What a wonderful place to stay. Cute little cabin in a camper/cabin rental park. Very quiet. while walking the dog at night many motion sensor lights came on, which was wonderful. Easy communication with the hosts. They were very fast and responsive to any concerns. Love the covered porch.

My husband and I have been here a few times before, and we always enjoy our stay at this property. The cabin is clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple's getaway. It has everything we need: a comfortable bed, kitchen necessities, and an outside dining space. The cabin is close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond whenever we contacted her. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The quaint and cozy cabin provided everything we needed for a nice time away. It was very clean and comfortable. I would bring our own air mattress next time as the one on-site seems to have a leak.

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway! It was a very cold weekend and we were able to stay cozy between our activities. The bed and couch were both on the firm side, but I would stay here again and I would highly recommend it to others. There was plenty of space for the both of us. The property was clean and we felt safe, yet we were in a very convenient location to all that Franklin has to offer. This was our second trip to Franklin and I think it may be a spot we come to every year, if possible. Thank you for making this a great place to stay!

We only spent a night in order to attend a concert nearby. We loved the beautiful setting as well as the very comfortable living and sleeping spaces. The cabin is super cute and neat as a pin! Ashli was a great communicator. She gave me specific driving instructions as well as her phone number in case of any problems. We have two small, non-shedding pups who loved the walking area as well as the space rather than a tiny motel room. We would highly recommend a stay of any number of days! In fact, we are returning in August!

This place was a really cute find. The only issue I had was when I tried finding the actual house. The directions weren’t on the listing and I called the property manager multiple times but nothing. I ended up driving around this neighborhood for 15-20 mins until I found it. The next day they text me the instructions on how to find it. Along with checkout process, the day I was checking out. Other than that it was a nice cute place.

About 1.5 hours from Gatlinburg, 10 minutes from down town Franklin, 25 minutes from Highlands, 20 minutes to Dillard, 35 minutes to Rabun. Lots of waterfalls and scenery to explore. The owner’s communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

Usually to get this quiet and natural atmosphere you have to be far from almost anything. You feel secluded but you are just a few minutes away from anything you might need. Cabin definitely fit our needs and small enough to have quiet atmosphere.

We have stayed in various properties here and always love it. It is beyond clean, and just a restful, peaceful place. It is plenty warm in the winter, beautiful in the fall, and plenty cool in the summer with the great heat and a/c. It's nothing fancy, just cozy and relaxing and the response of the hosts is excellent. We love to have breakfast in and the kitchen provides all we need, plus there are condiments and foods left by other guests that make it so easy! We go at least twice a year to this area and this will always be "our spot" to land when visiting family there.

This is our go-to place to stay in the Franklin area. The cabins are cozy and very adequate especially for the price. We have stayed there three times now it will always be the first place we recommend. The cabins are suitable for a family of four or less though there is a larger cabin that could probably take a larger family.The cabins are always clean when we check in. The two cabins we have stayed in include a small kitchenet with the utensils/equipment available that is suitable for making simple meals and serving 2-4 people. This cabin had a covered area with a propane grill, picnic table, swing, and lounging chairs and it was great to sit outside and enjoy the mild weather there.

This is our go-to place to stay in the Franklin area. The cabins are cozy and very adequate especially for the price. We have stayed there three times now it will always be the first place we recommend. The cabins are suitable for a family of four or less though there is a larger cabin that could probably take a larger family.The cabins are always clean when we check in. The two cabins we have stayed in include a small kitchenet with the utensils/equipment available that is suitable for making simple meals and serving 2-4 people. This cabin had a covered area with a propane grill, picnic table, swing, and lounging chairs and it was great to sit outside and enjoy the mild weather there.
