Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was dirty, and the pool area was not well maintained. There was also a broken part in the hot tub that was just dangling in the water, which was concerning. A couple of the light bulbs in our room were out. We let the front desk know, but they were never replaced during our stay. The couch, carpet, and curtains were also dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The staff was nice and friendly, but the hotel itself definitely needs better cleaning, maintenance, and overall care. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last time staying here.

On it first night we found ants on the bathroom counter, walls and in the sink. There were no jets in the hottub and it was lukewarm at best and the pool was freezing. The walls were dirty and had huge (about the size of a quarter) paint chips missing around the room. As we looked around the room we found more ants seeming to come from the light switches and electrical outlets. When we were looking for headphones we found popcorn behind the the beds. And we kept smelling natural gas outside the lobby. The sauna was broken as was the guest laundry. When issues were brought upto most staff the response was repeatedly "That's just how it is".
