Don’t waste your time staying here. Worst night ever! First the old lady at check in was rude, miserable and overwhelmed when I was literally the only one at check in. She couldn’t get the machine to work to take a damage deposit and made me give her cash. I asked for some sort of proof I gave her cash and was told no. Then the pool says 6am - 12am. Meanwhile they actually only open it 2 pm Until 10pm. Their “pool towels” are hand towels at best. Hot tub does not even work. Then the rooms were incredibly noisy, their blinds are inside of the windows letting in a crazy amount of outside light. Couldn’t even sleep. Then for a weekend check out, the front desk guy was no where to be found despite the lineup down the hall of people trying to check out. The other staff working there couldn’t help the front desk apparently and had to wait for one specific person. Check out time says noon. Meanwhile there is a handwritten sign at the front saying 11

The management is great but the property needs some attention. Twice in a year the hot t8b is br9ken and pool looks dirty, the shower tib needs replacing, ac unit was terribly draftu, had to put a towell over it...

We called ahead of booking to assure pool and hot tub were open which they confirmed as some rain was predicted for the area. Hot tub Heater was not working and had not been operating for some time. Very disappointed.

Everything was great. The pool was heated. The only obstacle was the elevator not working the way it should be. The breakfast bar was great. The room was well-furnished with fresh towels each day. The bed was made up. Teh trash cans were emptied.

Ice machine on 3rd floor wasn't working, hot tub was not hot, half the lights and outlets did not work, back of toilet in room 312 would not fill up to flush toilet. Told woman at front desk and she said there was no maintenence till morning. At check out told another woman and she said she knew nothing about it. Men's restroom was out of order. The elevator kept messing up. Arguing between the staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THE ROOM IS NOT WORTH WHAT I WAS CHARGED FOR. WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were nice and the surrounding area was fine. But if you are drawn in by the hot-tub/pool and looking for a nice breakfast; those were disappointing. The pool area is right in the lobby which was a bit awkward, but could have been overlooked except the hot tub was cold and the pool was like bathwater. For the price and rating of the hotel I was hoping for something like eggs (which I have had at other local hotels that are half the price), so the options were cold cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles were disappointing. The 'gym' was one treadmill and one set of 30 lb dumbells in a tiny room.

As soon as i walked into the property it smelled like marijuana. The front desk tried to light a candle to get rid of the smell but it was really strong. On the second floor there were kids that were running up and down the hallway being loud. Room was clean, toilet had a hard time flushing. Floor in room was dirty, when you walked barefooted your feet turned black. I would be hard pressed to ever come back to that location.

It was a very noisy stay. The people above me were very noisy, I'm assuming due to kids, there was very loud bass blasting outside at 3:15 a.m., the noisy kids upstairs again at 6:15 a.m., my toilet kept running and the hard floors of my room were absolutely nasty. My son's feet were almost black. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable. Thankful for my noise machine!

Unfortunately we left & checked into another hotel due to the condition of the room. The floor was dirty & wasn’t swept or mopped and the linens were dirty in which we reported. We were transferred to another room that was a little better but did not feel safe or comfortable especially with a small baby

Rooms and common areas weren’t really that clean. Dust and debri pushed to corners, underneath areas and dusty. Big areas were clean but not small areas which is concerning.

I wanted to like this hotel, the staff is nice and the pool is good for kids, the hot tub was hot when we were there. The bathroom in our room was not clean, there was a used hair tie with hair on the counter,bleh. The area around the tub was moldy and the sink was moldy/rusty and it smelled of mold. The bed seemed to be clean but when the comforter was pulled back, there was hair on the sheets and so we slept on top of the comforter, using our own blankets. We did not complain at the front desk as I don't feel the receptionist could have helped with our one night stay. We did choose the location based on affordability and proximity to downtown savannah. I doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know and would plan to spend more on a higher tier hotel for any future visits to the area.

Do not recommend… the hallway our room was on (104) was super dark and dingy, broken glass in the hallway, dead roaches in the room and a few live ones, mold in the shower and in the room itself (woke up sick), strong urine smell in room... Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Mold in seams and corners of bathtub. Aged property not maintained. Hairs in bed. Left and lost the non-refundable payment. Preferred cleaner room at another hotel and losing my money. Reviews not accurate. I will be steering away from Expedia reviews in the future.

There were American cockroaches in our room, on our first day of arrival, there was human hair in some towels in the bathroom, the room was partially cleaned and damaged. Broken tiles, ice machines and cranberry juice dispenser. Men restroom out of order, ac didn’t operate properly and the elevator floor was dirty for days . None of the housekeeping staff spoke English and were quick to let us know that. There were two American cockroaches in our room and the front desk representatives were either deceptive and unwilling to deliver her promises. Actually lied about our bed linen being changed the entire front desk representatives were unaccommodating, unprofessional fortunately with the exception of the one pm front desk representative that checked us in. WE WILL NOT NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!!’

Facility was perfectly adequate or an overnight stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and bedding is soft and feels brand new. Towels are fluffy and soft. All the key ingredients for a good room. Breakfast options are plentiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. Only drawback I sensed is that the hallways seemed neglected - in need of cleaning and updating. Otherwise, good place to stay.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and loved it, but this time will probably be our last time. We got moved from 101 to 223 after 30 mins of checking in due to parents cussing at their kids and kids running around being loud. Plus, the AC unit did not cool down the room We traveled 9 hours to get here so we were ready to sleep. The new room toilet had a black ring inside the toilet, the handle on toilet felt like it was going to break any minute, soap dish in shower had black stuff on it. Not sure if it was mold. The beds sounded like they were going to break as you turned in the bed. They were so uncomfortable. I was shocked by how this hotel which was our favorite had really gone down. Not sure I will stay here again. Just a disappointment. Only good thing… was Carmen the front desk. So sweet and professional!!

No so good location is ok lots of restaurants nearby I-95 close.very noisy you can heard people next room and hallways.breakfast was not what i was expected.bread,cereal,coffe,juice,waffles,and cereals,apples.No eggs sausage bacon,only one waffle maker machine.I would not stay here again

The property is not aging well. My toilet ran all night and it was loud. The door to the room did not close. I had to tug on it to get it to close properly. The hotel looks fairly new but is not aging well. It is pretty far from downtown.

Breakfast options were scarce, not many things to choose from. Bed was not to comfortable. Bathroom was fairly clean, not to much wrong with the room itself.

The room was large. The place was pretty clean and recently painted. Nice size indoor pool. The bed was quite hard and very creaky. Every time we turned, we woke each other up. The sheets were very soft. Good basic breakfast. The staff was helpful.

The first time we stayed here, the room was nice, but it was on the first floor and was very noisy. No biggie, though. The second time, it was a different room, still 1st floor, and unlike the first room, which looked like it had been updated, it is in poor shape. Again, it was very noisy. I asked to be placed on a 2nd or 3rd floor, but was told that the only other room available was second floor right above the lobby (which was an open area) and was told that late check-ins would be just as noisy as people playing soccer down the 1st floor hall. The room itself was just old. The bathroom door was splintering horribly, there was broken tiles in the room and I’m not sure how clean the bathtub was, as it was very stained. The shower head sprayed out all over everywhere. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided, which was nice. There were stains on the window shades, which really need to be replaced. The air worked very well and the breakfast provided in the morning was really good. I am hopeful that the room will be updated soon as there was a sign that stated they were renovating. This room needs to be updated SOON!! It was a good price, but I’m not sure if we would stay there again.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff person upon entering. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was large with a sofa and fridge along with a desk. Largest negatives shower was really bad. It need a new shower head. Ice machine on the third floor is broken and by the looks of it, it has been broken for a while. No sign

Staff knew about the local tour company and called to have them pick us up at the front door saving us a 25 minute drive into the city and back. It was a wonderful narrated tour of Savannah. Breakfast is great also.

The property was good. I was just not understanding the charges. Was charged by the website Expedia.com, then charged again when arriving at hotel. Was told it was a security, but have yet to see that deposit returned as advised at check-in and check-out, Other than that things were good.

We waited in the lobby for over an hour. The computers were down and they could not check us in. Finally we had to go elsewhere because my kids were tired and crying after traveling all day. Now they are disputing the refund.

The front desk clerk upon checkin was pretty rude and short. Our original room didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well at all. There was women’s hair spread all on the shower walls, bedding was dirty, floors were dirty and even a dirty bandaid on a nightstand. Gross! We went to the front desk and the manager immediately came to us because she had seen us walk in only about 10mins earlier for our checkin. She got us another room right away. After sleeping the first night I realized there was makeup stains all over the bottom of our comforter, gross! So we requested a new comforter. The 2nd day no one came in to clean the room and only moved around the existing towels, without giving us additional towels or making up our bed. There were no curtains and the blinds were filthy. We had a door to an adjoining room where we could hear their TV blaring ALL night! The free breakfast was severely lacking. Only 1 waffle machine, maybe 4 bagels, 3 yogurt cups, 2 baby apples and juice. Even the coffee creamers were expired! The front desk guy at check out/key return didn’t even greet us at all and didn’t even say anything, not even a simple “how was your stay?” Or “have a great day, thanks for staying here” Nothing! Just stared at me when I greeted him politely. We will NEVER be staying at this hotel!! Only benefit was the manager’s quick action and the nearby Applebees bar staff.

Paid $102.33 with my company credit card through my Hotels.com app that I’ve never ran into an issue using before. The receptionist, an older lady, behind the desk ran into an issue checking me in so I had to charge my company credit card about another $90 something dollars, again. I say $90 something because I never received a receipt for the second room, which I will be asked for. To make matters even worse I was denied a refund for the first room, $102.33, the room the receptionist couldn’t check me into for whatever reason….

We've stayed several times and gotten aquainted with the manager, Carmen, she's very helpful and accommodating.

Very friendly staff.had 2 issues in room which was taken care of quickly. Hated to leave.

Didn't have a great experience here. The staff were not super friendly or welcoming though, and when I arrived there were employees standing right out front at the entrance smoking, right next to a "no smoking" sign (??) so I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke which was pretty terrible. Nauseating. Other than that, the room was clean, and beds were decently comfortable and they have 24/7 coffee which is nice. The AC unit didn't work very well. When I got into the room it was warm and sticky. It took almost 2 hours to fully cool down the room. Also the water pressure in the shower is pretty weak. Took me forever to rinse shampoo out of my hair. I wouldn't stay here again.

Gave me key to someone else’s room - opened door and msn was right there - good thing I wasn’t shot

It was in a quite location away from the bigger city but close enough to get back when necessary. Also, I really enjoyed the selection for the breakfast.
