The property looking nothing like the pictures. There was rust in our tub, the cover had burn spots, the sheets were stained as well, and the toilet seat looked dirty even after I cleaned it with cleaning products the stains didn’t come off.

From the start the lady at the counter was a little rude. Didn’t say much. The lobby is closed. You have to use the night window at all times. The first key didn’t work. Then when we got into the room we saw a spider. Ok. Not a huge deal. The room smelled. We checked for bed bugs. They were not there. Thank goodness. But then came all of the German cockroaches. From the sink, behind the mirror and under the refrigerator. There is mold all over. Don’t bother to ask for a refund. They won’t give it to you. The area surrounding the hotel isn’t the best either. So don’t stay here unless you want to take home cockroaches.

I did not stay due to the room that was given to me was filthy. Holes in the wall. Bathroom door broken ripped off At the bottom. The floors looked filthy and looked like a toddler used it as a drawing board with permanent marker and of course you cant imagine the smell. I was scared for my life I was gonna catch something if I sat down

The front door to the room did not quit fit the frame so you had to pull it hard to close and BOOM was what you heard. The same for the bathroom. When we got back from a day on the town we found that the maid service had turned off the AC. It was a very hot day. We had to cool off the room again to go to sleep. Our luggage had all been moved around. They removed the dirty wash clothes but did not leave new ones. We found a bag of drink mix that was placed in the room that was not ours. Maybe left from previous guest who knows.

Downside. First night a huge party was allowed to continue until 2:30 AM (to their credit, they threw them out the next day and it was very quiet the remainder of my stay). My door needed a new threshold because it had a 1 inch gap. No Continental Breakfast. Upside. Very clean room with lots of amenities!

Customer service was RUDE!! He had an attitude when we asked him questions about the room! The room was poor for being cleaned and also I did not like how they watched just our room! The man swore we was lying about not having a tv remote so he came down there to the room and moved everything in the room before he would bring us a tv remote!!

Did not stay. We did not feel safe staying there. Homeless everywhere. Bad area. Could not cancel room so I just paid and went elsewhere. Check in guy was nice and reassured us it was safe, but we just felt differently.

It was ok for the price. Pretty much no amenities. You can't go into their lobby as it seems 15 different families live out of the lobby which was really weird. Some were kinda nice but for the most part they were all pretty much rude. The only thing this place really had going for it for me was that they didn't require a deposit.

Blinding bright can lights in ceiling. Maybe 6000 color temp. No bedside lamps. Must get out of bed to turn out lights, but you won't be getting sleep, anyway. The bed had a spring that would pop loudly every so often while moving into, on, or getting out of bed. Floor was sticky and dirty. Must wear footwear to get out of the bed. There was a large gap 1/2 inch or so, between the door and the door jamb that allowed heat and insects into the room. I asked if they had some duct tape we could use to cover the gap. No. Walls are thin. We could hear all of our neighbors. We were on the 1st floor, inner-corner room, noisy on both sides and from the room above us. One neighbor enjoyed her stay, based on the screams we kept hearing all evening. Heavy rain came down in our corner off of the roof just outside the room VERY loudly. Practically no sleep the one night we stayed. And we use a "Thunderstorm sounds" app to sleep. There's a step in front of the door that is NOT painted yellow. Easy to trip on. Maybe 2" tall and 8" deep. Not noticeable when stepping out. The site states that coffee and tea are available in the common area. There is no such amenity, and there is no such thing as a common area. The lobby is kept locked for storage use. They did unlock for us once for check-in since we called. Service is through a window. We had to look up their number to check in because the window is marked as the "Night Window". We thought they were late to open, so we called.

There was a large gap 1/2 inch or so, between the door and the door jamb that allowed heat and insects into the room. I asked if they had some duct tape we could use to cover the gap. No. Walls are thin. We could hear all of our neighbors. We were on the 1st floor, inner-corner room, noisy on both sides and from the room above us. One neighbor enjoyed her stay, based on the screams we kept hearing all evening. Heavy rain came down in our corner off of the roof just outside the room VERY loudly. Practically no sleep the one night we stayed. And we use a "Thunderstorm sounds" app to sleep. There's a step in front of the door that is NOT painted yellow. Easy to trip on. Maybe 2" tall and 8" deep. Not noticeable when stepping out. The site states that coffee and tea are available in the common area. There is no such amenity, and there is no such thing as a common area. The lobby is kept locked for storage use. They did unlock for us once for check-in since we called. Service is through a window. We had to look up their number to check in because the window is marked as the "Night Window". We thought they were late to open, so we called.
