Seems like this place is falling apart. When you are showering, it sounds like the tub is going to just fall through the floor. The pool was very merky even with the pool cleaner currently in it. The hot tub was filled to the rim so we couldn’t even get in it otherwise we would have flooded the room. The sauna did not work. The ice machine was broken on the 4th floor. The windows are filthy. Whole place reaked like marijuana. The cops were in the parking lot several times talking to sketchy people. Seems like a fancy place, but in reality it has terrible management and is falling apart already with the lack of maintenance and cleaning. Would never stay here again!!!!!

Hot tub was disgusting, as a C.P.O. is was in violation on many levels. Had to ask for room to be cleaned properly and get clean bedding, lazy cleaning staff unlessed requested a good job. Front desk was nice and responsive, but refused my late check out in the morning I requested after being told it wouldn't be a problem and to remind them that morning.

It is a great place to stay i love the friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast and the sauna dry and wet pluse a good workout room. The fireplace outside is very enjoyable as well. Overall a great place to stay.

Pleasant hotel, comfortable bedding, great staff. Very disappointing that the hotel shuttle wasn't running when we arrived at 10:15pm. I had called the day before and they said it would run until 11pm. Also they stopped making eggs at 8:45am when the breakfast was supposed to run until 9:00am; I pleaded with the staff and the relented and made me eggs.

I was traveling solo. The first room they put me in was unable to be locked from the inside. Both locks were broken, and you could clearly see marks on the door where it had been forced open repeatedly. I had no idea what was going on or why that was, but I requested a room change. The front desk guy was super apologetic and switched me to another room immediately. Unfortunately the second room was filthy. Neither of the sheets on the beds had been changed. They were both covered in hair and some sort of brown stains that were either blood or feces. It was almost midnight at this point and I just wanted to sleep, so I stripped the sheets off and used my sleeping bag on the mattress. It was a total waste of $$$. I should have just stayed at a campground. Don't stay here it is not clean or safe!

This place was just okay. The man at check-in was lovely. Pleasant and helpful. My biggest issues were with the room’s floor and the bathtub. The floor was so damn filthy that our socks and feet were black from walking around on it. The bathtub had stray hairs around it and I don’t believe it was cleaned before we arrived. And the hotel had the audacity to leave an envelope for us to tip the hotel’s cleaning staff…no thanks. Please clean room #121’s floors ASAP for the next guest. Walls are thin. Our upstairs neighbor kept us up all night and woke us up in the morning with what sounded like gymnastics. The bed was hard as a rock. Wouldn’t stay here again.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. New build, large spacious rooms, large TV, table for dining, couch and coffee table, larger refrigerator, coffee maker in room, large bottle of soap that you pump at bathroom sink and shower, fresh baked cookies and apples availabe anytime of day. Breakfast was great and they kept the dining area clean while dining, fire pit outside to sit around. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Strong bad smell throughout the building. Bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. Very convenient location to the freeway and the airport. Very nice staff. Other than the smell everything seemed very clean. The price was very good compared to other opetions near there.

Staff was super friendly! Property was clean. Seems like it had just been renovated but still has an old cigarette smell when the room air kicks on. Our room phone didn’t work and there wasn’t any bedding for the pull out couch. The sensor for the tv was bad and the shower amenities were empty. The pool is outside and not heated. The location is very convenient but very close to the freeway so it can be noisy. It is in the same parking lot as a truck stop. There is a large convenience store with a Taco Bell and Subway. Overall, I would stay here again. You get what you pay for but the staff was great!

No matter what we did to prevent water from coming out of the shower, the shower head poured out of the shower creating a pool of water in the bathroom. The bathtub of the shower sounded like it was ready to break during any movement.

Very nice upscale extensive remodel in 2023, difficult to tell its not a recent build. Only complaints are, at least in our room, they reused the old slippery bathtub to save a few dollars. And rooms near the interstate highway can be so noisy they leave two sets of ear plugs on the nightstand. They should have sound proofed the wall on that side of the building. I would stay again, but request a room on side away from the highway.

Rim 406 on the byway side of the hotel. This was the LOUDEST nights stay I have ever experienced by far! Not sure what the issue is but it sounded like the window was open. I know they are aware this is an issue because there were two complimentary packages of earplugs on the night stand when we walked in! Also- the tub felt very unstable- felt like I was going to fall through the bottom of the tub. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean but not much sleep was possible due to the road noise.

Let's start with the negative. The shower sucked, would have enjoyed it more if there was different spray options. Room faced the freeway which isn't to bad, the single pane windows however did little to damper any noise. The good, hot breakfast every morning is always a plus. Did not sleep due to the highway noise. They leave ear plugs next to the bed and could not use because of an early flight and needed to hear my alarm. Hotel was clean, rooms nicely appointed but wont stay there again due to this noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were somewhat cramped. The location was convenient and very close to the airport, but it was so close to the highway that we could hear every single loud muffler car that drove by as if they were in the room, which made it extremely difficult to sleep.

Very nice, clean, quiet, comfortable room. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was just a lovely man. This hotel has some of the best service and nicest staff I've ever encountered.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times . Each time the staff has been #1, as far as customer service. Always friendly and with a smile. This last time was the best. If, there is a level higher than # 1 ,Deby and Nick are there. They helped me with my small problems. Thank You both from the Arizona lady. And the cookies are the bomb.

Everything was fine except keys & front desk help. The first set of keys didn’t work on the outside door. Then, I went into the hall to make a call & my key didn’t work to get back in. I had to go clear back to the front desk, I was at the opposite end downstairs. First I couldn’t find my way because I didn’t know the lobby was on the 2nd floor. Once I figured that out, there was no one anywhere in the office or at the front desk. I waited 10 min, trying to find someone on the hotel phone. When the man finally appeared he was rude & unfriendly & told me to get on the other side of the desk as I was trying to explain why I was there. He gruffly got me my new keys & I left. I could have taken anything I wanted out of the office & little store, he was gone so long!

My TV didn't work properly when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk (Jasper I beleive) and he immediately came to my room to check it out, and was unable fix it. He then offered a new room or to wait for a technician. I opted for a new room, which he set up right away. He helped me move my luggage to the new room. I thought he did a super job of quicklly solving this problem.

I got this room for an employee whose vehicle had broke down so I didn't actually stay here. I spoke with Aaron at the front desk and he was wonderful to work with and get my employee set up for the night (who wasn't prepared to stay the evening). Excellent customer service!

I got this room for an employee whose vehicle had broke down so I didn't actually stay here. I spoke with Aaron at the front desk and he was wonderful to work with and get my employee set up for the night (who wasn't prepared to stay the evening). Excellent customer service!

The night auditor who checked us in late is a rock star. We had an early need to be at the airport. The shuttle was not allowed to run (snow/ice) so she offered to take us in her personal car after she made the breakfast for everyone. This kind of person makes America the greatest. She's a real asset and knows how to treat people. Plus when I asked her in the morning if she balanced the audit last night - she said she always balances! Bravo!!

The hotel was easy and conveniently, located off the route we were taking. Our room was on the side near the highway, so it was noisy. The hotel did provide earplugs (which was nice but maybe not enough for a light sleeper). Ian, the receptionist, was very nice!

This property was inexpensive but so LOUD! Nestled between the freeway and a truck stop I don’t think I have ever stayed somewhere that loud before. It was not obvious that this would be the case.

Pleasant hotel, comfortable bedding, great staff. Very disappointing that the hotel shuttle wasn't running when we arrived at 10:15pm. I had called the day before and they said it would run until 11pm. Also they stopped making eggs at 8:45am when the breakfast was supposed to run until 9:00am; I pleaded with the staff and the relented and made me eggs.

I liked the easy convenience to the free way. The staff was wonderful. And the rooms were clean. The picture's of the airplanes tjrpughout the building were awesome. My only complaint is the breakfast. The eggs were runny lkke sitting in water. The sausage was frozen.

Perfect for overnight except that the breakfast was pretty bad. Had all the normal stuff and looked fresh and plentiful but everything was so bland. Waffles, eggs and sausage had no taste at all, so strange. Thee is a truck stop in walking distance with 2 fast food places and a sit down restaurant.

Although the room was clean, it was in terrible condition. There was paint worn off the walls, mold along the baseboards in the bathroom, a hole in the bathroom door and the TV had no signal. The traffic from the freeway was LOUD and its right next to a truck stop. We only stayed there one night to catch a flight early the next morning but I will not ever be staying there again.

Nice and clean inside with helpful staff. Large spacious room. Outside is behind a gas station and lots of big rigs parked. There is Hwy noise but we fell right to sleep and they did leave earplugs on the nigh stand (we didn’t use). Nice breakfast in the morning

This is a pleasant hotel. However, it was one of the loudest hotel stays I've ever had. I was located on the Hwy side of the building and I know now why there are ear plugs on the night stands.
