No elevator and we were on the third floor. It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility and all you could smell throughout the hallways was stale cigarettes. The curtains in our room would not even close all of the way. Could hear doors slamming all night long.

Perhaps THE worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. First, there was NO ELEVATOR in an odd split-level multi-story hotel building! There were questionable stains on the room wall and on a lampshade. The corners of both the room and especially the bathroom had not been touched by a broom or vacuum in quite some time. No daily cleaning of room and we had to ask for new towels every day. They acted like it was weird for us asking for towels each evening. One afternoon, there were two guys smoking out of a glass pipe out front as we pulled in. Two nights in a row, there were random people sleeping in their cars as we returned to this location. Two mornings there were people on the side and behind the building either asleep, passed out or strung out! Very concerning, but rooms in town were very hard to come by, so we could not leave!

You can see water damage throughout the room. Lights flicker in and off. I left an item in the hotel room and they kept it instead of sending it to me. It seems like some of the people there live in the rooms. Trash gets put in the hallways until someone at random times throws it out. Website says they have a hot breakfast and they have toast, cereal and oatmeal. Couple juices and coffee. No elevators so be able to walk the stairs. Beds were ok. Soft. Someone got arrested in the hotel.

Should have read the reviews before booking here. Will not be back again. The tub was a disaster with rust around the bars and basically seen better days. Always seemed to be several people gathered around the outside entrance smoking. There was no cups to be had in the room to drink from and none available from housekeeping and had to ask for an ice. We were told Super 8 was quitting supplying cups, coffee in rooms etc.

Hotel was going through some remodeling. Was nice to see that carpets were being replaced in hallways etc. Overall hotel was clean and comfortable

My friends and I arrived discovered several colored stains on the sheets and crusty matter on the blankets when it was time to go to sleep. Upon further inspection we found toenail clippings, used Q-tips, dead bugs smashed on the walls, and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling and all over the window curtains. We also found an entire plastic wheel cover/hubcap sitting in the corner of the room, which would have been impossible to miss if the room had any attention or cleaning service done. The room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke despite being a posted no-smoking facility. We are also fairly confident we witnessed drug deals in the parking lot. Upon explaining our issues with the room to the front desk attendant, we were told nothing could be done since we did not report the issues within an hour of checking in. Without being able to get another room or even get clean sheets, we decided to check out and ended up sleeping 4-deep in a Camry because we all felt it would be safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. I’ve attempted to call the customer support line but the automated answering service will not accept my reservation number or put me through to an actual human. The manager of the specific Super8 we stayed at was supposed to contact me, but he has not, nor has he answered my phone calls. This is without a doubt the worst experience I have had at any place of business and there is no possible way our room at this hotel passed any sort of regulations or inspection.

The sheets were torn, the bathroom was dirty, the sink looked old, the bathroom had mold, there were humid spots on the ceiling, it just was not clean. And breakfast was just cereal.

Upon arrival, we found the front desk personnel to be very pleasant. Upon going to the room/suite it was found that there was no mattress cover on the king bed in the room. This revealed blood stains, and at the very least urine stains. There was also food between the mattress and the fitted sheet. The bathroom was filthy with mold in the corners of the room. The carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned for some time. We contacted the front desk and eventually was advised that the manager was on his way to the hotel. In the meantime, one of the housekeepers was trying to assist us in Getting a mattress, cover and fresh sheets for the bed. We were told at that point that housekeeping did not have access to those things only the manager could retrieve them. The manager arrived and was very rude and argumentative. He explained they could refund 15% of the room, but considering the issues where you were not very happy with that. hotels.com did refund a portion and assisted us in getting a room at another hotel as we ended up not staying in our full amount of time. My wife and her ended up cleaning the room. A maintenance man was very helpful in remaking the beds, and also replaced the air conditioner, which was also not working. Will never stay here again and will advise anyone. I know to never say there.

This was probably one of the most disgusting days I’ve ever had in hotel. The room was not that clean. The toilet seat had feces on. It had to be cleaned before I could even use it. The room wasn’t that clean took forever to get hot water like five minutes or more. And what you consider a free breakfast was nothing at all, there was toast, cold cereal, hard-boiled egg, coffee, and juice and a packet for oatmeal that is not a breakfast that’s ridiculous. The entire place smelled like marijuana.

The room was not clean. At least not to my standards. The door to the room was warped. You had to bang it with a hip to open and pulling it hard to close.

This was a one night stay. The condition of the hotel needs to be updated. The room was not cleaned through. Dust everywhere made my sinuses run and sneezed. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain! So I showered and the floor was wet. My husband skipped showering because the tub was cracked everywhere and no curtains. We did not feel safe so we propped chairs against the door. Do not recommend.

They only had two pillows per bed and said they had no extras. The bathroom sink had broken door and bath tub was peeling. Room did not feel clean and staff was rude.

The shower in our room had mold all over the ceiling and was falling apart. My bathroom towels were falling apart. We were told breakfast was included but all it was, was cereal and juice. Also the window in our room was broken so there was a huge gap open to outside. Probably the worst Super 8 I’ve ever been to, my kids were terrified.

Didn’t have any issues with property the first couple times but this last time I rented a room #233 smells like wet, dog or something in the air conditioning in the room was broken did not work so it was extremely hot.

It was a no smoking room and it smelled of cigarretes all the time . A dog barking next door . TV not working.

Other than newish toilet and sink, rest of room was very dated. Carpet was sticky. Load AC unit. Room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking.

Room smelled like bleach. Air conditioning didn’t work. Doors were broke. Key cards didn’t work through the middle of the night. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Hotel is basic, no frills, which is fine but the rooms could be cleaner and brighter. The carpet was dark but coupled that with a small ceiling light it felt quite dark. There's no lift, which was fine for us, but elderly people or someone with heavy luggage would struggle. Breakfast was available, but just toast, butter, cheese and yoghurt, no meat. The 2-slice toaster definitely need to upgraded. Staff was friendly, so no complaints there. One thing I really liked was that coffee was available any time of the day or night - and it was really good coffee, not mild coffee-flavoured hot water 😊 Overall, it was fine for the price we paid.

Positive: First floor access was very helpful for accessibility access from the side door. That was great! Negatives: Otherwise, our TV didn't work, had problems with WIFI security so I coudn't access it. Breakfast has very limited options, not like the typical Super8 breakfast we are accustomed to. The bed covers were damaged and not clean.

Very poor conditions, room was dirty, toilet wouldn't flush, they handed us a plunger. We thought it was fixed but it still wouldn't flush. We asked for a new room. They said they were sending msintenamce at 8am, but it would be 2 hours. I explained that my mom was in the hospital and we needed a new room. Given new room key after 3 tries. Then the shower wouldn't drain and was dirty. "Breakfast" was cereal, thats all that was offered. Had to stay the two nights but switched to a new hotel after. Would never stay there again. Very poor conditions.

Had to adjust my schedule stay twice however the staff was pleasant and very professional.

check in for 2 rooms took over 20 minutes. got to the rooms,ours (#217) was missing a fixture in the bathroom and the room was disgustingly dirty. our friends room (231), was even more disgusting, blood like substance in the bathroom, ceiling had a tear in it, the sheets were dirty and there was spatter all over the walls.we went downstairs and left. manager on duty was very unfriendly, would not provide a phone number to call so we could get a refund and barely spoke to me. you have all the pertinent information. please issue my refund for the 2 rooms as the manager said he would. I also have pictures if you need them. i will not post them here so other do not have to see what we saw. thanks for ruining our weekend!!!!

Evening staff (gentleman) was very friendly and accommodating. He helped us with towels and how to operate the tv on 2 occasions even though it appeared quite busy. He was definitely able to multitask. The continental breakfast was toast or cereal. Definitely not expecting such minimal choices. The day clerk( young girl) was not really friendly and was on her cell phone every time we saw her even when she was asked if she could get us a fork.

Completly unsafe looking, I was told I would receive a full refend.Still showing on my card for the charge.

Easy access off the highway and close to the casino.

Fast and easy check in and there were multiple food options within 5 minutes from the hotel.

The property looks nothing like the pictures. The carpet in our room was sticky and had stains and crumbs all over. The bedding looked unwashed with stains and cigarette burns on it. Our bathtub had holes in it and the ceiling above it was falling down slightly. The property is also next to a busy road so it was noisy and the neighborhood didn’t feel very safe.

This is a truckstop area on the I29. It was a Wyndam property, so we thought it would be OK. It is not. Needs help. Not many regular travelers would want to stay here

Easy to get to. Close to the casino I wanted to go to. Clean and comfortable.

Advertise a breakfast. Juice didnt taste right. Cereal and toast just doesnt cute. No fruit. Nothing else.i would never go there again or recommend.

Skip this one. Intentionally booked a budget hotel, as we were only planning to stay for a few hours worth of sleep and a breakfast in the AM. The property was unkempt, even for a budget hotel. The hallways and rooms had a dingy appearance and obvious and unpleastant odor. Our room (226) had a shelf falling from the wall (exposed screws), the carpets were clearly unvaccuumed, several hairs were found in the bed, and one of the pillows had black markings on it that appeared to indicate that it was run over by a cart or something with thin wheels. The breakfast consisted of boiled eggs or cold cereal and milk, of which few items were available/restocked at 8:30 when we attempted to eat. Ultimately, we opted for Pettit's Pastry instead of the hotel breakfast (highly recommend). AC was a window unit, but worked fine. We got our few hours of sleep and left as soon as posssible. Would not stay again, as we felt uncomfortable being there. Had we arrived earlier than 1:30 AM, we would have found other arrangements.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I'm a non-smoker. There was a cigarette burn in cover. Other places offer things besides just the cold cereal and toast for their continental breakfast. Unsatisfied customer. Won't be staying there anytime soon again.
