Staff is ever

The website said checkin was at 3:00 pm. We got to the hotel to check in at 4:15 pm and the room wasn’t ready. Waited for 15 min to finally get checked in. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. It appears someone tried to clean it and it ended up smeared on the ceiling. No hand soap or shower soap. Front desk person gave us two very small thin bars of soap which she stated was also shower soap although they had liquid shampoo and conditioner. ??

Hot tub was cold and basically no jets... very disappointing. There was no soap on the room to wash hands or in the shower .. luckily I brought a bar from the last hotel. Breakfast lady was kind of rude and the breakfast options for Monday morning was slim pickings. Had to wait at the front desk counter for long periods for anyone to show up to help . Will pick a different place next time.

A little rough, couch was worn, carpet worn, desk chair wouldn’t adjust to normal position, tub faucet leaking and very loud, shower very weak. Bed and bedding were ok but pillow was lumpy. Breakfast was ok with good variety. Oh, very warm in hallways and common areas, had to turn a/c way down in room to cool off.

The stay was just ok. I would not stay here again. I have stayed at many Comfort Suites and this location is not at the nice standard of the others in the chain.
