Pool heater was broken out entire stay. One of our reasons for booking this hotel was because of the heated indoor pool. the morning we checked out it was fixed. Needless to say we didn’t get to use the pool as it was so cold..

Have stayed several times. Clean, conveniently located to our fav food choices. Only issues were smaller pillows now (most places do) and the elevator is kinda slow (not a deal breaker.)

The elevator and hallways were very dirty at 4:30 pm when we checked in. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. Great price for a quick overnight on the way to FL.

Overall, room was fine and clean, and the front desk attendant was sweet and personable. However, parking was really limited and dimly lit, and there was this resident walking around the property smoking weed, drinking alcohol directly from the bottle, and swearing openly! Didn't appreciate having my young kid exposed to this type of behavior.

Nice place but upon my arrival there were no luggage carts available in spite of the staff saying that they had 4. Apparently the rude guests at this location didn’t feel the need to return them after using them. The front desk was NO help trying to locate them’

Quiet, clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, great breakfast! My only complaint was (and this is true of most hotels) the elevator floor was very dirty. I know they get hard use…but a clean elevator speaks volumes about any business!

The internet didn't work for all the days I was there. I had business work to do and I couldn't get it done. I have to go out and purchase data to do all my work. This was one of the booking reasons I chose this motel.

The staff and the room were great. The elevator needed some work as did the first floor and the outside area. Just general maintenance and repairing stuff so it looks nice. For example, the elevator buttons are all cracked or clouded over or scratched up; they could be replaced, and that would make a huge difference.

The staff was very friendly and kind, but the hotel pictures are a bit deceiving. The hotel is very outdated, and in need of refurbishment. When I did my bed bug check, I could tell no one had cleaned under the bed in months. The cleanliness of the hotel is not very good. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are ALWAYS so friendly, accommodating and efficient. I’ve never had a bad customer experience while staying there. House keeping is always so friendly, maintenance and the front desk always make you feel welcome! I was so disappointed and disgusted at the roaches in our room refrigerator and in the hallway. The ice bucket had hair on it and the refrigerator had things left over from the previous guest. I could barely sleep thinking of traveling home with roaches. I had to throw my food away for fear they would be in it. I’m thoroughly disappointed and disgusted because I liked staying there before this time.

Upon entering the room we noticed a strong odor. When we began unpacking my 12 yr old daughter noticed something on the floor under the nightstand in between the beds. Turned out to be there cigarette butts and the remnants of a marijuana cigarette. I promptly informed the night desk clerk and showed her the contraband. We were greeted by the desk clerk who was the only person on duty. We were given our room and noticed the toilet was dirty and had not been cleaned. Went down and she said she was the only employee there. I asked for the manager that the sign said was on duty but was told the desk clerk was by herself. She gave us another room which was clean.

I've stayed here multiple times the last few months for work and the rooms are usually pretty clean but this last time the room I got had dirty floors that hadn't been swept/vacuumed or mopped. Food crumbs and dead bugs on the floor along with hair. Multiple stains on the tile that look like they just need to be mopped up. A couple of the towels had dirty stains on them as if they were dropped on the floor or ran over with a cart. Other than that the rest of the room was decent. Was a little disappointed since my last few stays were just fine. Not sure what was going on with housekeeping hopefully just had a bad day.

Nice big 2 rooms, bedroom (w TV) separated from seating and couch/bed (&TV) area by drywall and door. Bathroom with tub and normal door kept it quiet . Room was on 2nd floor and far end of building very quiet but poor WiFi signal because of distance. Bathroom was clean as were other rooms and floor. Toilet worked properly but could be put on list to replace in near future,(worn past cleaning).

Bathroom door squeaked and would not close without pushing really hard on it. Be wasn't really all that comfortable. I could see daylight behind the ac unit where it had corroded the metal so you could really hear the outdoor noise. Price was reasonable all things considered.

Don’t stay here if you need a good night’s rest. Pillows and bed were horrible. Add to that constant cycling on and off of AC and sleep just isn’t happening. Other than that, it is dated but clean. Young man at the desk was trying very hard so no reflection on service.

We had the best stay at Country Inn & Suites! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so so good. The staff were beyond friendly! Dominque was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and gave great insight to fun places in the area. We will 10000% stay here again.

The property was very clean. It is a great place to stay. But one of the male associate at the check in was very rude. He didn’t greet/acknowledge us as we entered the hotel. He was very snappy and acted like we were getting on his nerves just because we asked for towels. His attitude was very unprofessional.

We got in at 1:30am and were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and getting back on the road. The hotel and room were nice and clean. I would leave it 5 stars except some of the staff were not at all friendly and to top it off we were told breakfast was til 10:30. At 10:10 we asked someone at the front desk to replace the waffle batter (it was watery and made a gooey mess) and the gentleman called someone right away. At 10:20 nobody had come so I asked again and was told the kitchen attendant said the kitchen is closed. The one and only thing my daughter wanted for breakfast was a waffle so she ended up with no breakfast. Very disappointing since breakfast was indeed til 10:30. Customer service needs to be improved cause the hotel itself is very nice and very clean.

The staff was very friendly upon check in and inquired whether we needed anything every time we passed by the desk. My only (minor) complaint was that we were at the north end of the building which is right along the highway and you could hear vehicles going by all night. If you're able to request a room on the south end when checking in, it is likely less noisy. Lastly, I was traveling with 2 dogs, so was wonderful that the property is pet friendly. However, there are really no grassy areas to take your pets to potty other than behind the neighboring gas station, which was sketchy after dark. We only stayed one night while passing through so wasn't a terrible inconvenience, just something to note. The beds were very comfortable!

Room was very nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty basic and not nearly as good as many competitors. Staff was pleasant. Good overall value.

Queen hotel, friendly staff, breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, Belgian waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee, and other miscellaneous, baked goods, and fruit. Great stuff for the price.

Was disappointed in the breakfast offerings as almost everything was "white " carbohydrates & full of sugar. No considerations for people are diabetic or gluten intolerant. Had to ask for plain oatmeal. No fresh fruit.

Hotel was up to par, but the breakfast bar was not very good. Very minimal food and what was there was not very good. Need to upgrade breakfast bar a little!

We arrived after midnight and Nomi, front desk, was very pleasant & accommodating. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well. The breakfast wasn't what we were expecting. The juice tasted watered down & the scrambled eggs had a strange taste as well. There was a foul odor when you ran the water in our room. We let the desk clerk know when we checked out the next morning.

They had a very complete and extensive breakfast. Also, many restaurants surround the property with a full service Starbucks right across the street where you can walk. Staff were extremely nice and helpful and finally, the heating/cooling unit in the room operated nearly silently and was controlled by an easily operated wall thermostat. Our room was extraordinarily clean, comfortable and updated.

Check in was fine. It took a few minutes before anyone was at the desk though. We had asked for our 2 rooms close together since I was traveling with my grandkids but while they were on the same floor, they werent close. Since this room was booked 6 months ago, I called twice with the request and we checked in right at 3, I would have thought they could have done better with the request. The ceiling in the hallway over our room had been leaking, the ceiling tiles were all gone and the debris from the leak was in the floor, everywhere along with 2 garbage cans full of water where they had caught the water. Carrying up a luggage cart was like an obstacle course trying to get in and out of our room without getting in the mess or knocking the garbage cans over. I know stuff happens but I know there could have been other rooms available instead of subjecting us to this mess every time we opened our door. While the few items that we had for breakfast was good, it consisted of biscuits, link sausage and potatoes. The waffle machine was broken and she kept saying she was heating gravy but we never got it. There was bread for toast but the toaster didnt work and we couldnt heat the very cold muffins, grits, oatmeal... etc.... because the microwave didnt work. We have stayed here before with fantastic results but it has clearly gone down hill. It was our daughters and her familys first time there and it was very disappointing.
