the bed was clean. walking into our room, half of the other room doors were duct taped shut, missing handles, frames damaged, not sure what happened??!! The carpet in the hallway was wet...not sure why. There was also what appeared to be an unhoused individual sleeping on the sofa in the entrance two mornings. Don't stay here.

The rooms were clean but the hallways and other areas were dirty and in terrible need of replacing. The carpets in the halls were worn and coming up. The elevator was questionable but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lady who checked us in didn't seem to know what she was doing. I had to spell everything out for her, including all parts of my address since she couldn’t read it off of my id. She wrongly explained the pet fee to me and then charged a card I had not used for said fee. The only thing I can think of is that she somehow got that card’s info off of the hotels.com website. The hotel was rundown, the room was not well cared for. Ice machine on our floor was broken, several doors we passed on our floor were broken, the elevator was rickety. We didn’t even bother to see if there was a free breakfast, we just woke up and left. Definitely will not be staying here again.

This place is a dump. Someone was using a Weber bbq on their patio which is against fire code. Several doors have tape on them. My HVAC didn’t work in my room. Wallpaper is falling off the walls. I left after one night and asked for a refund for my unused night. The manager refused to refund me for my unused night. I am disputing the charge with Citibank. Will never stay at a Red Lion hotel again.

I’m still in shock at how horrible this hotel has become. It is nothing like The Red Lion that used to exist here. Run down would be a NICE complement for what I experienced. Tape holding the hallway carpet together, stains everywhere and carpet that looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in months! Please don’t book this hotel, it is a gathering place for the homeless and not safe. Don’t walk away….RUN!
