 pm. They completely ignored this request and did nothing about the issue. That family continued being awful until past 11:00 pm and was up and slamming doors at intervals throughout the night. I can't blame the staff for other people's ratched behavior, but I certainly can blame them for doing nothing about it when asked by a paying customer. Will never return to this location. I'd sleep on the street first.

Felt very unsafe on this trip. On our first night, left our room around 4-5pm and upon arrival noticed that someone entered the room and replaced all of our towels? We were only checked in for a few hours and did not request anyone to enter the room nor to change anything or clean?? The second day around 2/3pm maintenance decided to just open our door and walk in!!! No knocks, no notices and we certainly did not request or report anything!! As a female, that is insane. Why was all of the staff so comfortable entering our room unannounced & without requesting them??? We also came into our room with the toilet covered in urine. The “new” towels that were folded on the rack were covered in dirt and had some nasty looking mystery stains on them. Bed sheets also had nasty looking stains. There was blood on the shower curtain??

When I pulled up, I liked what I saw but I had a really difficult and unpleasant check in process. I had paid for the room using a reward night and the person at the counter insisted that he didn’t see it was paid and tried to charge me again even though I showed my confirmation and receipts. He ended up calling the manager and there were several people in line behind me. Ultimately the manager figured it out, so I only had to pay the deposit and not the room charge, but then I heard the same thing happening to the customer who was behind me. There was also a sign up saying the elevator was broken when it wasn’t. I was given my key without the room number written down. I wasn’t given the WiFi password when I checked in so I had to call down to the desk and the phone kept giving error messages at first before it finally worked. At 3 am I heard noise in the hall. Lots of door knocking and talking. The light on the thermostat was so bright it was hard to sleep. I tried to cover it with a pillowcase. Luckily the room was clean and nice and in good condition just like the hotel exterior and lobby but I still had a pretty irritating f experience.

Have used this facility as a stopping point when driving through … its location perfect right off highway, also great location for restaurants and pharmacies if needed … less than 15 minutes from downtown… kind of a hidden gem checks off boxes for me being budget conscious. Staff always welcoming and helpful

The surrounding area isn't the best neighborhood but I didn't run into any problems. It's a great option for a traveler on a budget, and it's close to several spots in FW. Would definitely stay again.

Access right off freeway so easy on and off … lots of restaurants pharmacy early opening and late night choices.. the facility very clean very updated and the staff very welcoming and very professional work really hard to make you feel welcome.

Did not feel safe here. People wandering in the large field in front of hotel at night. Pot smoke smell in the hallway. It was quiet, at least. Another get what you pay for thing.

Clean and new. Excellent value for money. A bit out of town and the surrounding area was not great, but at the end of the day it’s a motel.

The property is only 12 minutes from the Stock Yards and is clean and updated. Staff was very polite.

Mattress keep sliding off each side of the bed. Staff was very friendly. A bit scary from the homeless hanging around. The little table was wobbly. However it was quiet and easy to get to places.

A short trip with friends for a 5k/half marathon in Fort Worth. The rooms were clean and worth the money we paid, but the website was not accurate regarding free breakfast. Only coffee was served. Not enough to keep us from staying here again, but still. A bit disappointed.

Stayed two nights and reserved through Hotels.com App. Arrived for check in and was charged two nights “booking fee” of $6 more than booked rate. Then found out they CHARGED my credit card a $50 “Deposit” immediately and now I must wait for 4/5 business days to get it “credited” back to me. This is an underhanded property management operation that I would stay far away from. Had no breakfast, hot water was Luke warm at highest temp.

Nice building. Staff not so much. Not friendly and I was rudely awakened at 8 am by the house keeper if I was checking out. Check out wasn’t until 11 so this ruined my whole morning. Also nothing for breakfast. Other hotels in the area are the same price with better service and staff. Also it’s kind of a shady area of lake worth

Rooms were clean and new, the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The locations was very convenient. There was free coffee and a vending machine with snacks.
