Place is newly renovated and completely done according to staff and our visit confirmed this. I could not believe how quiet the place was and especially our room. Everything was clean. My older kids worked out in the gym. We were not that impressed with the breakfast in the morning. We have had much better ones at other Fairfield Inn's.

The Fairfield in Framingham was off the beaten path, but we were able to get taxi service. I thought I was getting a room with 2 queen beds, but it was one queen bed with a pullout sofa. Also, thought hotel had restaurant and bar, but they were in the next hotel, but they were closed. The hotel was relatively new so it was bright and shiny.

Marriott just took the hotel over so everything is new. Lobby entrance is odd and parking is very inconvenient. The lobby and rooms are very spacious and clean. Some attention to details would go a long way. The bathroom seemed like an afterthought. Barn glass sliding doors wouldn’t stay open/closed and too many gaps that let the water out onto the floor. There was no exhaust fan so the walls and ceiling were dripping with condensation after a short time. The outside windows and screens in the room were filthy.

The first two nites of my stay, there was no one answering the phone at the reception desk which was very frustrating. Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day, but my room was consistently overlooked. (I stayed 5 days), When I complained to the front desk I waited 2 hours for a response if housekeeping was coming with towels. Apparently the front desk couldn't reach them. I was promised housekeeping the next day and again nothing was done. Fortunately the person at the reception desk my last two days was excellent and finally resolved my problem. The quality of daily breakfast was uneven, especially over the weekend. Some of the rolls and muffins were stale, and the scrambled eggs were overcooked and dried out.

The area around the property is a little industrial but inside the property is beautiful. The only "turn off" was two giant piles (like 5 feet high) of dirty laundry in the hall near my door on arrival.

You can not control the temperature of the water at the sink. Faucet is of poor quality, water is either too hot or too cold. Climate system is bizarre. It doesn’t work. You set it at 72. Works ok 10 minutes then starts giving cool air as if it’s set at 60. You set it for 80 degrees, still, after 5 mins it starts blowing cold air.

Hotel was renovated and nice. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was great with good variety. The problems I encountered were twofold. First was finding the place. The large building actually houses two separate hotels. The front, with all the visible signs, is a Sheraton. Only after getting lost and driving around unsuccessfully using maps did I return to the Sheraton and inquire. Turns out the Fairfield is around the back and not visible from the road! Second problem is that one side of the hotel faces a 24 hour trucking operation. Once I turned off the TV and the lights and tried to sleep, every few minutes I heard the loud 'beep, beep, beep' of the semis backing up. After two hours of being unable to sleep, I called they front desk. They immediately agreed to change my room to the other side, sending a new key up via security officer who escorted me to the new room (good experience with this). The new room was quiet and I finally got to sleep. Unfortunately getting up and moving at 12:30 am was disturbing. If you stay here, ask for a room not on the trucking side!

The Housekeeping lady went above and beyond to get me a crib and a pack and play for my 6 month old baby who slept very comfortably. The breakfast could have been better. Friendly staff, updated and clean facility. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

When we arrived we waited for a half hour before checking in because there were no staff in the lobby. The room itself was clean and well kept. By there seem to be minimal staff to assist clients need. Checking out there was a couple who was very upset and was yelling at the host behind the counter.

The property appears to be under construction which does not externally display well. More importantly, it had a hot water problem. When I asked the 4 April Friday morning clerk about the problem, I was told it is a common occurrence in full capacity hotels. I considered the explanation to be ignorant, so I replied that I suppose one should only check into hotels that are not full. I said "there should be some financial consideration" and she said "she would inquire." Of course she did nothing! I will never stay at another Fairfield property, but I do not travel often, however as a retired Professor of Philosophy I speak often to groups.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is extremely friendly. The confusion is trying to find your way to the property. GPS takes you to a parking lot by an office building. There aren't any signs nor is it lit very well for the entrance road to the hotel.

Very nice hotel; convenient off I-90; very clean & updated; comfortable beds; decent breakfast. Highly recommend. Only negative was rude people in hall after 11pm on Wed night talking loudly for 20+ minutes. Wanted to call front desk but didn’t want to wake our sleeping baby.

Their breakfast was delicious. The place was very clean and the staff provided us with excellent service. The gym was nice to have to get a little morning workout in.

The first two nites of my stay, there was no one answering the phone at the reception desk which was very frustrating. Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day, but my room was consistently overlooked. (I stayed 5 days), When I complained to the front desk I waited 2 hours for a response if housekeeping was coming with towels. Apparently the front desk couldn't reach them. I was promised housekeeping the next day and again nothing was done. Fortunately the person at the reception desk my last two days was excellent and finally resolved my problem. The quality of daily breakfast was uneven, especially over the weekend. Some of the rolls and muffins were stale, and the scrambled eggs were overcooked and dried out.

Place is just beautiful! New, clean, comfortable! The morning breakfast leaves ALOT to be desired! Not enough choices. No psncakes or waffles for kids. No microwave to warm up coffee after sitting for awhile. Bacon was too raw for our liking.

When we reached the property and entered the room old toilet tissue roll and not extra roll. The garbage cans and recycling bin didn’t have plastic bags. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash was half empty. The tv had no cable movie channels. The daily free breakfast was good but didn’t offer waffles, like other Fairfield by Marriott Hotels we previously stayed in.

Great breakfast selection. Coffee was good as well. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I had issues getting the parking app to work and he said no problem we can just add it right to your bill. Room was clean and set to a very comfortable temp when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was substantial and gave a good variety of both hot and cold options. Room air-conditioning was very cool and bathroom shower had good water pressure. Our only complete was parking. The hotel charges a $15 per day fee to park your car there. We did not feel that was necessary as there was ample parking and it is not a location that you would expect to pay for parking. Because of that, we would probably look elsewhere for accommodations as there are many other hotels that are comparable in the neighborhood.
