Location was ok, not walkable to restaurants in cold weather. Hotel needed a little updating. Lobby and eating area were small. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast options were good. Attendant, Richard was super pleasant. The most disappointing part of our stay, pool heater was broken so pool temperature was freezing cold! We had children who could not even get in. Also, everyday, there was a very unpleasant food smell in the hallways.

Swimming pool was closed by local health department was unable to use was not informed on website that it was not working I booked & paid for 2 nights on hotels.com ended up only staying 1 night & was told by hotel staff that they would refund 1 night & give a discount on the night I stayed it did not happen had to contact hotels.com when I got home & finally got refund from hotels. Com did not get discount for 1 night fitness room was very dirty and not maintained will not stay here again

I didn't like that the first room I was given was already taken. I also didn't like that there was an underwater pool light missing and word sticking out of the hole... UNDER WATER! The staff was pretty friendly overall and the continental breakfast was decent though. The elevator stunk and was sketchy.

None of the fitness equipment worked, the towels were dirty, funky smells, lots of damage to the room, front desk couldn’t give you change for laundry….the showers were 10/10 though.

Room wasn’t terrible the whole hotel smelt bad the hot tub had gross stuff floating in it the pool did not look clean either and there were exposed wires in the pool from a removed pool light just not a great stay would not recommend staying here!

Check in was great,felt like she was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good as well, normal buffet style. Gentleman in charge was helpful and friendly.Hot tub water was discolored like dirty and swimming pool does not appear to have a heater as it's very icy (literally like stepping in an early spring lake cold). The pool and hot tub were what had led me to pick this motel to start with. I think what I really disliked and was extremely upset over was my check out. Clerk was very friendly on check out and I was surprised when handed my receipt upon leaving my keys at the desk.I couldn't read it as I didn't have my reading glasses on as I didn't expect a receipt from them. I thought it would be billed thru Travelocity. After I got to my car and on the road I looked at the receipt which was only for my dogs stay. I looked at my Travelocity from my email which I found out that the bill would come directly from the motel instead. I decided to then go to look at my bank statements and discovered the normal $100 extra which is added to bill for incidentals that is then returned after stay is done. The real surprise was that bank statement showed 4 seperate extra charges of $100 each billed to me as well. I called right away and talked to clerk who said it would be removed. I really hope that's correct as I'm not used to a total of an extra $500 being taken from my account. In this case I'm not sure if it's worth a second visit.

Under construction, no towel racks, stinks, hot tub doesn't work cold water, treadmill is loud and really old, elliptical doesn't work, weight room is dirty, weights and mirrors dirty, tv remotes don't work there or in the rooms. Elevator is sketchy.

Room was not very clean. Had no light over the sink in the bathroom only light was the heat lamp. Took 2 day to get them to replace the light bulbs above the sink. Room was never cleaned in our 3 night stay. Had to requests clean towels. Coffee make didn't work they did replces it. Had to go get cooffe each morning do to them not cleaning replacing stuff in the room. Was a ground floor room and neither one the windows locked. Overall experience was very disappointing.

The cleanliness was very poor. Both of our bedding had stains in it and clearly hadn't been washed. Sadly, I only noticed it in the morning as we went to bed tired. The rug, and hard floor felt sticky and dirty overall.

Overall a clean hotel with comfortable beds. That being said, the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking water and the carpet was soaked and starting to smell like mildew. The leak was fixed at our request, but the carpet remained wet during our stay.

Upon arrival to our room, the door was ajar. Unsure if someone had been in the room before we checked in. The room had a strong odor of wetness and mildew. The room needed multiple repairs throughout. The wallpaper was curling off the wall. The next morning, my husband and I were making the bed and noticed a spot of blood on the edge of the blanket. The staff were friendly, but our room was not aesthetically pleasing, did not feel clean, had no functional equipment. Would not go back.

Elevator doors jerk open and closed, catching on something. 5. Pool is not heated, and not safe for babies and toddlers, pregnant women, and some heart patients. 6. Room is visibly falling apart, construction staples were littered over the floor and dangling/hanging loosely from the wall. 7. Sharp piece or poorly cut tile sticking off corner wall. 8. Ceiling cracked and water leak stain 9. Other furniture show signs of wear and tear and splintering, which is dangerous for families with young babies or toddlers. 10. Poor rule enforcement regulation to assure that ALL guests have a hospitable and safe stay. *This is largely to blame on the other children's parents. Do better parents* -Pool area is not monitored and we kept getting hit by bratty kids. One kid kept trying to spray my 11 month old daughter in the face with water from the HOT TUB with a water gun. Kids literally HIT my group members and other guest over the head with pool toys. The adults that were watching the kids were drunk & activly drinking in the pool. I would have given this property 4 stars. I got upgraded to a nice suite! However, it was on first floor by the stairs. All I could hear all night was the person above me stomping around, along with them coming down the staircase from 1am to checkout. So I didn’t really get any sleep. The room was also very dark as there is inadequate lighting. But the room was still very nice and smelled clean.

Very noisy. You can hear everytbing from the hallway and surrounding rooms. Toliet seat was literally hanging on by a thread and the bathroom foor made a super loud creeking noise upon open amd closing it. It was ok. They also dont allow you to hook ganing systems up to the tv which sucks bc its a family hotel

Above average for the price. Was a pleasant stay. TV had blurry lines and wasn't watchable. Got in late and was ready to sleep so didn't make a big deal about it. I'm sure the staff would've adjusted if I needed it. Front desk did a good job

A coat of paint can't hide that a total bathroom remodel needs to be done, that sums up the room. It was clean, but dated, and the bedding was nice and comfy, but the bathrooms, in both rooms we were in needed to be redone in totality. Not bashing the hotel, just being honest. The night before we stayed in a fantastic Comfort Suites in Colorado Springs, CO. Brand new and amazing. I stay at Comfort Suites quite a bit as we have a dog and they have a reasonable pet rate of $25 per night. Note I'm a Marriott Elite Silver member and their pet rate when they have one is a ridiculous 2x or 3x times that. This hotel is older and the room and decor reflected it. It was clean and the front desk person was great. That said, the hotel is located in kind of an old industrial park area a little off the beaten path so for a family, it might be intimidating especially at night.
A coat of paint can't hide that a total bathroom remodel needs to be done, that sums up the room. It was clean, but dated, and the bedding was nice and comfy, but the bathrooms, in both rooms we were in needed to be redone in totality. Not bashing the hotel, just being honest. The night before we stayed in a fantastic Comfort Suites in Colorado Springs, CO. Brand new and amazing. I paid for the room in cash and paid the pet fee with my credit card. We checked in on Thursday evening and on Saturday morning, an additional $383.87 was charged to my card. We complained to the manager and he said he didn't know what it was from. Then when we checked out this morning he said oh it'll drop off. It still hasn't "dropped off" I will be disputing that charge because the room wasn't worth the $500 we paid and definitely not workgroup the almost$900 we were charged. Very angry. Will NEVER book a choice hotel again. Also, the hot tub didn't work and the pool was constantly over run with unruly teenagers with no manners.

We didn’t get the correct room. Wrong key for room. My husband had to go get a new key car while my daughter and I waited for 20 minutes. Then at 10:30/11pm at night, we heard someone trying to get into our room. They double booked our room. We barely got an apology, the manager just wanted my name to confirm I paid. I was not at all happy with their customer service.

Front desk service was absolutely terrible. Only thin to make it worse, the morning desk service. Property was dirty. Bed was broken. Front desk refused to accommodate guests. Said we didn’t have reservation for four. Yet clearly Expedia site indicated. Argumentative staff. Breakfast assistant (older gentleman and ‘Ruth’) clearly disturbed with how we were being treated and apologized. I would never stay at this property. EVER!

Check in was great,felt like she was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good as well, normal buffet style. Gentleman in charge was helpful and friendly.Hot tub water was discolored like dirty and swimming pool does not appear to have a heater as it's very icy (literally like stepping in an early spring lake cold). The pool and hot tub were what had led me to pick this motel to start with. I think what I really disliked and was extremely upset over was my check out. Clerk was very friendly on check out and I was surprised when handed my receipt upon leaving my keys at the desk.I couldn't read it as I didn't have my reading glasses on as I didn't expect a receipt from them. I thought it would be billed thru Travelocity. After I got to my car and on the road I looked at the receipt which was only for my dogs stay. I looked at my Travelocity from my email which I found out that the bill would come directly from the motel instead. I decided to then go to look at my bank statements and discovered the normal $100 extra which is added to bill for incidentals that is then returned after stay is done. The real surprise was that bank statement showed 4 seperate extra charges of $100 each billed to me as well. I called right away and talked to clerk who said it would be removed. I really hope that's correct as I'm not used to a total of an extra $500 being taken from my account. In this case I'm not sure if it's worth a second visit.

The property was very convenient to the highway and easy to access. Staff was so kind and helpful. We especially loved Richard in the breakfast area. Breakfast was good with many options. The pool and hot tub were a welcome respite after our time on the road. For the price, this hotel can’t be beat and we will definitely return as we pass through. Thank you for a peaceful night’s stay!

The tv was on in my room when I got there which made me feel a little weird. I looked around to make sure the room had been cleaned and no one else was actually staying in that room. All was good and I understand that things happen like that from time to time. Lots of activity, people coming and going, had a pizza delivery person knock on my door (I didnt order pizza) close to the casinos in council bluffs which I liked but lots of noise. Overall a great hotel, would stay there again.

The room was not in the best shape. There was damage to our door frame and the mirror in the sink area and the bathroom outside of the shower had water damage. The breakfast was a good variety of different options. The outside of the hotel was obviously being worked on to renovate it. The hotel was easily accessable to the highway and close to every destination we were traveling to.

There was a strange man walking around the parking lot with a big stick - he obviously was having issues that are not your fault; but when we parked our truck - another patron told us to move our truck because his truck was vandalized in the very same spot. He said the glass from his punched in window - was still there. So this made us feel unsafe. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Wasn't happy about the 100.00 fee for incidentals since we are pretty low key and didn't plan to ruin the property since we were just driving through. The room was not updated and the TV was left on as well as the bathroom heat lamp which made us feel unsafe. In the end we decided to find another hotel where we felt safer. And we forfeited that money.

This was a spacious and comfortable place to stay while traveling. While simple and basic, the room was clean and the breakfast met our needs. Staff was nice as well and the hotel was conveniently located near the highway which was helpful for getting back on the road the next day.

The gentleman keeping things stocked and clean in the breakfast area was so friendly and helpful. He was the highlight of our stay. Everything was very nice. And the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful too.

Bad last impression. Breakfast at 8:30- hardly anything out b/c anything out & not eaten has to be thrown repeated by attendant- so you have to ask for each bagel/muffin. Waffle maker ‘broken’ and no hot food cooked within 45 min closing so they don’t have to throw it out. Unpleasant.

It was your basic hotel, nothing fancy. Our shower had multiple hairs on the wall and floor, so had clearly not been cleaned well. Hot tub jets didnt work- it was just a bath at that point. Breakfast was good, and the attendant made the whole stay great! Super friendly and kind.

Stay was good. Room was very nice. Breakfast was so so. On til 9a.m. but by 8:45 everything was being cleaned up and taken away. Still i would recommend as very nice for the price.

Don't expect too much from the complimentary breakfast. The eggs and sausage were cold, the three hard boiled eggs had been in the fridge for a couple of days and looked beyond their expiration, there was no milk for the cereal, and no fruit. The hot tub had a large amount of hair and bugs in it and once that was noticed we didn't return to swim. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and even after I asked for someone to come look at it, no one came. The food in the refrigerator spoiled. The sheets they gave for the pull out bed weren't the correct size so it was difficult keeping them on the mattress. One of the "clean" washcloths around the sink area had dried snot on it and the room smelled like smoke. After the first day, the Netflix app on the t.v. wouldn't work. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced and I travel a lot. I will never stay here again!

Breakfast was very disappointing - no fresh fruit, miserable coffee, limited choice of pastry/breads/bagels, etc. Most unsatisfactory and not all like most Comfort Inns. Room was good but a strange configuration of the bathroom. Nice linens and a good bed.

Room was not very clean when we arrived and in need of maintenance, the door to the room would not close due to being damaged without having to lift and push hard on it. No instructions on how to get the TV to work, but the staff was nice and came up and showed us how other than that not bad for the price we paid. Hot breakfast was pretty good on Saturday but each day there were less and less items. It was like it was not restocked by Monday wasn’t much there.

This is our second time staying here. The staff members are so kind. Every time we walked in and out of the front door, they always smiled and greeted us. Some of them tried to make small talk with our shy 2 year old, which was really sweet. The bed was comfortable. There's a lot of options for breakfast -- waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and cereal. My only complaint was that the light switch near the door was somehow connected to TV. If we turned that light off, then we lost signal with steaming and cable services. Not sure if it was just our room that had that issue. It was only a minor inconvenience, so we will be returning next year. The location is very convenient -- its next to a Casey's and right off the interstate and just a short drive to the Omaha Zoo

The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Trying to brush teeth, the sink was over half full. I refused to sit on the couch in the room. It appeared very dirty and old. A sofa cover definitely would have helped. I loved the motel being pet friendly as it made our trip so much easier. The breakfast bar was wonderful, and the staff was very kind and helpful.
