Fairfield Inn Boise Airport

Everything was perfect. The staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, check in easy. Breakfast had a lot of choices and the hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and much more. Highly recommend this Fairfield Location.

Helpful staff and clean rooms at a reasonable price.

Parking was a challenge as there is one parking lot shared by two hotel. This brand of hotel is typically nice. But this one seem like it was a dive hotel that got a fast cheap face lift. The lobby area is very small. There’s just one elevator. I arrived at 4:00pm to check in. I was told they didn’t have a king size bed room available for me to check in to. So they put me into a two queen size bed room. The bathroom sink would not drain when using it. The toilet barely flushed. The TV had a major delay on it when you pushed any buttons on the remote control. The channel line up was also sad. It was mostly news channels. Luckily the TV had Netflix on it. The breakfast was alright but limited. I had reservation to check back into this hotel in two days but to choose not to and to book at one other hotel down the street. I’ll never stay here again.

Room was beautiful. Front desk agent who checked me in was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
