A nice hotel; however, I specifically booked a hotel with a pool and the pool was never open until after 5 in the 3 days we were there. As there is absolutely no other outdoor seating, we were confined to our room during the day. Desk clerks gave different lame excuses for the pool closures. We also ran out of towels and housekeeping had none clean for several hours.

Stayed here once before and thought it was nice. Was down the hall further this time and could hear the car traffic. No breakfast the first day I was there. The pool was also closed. The drain in the shower wasnt working very good, thought the shower was going to overflow. The girl at the desk was very nice.

Check-in was lightning fast. Room was clean and comfortable, and no noise issues. The pool was nice, on the one day without any rainstorms anyway. Breakfast was fine, though I wish they didn't have individually wrapped cups because those were annoying to deal with. Ice machine wasn't working on our floor, and one of the lights in our room didn't work most of the time either.

This is a quiet and friendly hotel. The pool is not big but IS very clean. A few of the ice machines didn't seem to work and there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer, but in ALL other ways an exceptional value. Plus a very friendly staff. Great stay!

Fine for basic in and out stays. Bed was comfy and clean. The pool was dirty and basically unusable with cloudy water a layer of dirt, foam and hair floating in it. The AC was very loud in the room making it hard to sleep when it would turn on at night and although it cooled fine it did not dehumidify so that all our things were damp! The towels never dried. Although “newly renovated” it’s already dingy and dirty. One day a homeless man came to our door asking to see someone who used to live there! We stayed a week and could not wait to leave.

Aside from the nice location (mall and restaurants nearby) and the clerk's professionalism, I have no positive comments regarding this establishment. The hotel's location near the highway resulted in significant noise. A pungent smell was noticeable upon entering the hotel, worsening upon exiting the elevator and accessing the room floors. The carpets in both the rooms and hallways displayed prominent stains. The couch in the room had noticeable tears and rips, the bed blankets had visible stains, and the bathroom fixture was broken (there was no toilet paper holder); insects were found in the bed (which I handed a living bug to the front desk clerk). The pool area lacked towels, the water was extremely cold, and unsanitary clumps of hair/weave floated in the water. Additionally, the rope separating the shallow and deep ends of the pool was broken, split lengthwise.

Check in was pretty smooth Although the hotel did not get my message. Regarding early check in. the hotel is very nice. All there there are some condition or wear and tear problems that need to be addressed. The room itself was very spacious. However, in the bed was comfortable. However, there were couple of issues. There was hair in the shower drain and blonde hairs on the handheld shower head. There was also a few long blonde hairs found on the bed. I'm assuming the hairs were from the last guests because the staff and lady who was clearing rooms on the hall was hispanic with very dark hair. The bedside light and the telephone did not work. So we cut not call room service. Other condition issues was water stains on the ceiling in certain areas of hotel comma rust On exposed metal areas, especially around the elevator. The elevators are very slow and very squeaky and don't sing to be in professional working order. I would have shared this information with the attendant at check out. But she was busy checking in other guest. So I decided to share on the review.

My stay was great- very family friendly. The staff is very friendly and seem to really care about the happiness of their guests. The hot breakfast was also tasty and a lot to choose from. The hotel is very clean and appears to have been recently remodeled- love the modern decor. The beds are so soft and comfty and the room amenities are nice- especially the Dove products in the bathroom- great choice. Also, location is super convenient to trampoline park for kids, gym, shops, restaurants, mall and lots of other stores. This hotel is definitely worth the money.

The washcloth were filthy. One of the beds in the had dirt at the bottom of the sheets. There is mildew in the tub with mold. The shower curtain has a lot of dirt on it. But the associates were very nice and courteous.

I had mixed feelings about this place. While it wasn’t a bad stay and while there were no major issues there were a lot of small issues that added up. The room was very nice. It had a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. What it didn’t have however was outlets to plug any of them into. There was one outlet under the tv and one on the nightstand. That’s it (other than the bathroom) so we had to tote the appliances over to the tv and take turns switching them out to use them… There also was a street light right outside our window that the shade we had didn’t even remotely block the light from. The shower was very finicky and took some convincing to work properly as well. All that being said; the beds were comfortable; the staff was friendly and the overall condition of things was fine. Just a lot of small inconveniences.

The room was very clean. The TV and room phone were nonfunctional. The coffee maker was not resupplied with coffee. We were missing bath towels after we checked in but there was no staff available to bring to the room. The hotel overlooks a 10-lane highway, the road noise was deafening. We will not return.

One of the very limited hotels In Atlanta that have two double beds with a sofa bed. I really appreciate that. Definitely will come back again. It was near highway, clean, excellent WiFi and friendly front desk. The bathroom a little small and breakfast lacked some variety but parking was not a problem at all.

Fine for basic in and out stays. Bed was comfy and clean. The pool was dirty and basically unusable with cloudy water a layer of dirt, foam and hair floating in it. The AC was very loud in the room making it hard to sleep when it would turn on at night and although it cooled fine it did not dehumidify so that all our things were damp! The towels never dried. Although “newly renovated” it’s already dingy and dirty. One day a homeless man came to our door asking to see someone who used to live there! We stayed a week and could not wait to leave.

I have been there several times, they have two queen beds with sofa bed, which is good, not many hotels in Atlanta can provide that. clean, spacious room, good WiFi, friendly front desk. also prepared small gift for people stayed several times like me. We have traveled here 4 times in the last year and used this particular hotel 3 of those times. The stay has never been unpleasant, and the staff is always very friendly and courteous. The rooms are a great size and are always neat and clean, but I still always do my little extra care cleaning, my preference. Our king bed on this stay was a little too firm for me because I have back issues, other than that everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend

Location was great and just where we wanted to be for the night. Room was as we expected over all typical for this type of hotel. Didn't stay there. The system switched my date from today, to yesterday. I immediately called back when Saw the confirmation. Hotel holiday inn said to call hotels com Then hotels.com tried to contact someone at the Holiday inn. Was told the main person wouldn't be in, until today. So now I'm in Atlanta with no where to stay. Last time I use both, unless someone makes this right.

The worst stay at a hotel I've ever had. Loud music coming from the LOBBY at all hours of the night, fights in the rooms next to ours, church assembly held in the lobby conference room at like 7am BLARING so loud you could hear it outside and in our room, phones not working so when people would try to call the front desk it rang to our room instead. I made a reservation & when I got there , they gave my room away because “ I didn’t answer the phone” . What’s the whole point of “reservations” if they give it away. I booked a room for 6 people & the front desk kept offering a king bed room. She said “ it’s only one night , you can make it work”. I drove two hours back home.

Hands down, Gerald (hotel manager) always went above and beyond, delivering world class service and engaging with guests. I typically stay at Marriott properties, and my decision for future stats, will lean towards HIE…esp this location. Also, Alice the breakfast ambassador is by far the most efficient, friendly, and attentive employee I have come across in that role. She knows her stuff, and makes us leaving taken care of and well nourished. It’s not just the food selection, but the attention to keep all items fully stocked, tables clean, and the experience she delivers consistently every time I interact with her. And thx to Brenda and Luis for their solid competence handling my reservations and level of service.

I've visited Atlanta several times over the past few years, and for the price this is about as good as it gets. Relatively quiet, in a bright location right next to a Target. No drama checking in or out, and my deposit was back on my card before I got home. Wifi and breakfast were great,

One of the very limited hotels In Atlanta that have two double beds with a sofa bed. I really appreciate that. Definitely will come back again. This just was not worth the money. We traveled from Michigan and the single thing i wanted for the kids was the pool. Well it was down of course not fully the hotels fault but still really sucks...next floor in room hair everywhere but we had slides to just wear around thankfully so we just didnt put nothing on The floor and then the pull out bed had food crumbs on it had to go and get new sheets. Next breakfast pancake machine not working, not enough meat was made. Food was just cold overall.

The walls were thin too. I heard the couple in the next room enjoying each other lol. Other than those things, we did have a nice stay.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was unclean, the AC was excessively loud, and the sink was poorly functioning. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express many times. It is convenient to 285 and there are good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the pool is well maintained. The front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. The Continental breakfast is staffed with very helpful and friendly employees as well. Having fresh ground coffee available 24 hours a day in the lobby is great! I would highly recommend this location.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It is no frills, but very clean. I wish they would not use the over-powering cleaner in their lobby. The scent is choking, but we only smelled it in the entrance. No other weird smells. They have a free breakfast and a pool but we were not able to use either. The workout room was very nice. The staff were just wonderful. It could use a bit of a face lift, but nothing is off-putting. The price is very good for the Atlanta area. Super close to get on the highway. Many dining options in the area and a Target around the block. We travel to the area frequently for medical appointments and will use this hotel again in the future.
