This place is an aged building in desperate need of maintenance and a few upgrades. Security at entrance is disconnected and hangs loosely by the door. Carpet on the first step to second floor hangs in shreds. Hazard. Door to our unit has bent hinges and a malfunctioning locking mechanism. Ice machine is disconnected. Tenants toss empty beverage containers, snack bags and refuse on the ground in front of building’s door. I spent an afternoon cleaning our unit Bathroom seemed untouched in quite some time. Dirt from hands soiled the doors and doorframes. When I opened the dishwasher bugs came out. There is no hairdryer provided ladies! Shower curtain, towels and bedcover looked new. Hideabed cushions are worn and arms are soiled. Floor corners had dirt and dust The bed mattress sags in the middle Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I took this as a ‘camping’ experience. Modern camping with the luxury of an A/C Microwave worked and the shower was wet

Service workers were wonderful and efficient. The property unfortunately wasn’t what we expected. It smelled heavily of cigarettes and air fresheners and I ran into two cockroaches during my stay. The laundry was not available for guests but front desk staff were helpful and would wash hotel linens if requested. Many guests seemed to live on the property itself, and they were friendly as well. They upheld themselves on their service animal policy beautifully and treated us very respectfully for the duration of the trip. I wish that the hotel would have been just a little more comfortable all in all.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in so far . Really noisy people early in the morning, running around , kids yelling , dogs barking. Bunch of people gathering around outside smoking weed all days long . Hotel hallways smell and so is the room . Couch look dirty , bathroom dirty, towers and washcloth look dirty as well. I was told the gym wasn’t open by one of the staff . Don’t get fool by the picture online , it doesn’t match at all . I would rate it a 0 if I could .and overall the area felt really unsafe .

Parking is plentiful. Rooms are really nice with a whole kitchen. Bathrooms are very clean with plenty of hot water. Central heat and air. Some maintenance needs done with the door on rm 328, but overall a great stay.

There is no breakfast for starters. Security was horrible. The exterior door kept being propped open because the card reader didn’t work. The place is falling apart. Smells funny and the noise all night was unbearable. Staff was rude. Need I say more? Never again.

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. They made me feel welcome and safe, and their kindness went a long way in improving my stay. The front desk staff especially went above and beyond to assist me with every request. However, the facility itself has serious issues that can’t be overlooked. An alarm went off at 4 a.m., which was very disturbing. There were roaches in the room—it honestly felt like they lived there. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and the room temperature was just as extreme with no comfortable in-between. The door wouldn’t close properly, and I had to get help from the front desk just to open and secure it. There was also no chair for the desk, so I had to pull the rolling desk over to the bed in order to work. Despite all of this, the staff was so wonderful that I chose to focus on their efforts rather than the shortcomings of the room. They’re clearly doing the best they can with what they have. Management should absolutely invest in improving the facilities—because the team here truly deserves better. They made a tough situation more bearable with their amazing attitude and professionalism.

Floor was dirty and roaches

I had to get my money back and checked out immediately right after checking in! The tub wasn’t clean and I saw roaches.

While the room was comfortable and clean, the property (hallways, stairway, elevator) was filthy -- a smashed orange in the elevator for 24 hours, a discarded shoe on the stairs, dirt and debris everywhere. There were children running around yelling at all hours.

I would love to let Extended Stay Corp to go around and check out all their properties. This property was terrible. The door to my room clearly looked like it had been kicked in and a crow bar used to open it. There was a very old stale smell in both the hallways and the room itself. The floors were filthy, so much so I had to clean them myself. It just had a very surface looking clean done but once you got up close it was not clean at all. I don’t feel safe either since my door looked the way it did and I got a late night knock as well, which was strange as I was visiting from out of town. Overall I would not recommend this location at all. I also expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager at the facility who basically just shoved me off so clearly she didn’t care. Don’t stay here!

I had to purchase various cleaning/disinfecting sprays to wash the floor, table,chairs, applieances and counters. washcloths were black when i was done. debris and curly black hairs in the dining chairs. walls had a lot of splatter and stains. I literally had to scrub everything. hallways and stairs' rugs are BLACK as night, very unhealthy. stair rail was sticky probably due to , im grossed out. im done with review.

I walked around in slippers to avoid the stickiness on the floor and. Room had a smoke smell even thought it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast was a grab a cup of coffee and plastic-wrapped muffin to go. They don’t open up their dining area even though they have it. Fortunately only stayed there for 11 hours to get a night’s sleep in but was uncomfortable the whole time.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place felt unsafe. There were residents just sitting outside and children running around. The hallways smelled. The door the the room did not close all the way. The fridge looked like it had been shot with a BB gun. The floor was extremely sticky. The room smelled. The bathroom was dirty the shower leaked. This was traumatic. We did not stay.

The room was filthy, a roach almost fell on my head as I was entering the elevator. Hallways were disgusting. Couch in the room was disgusting and had all sorts of stains on, paint was chipped and missing.

The property needs a serious renovation! Great location however it’s just dusty! The bathroom was not clean upon check in which of course forced me to clean everything! The floor had NEVER been cleaned. The pullout was “ itchy” and the bed was lumpy.

The pull out couch had stains on it. The shower didn’t hold hot water that well and the fan above the toilet was absolutely disgusting with mold. The bed was not that comfortable, broken in very well. No support at all. Breakfast only thing good was coffee what little they had left and only a few muffins and oatmeal left. Not happy.

We stayed for 2 days and there was no A/C in our room. We kept reporting and nothing was done. My wife is pregnant and have asthma and they just didnt care. We tried auto and on neither one worked

The room had a musty smell to it, the carpet was sticky with an obvious film, and the couch didn't look safe to sit on (I used a blanket before sitting on the couch). The kitchenette and refrigerator was clean.

The hotel is dated and need of some basic maintenance and painting. Mattress was old and sagging in the middle. It did not feel clean. I was disappointed as I’ve experienced the brand in much better terms. It was quite the let down

Overall very spacious, loved the kitchen, spacious bathroom. Dirty couch and couch bed we couldn't utilize the let out. The bed had a noticeable dent which made it uncomfortable. I had to do a little cleaning upon arrival. The noise was crazy you could hear everything very thin walls. Staff very friendly though.

Had a fire in the building and the firemen needed entry (30 days ago) so they busted the door down to our room, and evidence shows that (front desk clerk warned us beforehand). Ac doesnt work.

The door to the room wouldn't close completely and you could see through to the hallway. The bathroom frequently smelled of cigarettes. I think the people below had a connected ventilation. I stuffed a towel under the bathroom door to keep the smell in just that area. The bedroom needed a lamp or another light the only light source was in a corner so half the room was just dark. But i dud like the room layout with the separated kithcen and living room area

I love yhe set as far as the kitchen but the oven wasnt clean and the door doesn't close completely. Under the bed was clean and bathroom had a septic smell. AC didnt work great but it did the job

Still waiting on guest relations to contact me. It was horrible staff was so rude, didn’t even answer my calls. Hotel is horrible conditions if I could have stayed somewhere I would have but paid for two nights. Pictures online or so outdated property is so nasty!!!!!

The high point was the staff. I asked for silverware, and it beat me to the room.

The reception staff is Lead by an amazing young man who has excellent communication and customer service skills. I would highly recommend this property to stay.

They gave my reservation away. But they called me 6 hours before i checked in to let me know there was a $100 deposit. My question is why didn't they know they weren't going to have rooms for that evening. I spent 3 hours trying to get another room through expedia. Overall terrible experience.

Mr. Milton is very respectful and helpful in the front office. The maintenance staff is also very helpful whenever there is a problem.

When we arrived, I was told they had my reservation, but no room was available. What? Seriously? What is the purpose of making a reservation if you can't reserve the room?

Too many people homeless outside

I had heard horror stories about Norcross AFTER I had already booked and paid for my room but they weren't true. I had a very nice, clean and spacious room and EVERYONE, staff and other guests were polite, respectful and cordial. I will DEFINITELY stay there next time I'm in town

Multiple groups of people standing outside the various doors smoking weed. No parking near the entrance. Felt very uncomfortable.

Location

The property was what I expected for the price. Quiet and just enough off the interstate so you don't hear traffic noise. I did hear dogs barking but the hotel can't help that. The room itself what clean but the lobby had an odor.

LOACTION AND A GOOD AREA

There was a turd in the toilet, sink had spit and hair, fast food trash on the table. They offered a different room with a broken oven, finally a decent room, 3rd times the charm. Ice machine did not work, very few breakfast options, crib availability from online was not accurate as they’ve never had a crib before.

Be careful, No hot water for the length of our stay (four days). Bed is uneven Fridge is very noisy Two of the four days we had only coffee for breakfast (if you can call it coffee) . Other two days there were muffins too. Weed smell is unbelievable.

It was not a pleasant experience. There was a terrible smell of marijuana entering the hotel, on the stairs and in the elevator. The people in the next room interrupted my sleep at 4am with the TV at a very high volume, the hotel should enforce its policy of minimum noise from guests and also the volume of the TV at bedtime. The room was decent and regarding breakfast, one could not wait any thing else for the price. They sent me a message the day a arrive and some parte said: SMOKING: The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the building. If you wish to smoke you must step outside. There is a $250 smoking fee if you smoke inside the building. That is NOT TRUE

There were barely any untensils available the air conditioner was broken the ice machines were broken theire were people hanging out front in the doorway area until 3 or 4am on Sunday night talking and yelling for hours. The hallway smelled funky like feet. The breakfast was barely there nothing to drink at all not even water. The people above me were stomping so hard it was unbelievable i have never heard the noise of other motel rooms before. The room was tiny and to have a $100 deposit was a joke A huge never again!

The only complaint I have is the food for breakfast it would be great if there was more of a variety

Stayed for 4 days, confirmed breakfast and there was none for any of the days, just coffee and not even milk or creamer. Bathtub water was not flowing out. No lights in the kitchen, complained and they said they are putting a work order. Later when asked, they started asking me question about who in the front desk did the work order, how did he look, short or tall, Grey or Black, etc, etc.

The room I booked was not set aside for me. The room was filthy. There was fresh BLOOD on the bed pillows in the room they gave me. I needed to vacuum the dirt and crumbs from the sofa sleeper. The door lock was wobbly. No coffee pot available, no glasses or cups, no extra pillows available to replace the bloody pillows we found saw in he room. No food in the main office in morning. Missing curtains, dirty floors not cleaned.
