the hot tub was out of order. the 24 hour pool and hot tub availabilty was the sole reason for my visit. $200 non refundable. wouldn't have booked if i had known that all amenities were not available.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean for the most part. The hotel needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance. The whole reason we chose this hotel over others was for the pool and pool hours. It was absolutely disgusting. Filthy dirty with several areas of black algae. The spa water was noticeably brown. I was appalled that any hotel would let their pool get this way. We are local and stayed at the hotel for my daughter's 16th birthday. Had I known the condition of the pool, we would have just stayed at home and not wasted $200.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the daily breakfast! The hotel room was clean and very comfortable but is in need of repairs and upgrades. The hot tub was closed down and the pool area really needs updating as well.

My family and I stopped on the way into Oregon from Utah. The room was great, staff was kind, breakfast was good. The only negative was that it was clear the pool needs resurfaced as it was rough and chipping away with a lot of concrete dust in the bottom. Overall a good stay.

We stayed here over a busy weekend when a high school football team was staying on our floor. Despite that, it was quiet and there was enough breakfast for us and a couple dozen growing teenage boys. It was an average continental breakfast, nothing fancy or overly delicious. The hotel is definitely dated, the fan was dusty water pressure was mid, and there wasn’t a door to separate our separate room from the main room where our kids slept. I didn’t use the gym but it looked bigger than most hotel gyms I’ve seen. The pool was clean but rusted and built up with calcium in some areas of the deck. The hot tub was closed for repairs.

The property was very clean and had very responsive staff. The pool was nice and clean as well, and we loved that it was open 24 hours. Continental breakfast was fairly good, just wished it served bacon. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay

I liked the balanced amount of sun to shade areas and able to sit under the trees during the day, and outside on the patio in the evening to read a book. The gym was OK. Two main pieces of equipment were broken and after talking to the maintenance person, sounds like they have been broken for a while. would be nice to have equipment in working condition. Breakfast was good and lots of options to choose from.

Common areas, hallways and elevator were very dirty and were not cleaned or vacuumed the entire 5 days I stayed. I asked for my room to be cleaned the 4th day and the garbage was taken out and towels replaced but nothing was cleaned and the bed was not made.

The hotel bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There was mold in the corners and on the soap shelf and dirt in the bottom of the tub and water spots all over all of the faucets. It was very disgusting I will never stay at a La Quinta again

Our room was so incredibly disgusting. The carpet was completely stained up, torn up, mold on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was beyond disgusting… the thermostat was missing from the wall in the room. Under the bed looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned in years. Lots of candy and dust and lots of debris. There were stains on the walls even… My bed had old rice in between the covers. I’m completely disturbed.

We checked in and went to our room and it was not clean. Stains on the ceiling, cupboards, curtain, and the bathroom vent was super dusty and gross. I went to the front desk and was able to get replacement rooms for us all.

While this hotel was apparently under construction, this was one of the most vile places ive ever stayed. My wife pulled a wad of pubic hair from the bathtub, the bathtub had black mold as well. Manager wouldnt help, we stayed somewhere else. Worst experience ever

I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled due to the fact that it had a 9.0 rating when I booked and it definitely did not live up to that. Our room was not clean and the chair smelled like urine. The elevator floor was dirty on the day we checked in and was still dirty 4 days later. I was apprehensive about the free breakfast due to cleanliness, but the lady who worked the breakfast did a really good job. Our room also didn’t get cleaned during the 4 days and we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. I would not stay here again.

Don’t bother with online check in- you have to show your ID and do it again anyway. The facility was dirty from the beginning. Elevator was the first tip off. Our room looked decent until we went to the bathroom. Dust and hair all over the bathroom. Beds hard as a rock and AC barely worked. Spend the extra money to get a better hotel.

I was on a 9 day road trip and stayed at La Quinta Wyndham Boise Town Square on day 6. This hotel had the absolute worst beds. My mattress was super soft and concave in the middle. The lounge chair was so nasty looking i wouldn't even consider laying my clothes on it.

This LaQuinta was really good, especially for the price. We loved the spacious King Suite that had a full size fridge and a kitchenette with sink and some dishes. Was perfect for us as we have to carry special food with us. Some of the furnishings were just OK, but the service was very good. Nice greeting from the front desk. The breakfast was not great. Healthy offerings were very limited. Offerings in general limited. Coffee very drinkable.

The room was next to the staircase in the far corner of the building. We were woken up several times during the night with people running up and down the stairs. The walls were poorly insulated for sound and we could hear everything happening in the hall around us.

The staff was great and the customer service was up to par. The room was only average. The bed was terrible. The most uncomfortable hotel bed I've experienced. The pillows were old and the feathers were all clumped up and super uncomfortable. Fortunately the staff was willing to replace the pillows so that helped but the bed was still so uncomfortable that I had back and neck pain for my whole stay. Disappointing.

The stay at La Quinta was good up until I left. It was a decent hotel for the price, staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were adequate. I was in town to visit an ill family member, so I was only at the hotel long enough to sleep each night and take a shower. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it did okay. The shower curtain wasn't big enough for the shower, so there was always water on the bathroom floor to be cleaned up after my showers. I was perfectly fine with my stay until I reviewed my bank account a couple of days after check out and saw a $250 charge in addition to the room fee. When I called to inquire, the person at the front desk advised it was a smoking fee. I absolutely *did not* smoke in the room. The stay at La Quinta was good up until I left. It was a decent hotel for the price, staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were adequate. I was in town to visit an ill family member, so I was only at the hotel long enough to sleep each night and take a shower. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it did okay. The shower curtain wasn't big enough for the shower, so there was always water on the bathroom floor to be cleaned up after my showers. I was perfectly fine with my stay until I reviewed my bank account a couple of days after check out and saw a $250 charge in addition to the room fee. When I called to inquire, the person at the front desk advised it was a smoking fee. I absolutely *did not* smoke in the room. We arrived at 2:00 and were told that we could pay $25.00 to check in before 3:00. Unreal - we have stayed here many times for medical and business appointments. This has NEVER happened before and we are seasoned travelers. There was garbage left over in the can from prior guests - gross. The room was next to the elevator and had it been busier we would have heard the commotion from our door. The staff should have put us into a quieter room since it wasn't busy there. The breakfast was moderate at best, but frankly to serve bruised bananas and dented green apples should not be served. Doubt we'd come back there after such ridiculous service, if you could call it that.

I was in Boise for a memorial, not anything touristy. This particular location is in a walkable location for restaurants including Cheesecake Factory and IHOP. The area is clean and safe though with a high volume of traffic. It is quiet at the hotel though, because it is set a ways back from the street. Mine was an in-and-out visit, but the price was right, the room was spotless and I'm grateful for that.

It was okay. The breakfast kept running out of stuff and they wouldn’t refill, for example the waffle mix or juice mix. Pool was freezing even though it was inside. I said I was going to have four people in my room (me, wife, 2kids) and they never gave enough towels even though I asked multiple times. Girl at the desk in the morning had attitude. The girl at the desk in the evening was great!

The room was clean, but the elevator had dirty footprints on the walls that remained there during the duration of my stay. The breakfast bar was ridiculous. I checked around 8am and they had ran out of food and coffee. I checked again at 8:30 and they still had no coffee, but had brought in some previously frozen mini muffins which were still in the process of defrosting. There was also cold cereal or hard bagels as options. The "hot food" was apparently first come, first serve... so breakfast was not available until 9am as advertised. If they WERE replenishing it, and my luck was just awful both times, they were doing a terrible job.

Breakfast was greasy sausage patties and overcooked tasteless eggs. One day of that and we ate out every other breakfast. Room service was nonexistent. We had to get towels and toilet paper and soap and shampoo from the front desk and housekeeping every day. Pool was frigid. I liked the available printer and computer. Staff was friendly.

Rooms were clean and adequate. Breakfast could have been better. The young lady bringing the food couldn't keep up. And NOBODY likes Orange Marmalade jelly. Ran out out of the Grape and Strawberry, but had tons of the Orange garbage. Staff was very helpful throughout our 5 night stay. They had a station for pet bags to pick up after them, but it had not been refilled in, probably years.

The room we had wasn’t cleaned. They just dumped out the trash in the bathrooms trash can, they left the dirty trash liner in after. There was a Q-tip behind the bathroom trash can. The night stand in between the bed’s had liquid on the top surface and going into the drawer. The carpet in-front of the fridge had a big orange stain and it didn’t look like anyone tried to remove the stain. The front entrance was being remodeled and the workers they had doing the work where whistling at the women that where going into the hotel. There was trash all over the ground and blowing all over the parking lot. The parking lot was not well lite at night. There was no La Quinta sign on the side of the building letting people know what hotel it was. I would not stay here again.
