Comfort Suites Omaha East-Council Bluffs

The room was not at all clean and there were numerous stains on the carpet and something on the walls of the bathroom. Crumbs could be seen in corners of the room, bath linens appeared stained, the water pressure was very low, and mattress on the pull out couch had multiple stains. The hot tub was by far the most disgusting I have ever seen with debris floating in it. The staff entered our room despite having to Do Not Disturb sign up and the staff justified the choice. We were so disgusted by the conditions and felt so unsafe, we checked out a day early and booked a different hotel for the remainder of our trip.

Room was clean, with service every day, bed made and trash removed at least. Breakfast was amazing with healthy offerings as well as the usual waffles, cereal, etc. My only "complaint" is with the state of Iowa regulating the low temperature of the hot tub.

Perfect stay. The staff was great as well as the amenities. Comfy bed and tasty breakfast. Will stay again.

The entryway had a foul odor when we first arrived. The room was fine except it didn’t have a hair dryer. The staff were very friendly and quick to take care of any problems.

Room was not fancy but clean. Probably the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bed and pillows were also very comfortable.
