Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Council Bluffs by IHG

Room was very clean. Housekeeping and maintenance went above and beyond when bad weather hit and we had a small leak. And with bad weather I mean severe thunderstorms and wind. At one time the tornado sirens could be heard.

Clean, well set up. Nice pool overlooking the river. Lovely sitting area overlooking the river also. Had a wonderful time. The pillows were really good also. Our rooms were very nice and comfortable. Hotel is also attached to the Ameristar casino so you dont have to leave the hotel to play games or have dinner. Would definitely go back!

Not the first time we have stayed here. But as always clean, comfy beds and bathroom was clean also. Front desk girls could have been more friendly. They weren’t rude but made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation when I checked in. Breakfast was good. Loved that there was a shuttle to Stir Cove as we were there for a concert with friends.

We were able to get my wife's toothbrush back that we accidentally left on our last stay, Jobi had it ready for our return. We would also like to thank Larry for his quick response to fix our HVAC unit that quit working properly our second night. The whole stay was a pleasure. We will be back!

Breakfast was great and the fact you had fresh berries that I was able to make my wife's smoothie for her special diet was huge because I didn't need to go to the store. Thank you.
