At check-in, no one mentioned that they no longer provide daily housekeeping—an absurd policy given the high nightly rates they charge. A guest paying full price should expect standard daily room service without having to fight for it. Because of this lack of communication, I had to track down my own clean towels and resort to raiding my car just to get extra cups, coffee, and soap. To make matters worse, I specifically requested housekeeping after the first day and was assured my room was on the schedule for the next day. I left the property for hours to give staff ample time to service the room while housekeeping was actively working on our floor. When I returned, the room hadn't been touched. When I brought it up again, the front desk staff seemed annoyed with me for simply asking them to follow through on what they had already promised. For the price tag, the level of service and basic guest care at this location fell completely flat. I'm highly doubtful I’ll return to this property.

The property was nicely kept. The room was clean, a little gloomy with awkward lighting, but overall comfortable. The staff was almost nonexistent though; I tried multiple times to contact the front desk from my room and got sent to dial tone every time.
