The property is situated on the Boise River (gorgeous) with miles of the river walk and parks to enjoy. The daily breakfast buffet with omelette station, included with your stay, can’t be beat. The Sandbar restaurant (poolside) with great music all weekend, was terrific! So many bonuses when you stay at this hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools, nice gym, great music daily in Bar 365…nice bathrooms. Walking distance to several terrific restaurants. Won’t stay anywhere else when traveling to Boise. This is my third stay there in 7 months.

Location is great next to the river with a paved path to run or bike (bike rentals avail). The hotel is large so the pool gets busy but luckily there are two. We were concerned breakfast (which included an omelet station) would be a nightmare with that many guests but it was well ran and we got in and out without a wait. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

The ONLY place to stay in Boise. Incredible breakfast buffet included; inside and outside pools and hot tubs. Nice gym, sauna, steam room…Bar 365 makes it easy to stay on property for food and drink, but the surrounding restaurants are top notch. The property is right on the beautiful Greenbelt walking trail and the Boise River. Gorgeous area. Will always stay at the Riverside Hotel.

My son and my love went to the Riverside. I decided not to rent them a car as most of what they were doing was pretty close by. The drivers didnt have to go the extra distance and they did. The hotel staff also recieves extra thumbs up as they were kind, complimentory, and went above to make their stay extra special. Im forever grateful!

Great for young families. Inside and outside heated pool. Free breakfast. But only had one elevator and every floor had at least 6 stairs to go up and down so you couldn’t use the carts to move your stuff to your room. Wouldn’t suggest it for handicapped or older folks.

I couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough — super clean, large spacious rooms, immaculate bathroom, beautiful amenities, professional helpful super friendly staff. This will be our preferred hotel every time we visit Boise!

The building we were staying in smelled awful of mold and mildew. The room we were staying in, even worse! I’m truly concerned for our health after that two night stay. The smell was so bad we could barely sleep. We drove seven hours to stay here!

This place had everything to keep us entertained. Access to the river walk was very nice way to explore Boise for first timer. Front desk staff was so nice and friendly! We were always greeted by the front desk and extremely warm and welcoming. Room was clean and styled, giant windows kept my little one entertained. The amenities were very clean and well maintained. Really top tier place. Only draw back was breakfast experience.

Loved our stay here! Beautiful location right next to the river and the greenbelt. Our family loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Only downside was the housekeeping staff left garbage with chewed gum from another room on the desk in our room - kind of gross.

Loved the actual property. Staff at front at was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional but hostess was rude and angry. Room was spacious and fir the most part clean. Old water was left in tub. Refrigerator was unplugged than VERY LOUD until at temperature which should have been done prior to check in. TV remote didn't work had to be replaced. Hallway smelled very musty.Told staff when things occurred and at check out. Really liked grounds and property and location so might give another chance, but the management needs to be aware of issues that shouldn't happen at that price range. I understand that some things go wrong in an older facility and my expectations were not for a modern 5 star hotel but feel like management could do better. I would say underwhelmed. You have the ability to be spectacular and you failed. Really wanted to love it , and it was only meeh. Not trying to be rude just honest.

Absolutely loved the room location overlooking the river. Very wonderful to walk on the path along the river , wonderful outdoor pool and great complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets. The only reason we have it a 4 rating overall was because the room was dated and the hallways and room smelled very musty. We had to sleep with the slider open to overcome the odor, other than that , would stay there again.

When we walked into our room I had noticed a massive spider crawling along the wall. My wife is terrified of them and so I had to handle the situation. It’s unsettling to find out that the property doesn’t have any service to prevent this situation.

Nice accommodating staff, clean and safe. Only issue was the AC in the room. Never seemed to get below 73 from what the wall read. Other than that, I would highly recommend this spot to friends and family.

Room 340 was between the pool/live music on one side and the ice machine on the other. The only way to drown out all the noise was to turn the tv up loud. Otherwise, nice room, nice staff, could've done with less noise.

It really depends on what room you are placed in this hotel . I have stayed here more than 30 times . Some stays completely enjoyable and spot on . Other nights I have questioned my choice . This resort allows dogs . Last night sleep was scarce as the guest above us was either deranged all night running around the room, not sure if it had 4 legs or two but it was an exhausting night listening to them . Even at 3 am . For the price you pay to stay here it’s disappointing when you feel like your room is in the ghetto .

Hotel amenities lovely. But we were traveling with a family member in a wheelchair and it is not a wheelchair friendly hotel. The one elevator we had assess to, ramp was blocked by a work trailer. Staff was apologetic but made no attempt to move us or move the trailer. Showers in both rooms did not work. I’ll stay again if just my husband and myself, but will not stay if needing ADA accommodations.

We had a water pipe inexplicably burst under our sink at 11 at night. Called front desk and maintenance arrived quickly and guest services moved us to another room. Recognizing that accidents happen, I applaud the hotel’s redd ads pines and handling.

When I was checking in they charged my credit card a fee in case I caused damage to the room. Only, they charged it 3 times. After I checked out thy charged my credit card 5 times more even though they said I didn't owe anything when I checked out. I had to call to try to clear things up and I will have to check my card to see if the charges were credited back to me. If they can't fix this problem I would say don't stay there! By the way - Expedia told me the price I would pay. Didn't mention 8 extra fees.

Service in the restaurants was not good. Slow and inattentive. Food just ok. Requested to be reseated twice and were told we couldn't be because it was a certain server's turn - can't they just take the table in a different section and make your customers happy?

Front desk staff was quick and friendly. We loved our room. Pool staff was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and walk up bar staff were rude, and seemed annoyed. We got food to go and when we got back to the room the order wasn’t all there and we didn’t get all our condiments so I had to walk back and get it fixed. Other than that, I love this hotel and will be staying again

We were given keys to a room that already had a customer in the room. Nothing like walking in a room and having people look at you. The hotel could use more signs showing how to get to the lobby from the back of the hotel. It's a giant maze.

Unfortunately I was here for a stay cation with my daughter on her 11th birthday. Upon arrival the staff were super friendly, checked us in early and even gave me a drink coupon and free desert. Her and I swam in the indoor pool and then made our way out to the outdoor pool. The outdoor area so dirty, there were empty cups all over, we finished swimming and went back to our room. I tried calling for room service multiple times with no answer, tried calling the front desk again not a single answer. The next morning my daughter and her friend who also was staying went to the breakfast buffet while the adults packed and loaded the car. While at breakfast the waitress was extreamly rude, when she asked where the milk was she was told "its right in front of your face", they weren't checked up on, they weren't offered any drinks, the bill was brought instantly to her and she was shuffling stuff around the table for the bill and ended up touching her food, the server tried to take her plate of food while she was still eating and when she said wait i'm still working the server rolled her eyes and walked away. My daughter called me while eating upset and in tears by how she was getting treated. By the time I was finished packing up my car and starting to head over to the buffet she came back to our room asking to just leave. Great start, horrible ending.

Great location right on the river. Walking distance to wine bar and coffee shops. Tidy property. Nice people. Unfortunately our room was cold. I believe the sensor was not working so could not turn up the heat. Got extra blankets the second night and was fine. Airport shuttle available.

The property is situated on the Boise River (gorgeous) with miles of the river walk and parks to enjoy. The daily breakfast buffet with omelette station, included with your stay, can’t be beat. The Sandbar restaurant (poolside) with great music all weekend, was terrific! So many bonuses when you stay at this hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools, nice gym, great music daily in Bar 365…nice bathrooms. Walking distance to several terrific restaurants. Won’t stay anywhere else when traveling to Boise. This is my third stay there in 7 months.

Beautiful property located just minutes from Boise along the river were we could ride our bikes to town if we chose to. The breakfast was way beyond the normal fare you find in most places. Staff were very friendly and we loved our room.

I enjoyed the entire experience. Plenty of choices for dining, from huge, breakfast buffet, to casual patio dining for lunch and fine dining for dinner. The grounds were very relaxing and set up for quiet reading or people watching. The property borders a river walk too! It was great!

Service in the restaurants was not good. Slow and inattentive. Food just ok. Requested to be reseated twice and were told we couldn't be because it was a certain server's turn - can't they just take the table in a different section and make your customers happy?

Love that we can lay by the pool during the day and walk to a number of restaurants at night. Or stay at the hotel and eat at 1 of their restaurants.

Truly surprised at the friendliness, accessibility of restaurants, pool access and more. What a great hotel!! Total resort vibes. Pool was extremely fun with bar and food service. The complimentary breakfast runs from 6am-12pm and is excellent!! You gotta try the candied bacon. We are a family of 3, we saved $140 just in breakfast (they give you a receipt of the value of the meal) they just ask you tip. Mimosas are delicious, strong and just 10 bucks! We can’t wait to come back. Oh yeah, free chocolate chip cookies upon check in too.

Great place to stay. Really nice clean and comfortable rooms. Great facilities. Nice pool and fitness room. Breakfast buffet(w/omlet station) is really good if included in the room, but overpriced if paying separately. The fancy bacon is also good. We would definitely stay here again.

Although I gave them 5 stars in most areas the overall 3 star review is because of the breakfast buffet. The potatoes on the buffet were cold. I mean cold and hard. Then even after I politely let someone know the potatoes were just left in place. I don’t like breakfast buffets to begin with but cold hard nasty food makes it worse.

The stay was good, clean room, any issue we encountered the staff quickly fixed. Very miner complaint was the coffee machine in the room wasn’t the best. It was a side by side filter pod type and when we did a single cup, the other side leaked water. There was only 1 pod with caffeine, the rest were decaffeinated for the first morning. Left a note for housekeeping for more caffeinated pods and they filled up as requested. Lots of grounds ended up in the cup. Wish they had the KCup style single cup maker.
