We have stayed at this motel 3 times in the last year. We stop here when traveling from MN to FL and back. The grounds are so clean and well taken care of. The check was n agent and check out agent could be a little more friendly, but that is my only complaint along with the pool is never open. It’s been warm enough out the last two times we have been there and the pool was closed. The breakfast is good, just get there well before 9am, which the check in agent did not tell us. Last visit the handle was broken on our door and the check in agent was rude about it, not apologetic.

I booked due to the name of the Best Western organization, however at check in, the check in person was checking another individual and also dealing with another resident who requested additional towles and the check in person was very rude to and said i do not have any and told the resident to go away. after checking in and going to the room, it was dark and everything kind of dirty, very small room, carpet awefully dirty, the shower curtain at the bottom had all kind of stains, only one towel in the bathroom, the microwave was non functional and the room smelled of wetness. Very gross.

This place is absolutely horrible. I changed my non smoking room twice because the room smelled of cigarettes and dirty carpet. Thick dust piled up on the lamps. Old furniture decorated the room. They said the A building which we stayed was the best rooms. NOT! I clean my own shower before getting in it because there was visible dirt and strands of strange hair in it. When I finished cleaning the Lysol wipes were black. Towels, wash clothes and hand towels were LIMITED. We weren’t able to change out our towels and washcloths daily. The lighting was poor each lamp had one bulb and needed two. Just dingy!!!

my experience was great, this was my first time there and the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We love the room, it was clean and the size of the room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.
