NO HOT TUB AS ADVERTISED! morning Breakfast was a wash, NO food, 80% Bar was empty of any food.

It is clear that the hotel has been going through some renovations because you can see some nice upgrades. However, there is still construction happening. Overall our room was fine and just what we needed with our busy schedule. The breakfast was average, parking and location are good, the fitness room was below average with only 2 working machines, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Our bathroom had no shampoo, no conditioner, and no wash clothes. We were gone the entire day in the 100 degree heat and just wanted to shower and get ready for bed. When I went down to the desk to ask for shampoo, conditioner, and wash clothes; I received a lecture about how overwhelmed the staff is along with my items. I feel bad for the staff and hope that management can either hire more people or chip in themselves. I am unsure if we would stay at this facility again. I would really need to think about it....not horrible, but certainly not wonderful either.

My children and I got there around 8:30pm and I was happy because it just got dark. I was traveling alone with my small children. I was able to unpack everything I needed for the one night which was a lot of stuff. Got everything set up and unpacked in my room. When first notice the bath tub was gross. My children really need a bath but I give them shower and when I was eating my dinner. when I notice the outlet had mold all around it.

If you get room 100, switch to a new room immediately. When I went to the room, I though it was the best since there was no neighbor to my left or right. That night, I notice that behind the wall, where the bed was, there was some kind of machine making a droning noise. It was a little annoying with the TV on so I did not give it much though, I came to regret my decision to not switch to a new room. I am a light sleeper, that night, when the machined switched on, it would wake me and keep me up. After ten minutes of the droning noise it drove me crazy. This happened all night. The only way for me to get some sleep was to put noise cancellation headphone on and listen to music. Eventually, I went back to sleep. That night, I got no more than a few hours of sleep. I was a walking zombie the next morning due the lack of sleep. My advice, stay away.
