I had multiple roaches in my room. I saw the first one an hour into my stay. There were spiderwebs in a corner of the room. The carpet was dirty and sticky. There was trash behind the couch and table. TV speakers were broken so it sounded awful to the point where i turned it off. The hot tub was broken so it was more like a warm bath. Also the pool and hot tub had lots of dirt and hair at the bottom. Couldve been worse but i definitely wont be staying here again

Nice quiet hotel with a wonderful Mexican restaurant and convenience store right across the street. Staff was super friendly and there's an indoor swimming pool so you can swim if the weather is rainy or cold. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Nice room for a quick overnight stay. Nice pool had a hot tub but it wasn't hot at all but it was warmer than the pool and the jets were soothing after a long day traveling and the colorful changing lights were nice. The waffle maker wasn't working but nice to have breakfast.

Check in took awhile because she was on a phone call, but fast once she tended to me. Room was supposedly non smoking & had a smell that seemed like smoke. Room was okay, looks like they are doing some renovations as there was a dumpster in lot. I booked the hotel for indoor hot tub as driving from MN to FL. The hot tub was cold maybe upper 70s. Noticed steam on pool so went in & it was like bath water in upper 80s. Obviously heater issue on hot tub. Then there were no pool towels, front desk said she didn’t have any. We had to walk outside to go back to room which it was 59°. Shower in room was hot with rain showerhead & we had towels! I don’t think we will stay at another Quality Inn.

The hotel is being remodeled so there may be reasons for the following. There was not any trash cans in the room, the doors had bugs and stains, the water was brown and after showering we noticed that the towels were brown stained as well. The breakfast was not up to the same standards as other Quality Inns we have stayed at and there was not any decaf coffee and the regular coffee was out. Also the smoke detector was missing from the main bedroom area.

This was an inexpensive hotel for a stop long enough to sleep. I thought there was a party in the room above us but it turned out there’s a club not far from the property that was very loud until about 2am. The area was sketchy and the room needed a deep clean. The shower floor was peeling and torn up so we didn’t use the shower. Breakfast was gross as well.

This hotel is very convenient for travelers- just off the exit and across from a gas station. The staff was nice and there was a good breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean. The only thing wrong was the door to the room was not sitting right in the door frame- there was a lot of light coming in through the space between the door and the door frame on the left side, even though the door was locked. Overall a good value for the price

Door key did not work and was not fixed while we were there. Room A/C barely cooled unless set to well below 60 degrees. Since we could not leave the room without going to front desk to let us back in, I went out to get something to bring back to eat in the room, while my wife waited to let me in. Room TV glitched often enough to irritate while watching a movie.

Will not stay here again. Got a king room on second floor. Best part was we overlooked a lake. No elevator. Hot tub wasnt working. They had another king room but the door lock was busted. Our first room had empty tissue & no extra TP. The fridge didnt work & our toilet stopped working. We got moved to a double queen next door. Still no TP or PT in the second room, but we brought the extras we got from the front desk for the 1st room. Here the toilet & mini fridge worked but we saw a bug in the room & a cockroach. The doors didnt seal all the way (both rooms) so the bug could be from external. The queen room didnt have a bar lock. Breakfast was decent. Towel rack was falling out of the wall. The hotel needed work overall but for being a cheep hotel we were just glad it didnt have bed bugs. There was a resturant across the street. Nice place & recommended. Wife microwaved leftovers for breakfast. I had a bagel provided at the hotel.

girl who was "at the desk" upon my checkout was sitting on the couch in front of the desk, video chatting on her phone and left this chat open the entire time i was checking out. (she laid the phone on top of the counter where i could clearly see someone videoing on the line) additionally, she was wearing pajamas which is completely unprofessional regardless of what time of day it is and I was there at 7 a.m. her voice was so quiet, she mumbled when giving instructions, I had to ask her to speak up and I am not hard of hearing. I asked the clerk where ice was and she pointed to the next building I\'d just left. I had to confirm where she was referring to. then i asked where breakfast was, again she just pointed to the next room. very lazy appearing and in demeanor.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped us when my toddler almost had a potty training accident during check in. We didn't get to use the pool but that looked nicer than expected. Experience was overall great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cheek in was easy and the girl at the desk was beyond helpful and very delightful. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfy. Water was hot and had good pressure. The sink filled up fast and barely drained make sure to conserve or you will be standing in a puddle The toilet didn't want to flush you had to stand there and hold the handle down for awhile to get toilet paper to go down The next morning is where the real issue was. We placed the do not disturb on the door before bed but at 8:40 the banging on the door started after telling them we weren't ready they tried to come in and my wife was only half dressed. I checked out side they had removed the do not disturb sign and set it in front of the door. I put it back on and went to get in the shower 9:05 banging started again and I let them know we were not ready standing right next to the door the proceeded to bang wanting to know what time we would be out. Cheek in was easy and the girl at the desk was beyond helpful and very delightful. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfy. Water was hot and had good pressure. The sink filled up fast and barely drained make sure to conserve or you will be standing in a puddle The toilet didn't want to flush you had to stand there and hold the handle down for awhile to get toilet paper to go down The next morning is where the real issue was. We placed the do not disturb on the door before bed but at 8:40 the banging on the door started after telling them we weren't ready they tried to come in and my wife was only half dressed. I checked out side they had removed the do not disturb sign and set it in front of the door. I put it back on and went to get in the shower 9:05 banging started again and I let them know we were not ready standing right next to the door the proceeded to bang wanting to know what time we would be out. I booked a room for a Thursday-Friday. I called after I booked to let em know I would be checking in around 2 or 3am Friday morning. They said no problem but gave my room away. I had to wait for them to locate an empty room and they still charged me a $50 deposit that I still haven't gotten back and almost $100 for not cancelling my reservation and still haven't gotten that refunded either.. The room and towels were filthy. I ask 4 employees for clean towels and never got them.. (I had to go buy my own). I cleaned the room and even took the trash out.. I told the lady cleaning on Saturday that I already had cleaned the room already and that i she didn't have to go in while I was gone unless she could bring towels. I had my home wifi camera in the room and just as soon as I left the cleaning lady and some guy came into the room looked around at my stuff then left (still didn't get them towels though) Not all the staff was terrible though.. There's a lady and her husband or boyfriend that work/live there that are pretty cool.. They are out every morning walking the dog and cleaning the cigarette butts and trash from the grounds.. probably the best employees there.. Oh and the indoor swimming pool was like setting in boiling water.. I felt like I was the main ingredient for there dirty pool water soup!!

German cockroaches in the room, stains on the bed, no hot water 2 of the nights and the cleaning staff took the sheets and blanket for the pullout. When I went to the office for more towels and Lenin’s they told me they couldn’t help me and I can only request things like that in the morning. My daughter froze from a cold shower and then didn’t have a blanket to cover up with.

This hotel is very convenient for travelers- just off the exit and across from a gas station. The staff was nice and there was a good breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean. The only thing wrong was the door to the room was not sitting right in the door frame- there was a lot of light coming in through the space between the door and the door frame on the left side, even though the door was locked. Overall a good value for the price

Nice quiet hotel with a wonderful Mexican restaurant and convenience store right across the street. Staff was super friendly and there's an indoor swimming pool so you can swim if the weather is rainy or cold. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Needed a 1 night stay on a roadtrip with my husband and we chose this property based on pictures but they were obviously from when it opened originally. This property seems as its used as a shelter or low income housing option. Lots of loitering outside the property. The parking lot has lots of trash tossed about and the rooms are misty and outdated with stains on furniture and bedding. I usually bring my own air mattress and so glad i did cause i would never lay on this bed. Totally disgusting.

Will not stay here again. Got a king room on second floor. Best part was we overlooked a lake. No elevator. Hot tub wasnt working. They had another king room but the door lock was busted. Our first room had empty tissue & no extra TP. The fridge didnt work & our toilet stopped working. We got moved to a double queen next door. Still no TP or PT in the second room, but we brought the extras we got from the front desk for the 1st room. Here the toilet & mini fridge worked but we saw a bug in the room & a cockroach. The doors didnt seal all the way (both rooms) so the bug could be from external. The queen room didnt have a bar lock. Breakfast was decent. Towel rack was falling out of the wall. The hotel needed work overall but for being a cheep hotel we were just glad it didnt have bed bugs. There was a resturant across the street. Nice place & recommended. Wife microwaved leftovers for breakfast. I had a bagel provided at the hotel.

Front desk employee's friendly. Handicap accessible room was alittle outdated, but was clean and had plenty of room. We did not see any bugs during our stay. The hotel is being remodeled so there may be reasons for the following. There was not any trash cans in the room, the doors had bugs and stains, the water was brown and after showering we noticed that the towels were brown stained as well. The breakfast was not up to the same standards as other Quality Inns we have stayed at and there was not any decaf coffee and the regular coffee was out. Also the smoke detector was missing from the main bedroom area.

We are headed to the Mouse House from Arkansas and stopped for a night in traveling. It was budget friendly and included breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to have a hot breakfast. I was disappointed with only having 2 towels for our family of 5. There were a few birthday parties so towels were scarce. I asked if we could keep the plastic ice bucket. I asked as we had a sick kiddo and the young lady up front stated there was a charge. Nice room for a quick overnight stay. Nice pool had a hot tub but it wasn't hot at all but it was warmer than the pool and the jets were soothing after a long day traveling and the colorful changing lights were nice. The waffle maker wasn't working but nice to have breakfast.

All I can say is it was a place to rest your head when you're super tired from driving. We went through four different rooms due to the rooms lights not working properly or the crowdedness of people standing outside of your doors. Finally on the fourth room the lights worked the beds were comfortable the AC worked so I guess that was a good thing but it took four tries. The breakfast was hardly a breakfast I think we had plain bagels and everything bagels with plain cream cheese we had muffins think they were blueberry didn't have a waffle maker and there was a few kinds of cereal with skim milk. They had a machine that had different juices in it but the juices were watered down and they had a coffee area and the in the coffee was lukewarm. They do have a swimming pool but we didn't get a chance to swim in it because it took us an hour to try to find a room that we could stay in that was working properly
