Great stay. Everything is nearby and convenient. Shopping, eating, and entertainment. We loved that we were able to catch a movie and still have access to the hot tub and pool afterwards.

My teenage son and I stayed here for three nights in a large, quiet suite that included a bedroom and a kitchenette. The kitchenette’s decent-sized refrigerator was convenient, the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, having a separate sleeping space for my son was great for both of us, and the 24-hour pool was a standout amenity. However, the main area for improvement is the bedding and room maintenance. The bed felt extremely firm and worn, to the point where the springs were noticeable, and the mattress on the sofa bed appeared very worn and stained. In addition, the garbage disposal in the kitchenette was not functioning and emitted an unpleasant odor, likely from trapped food waste.Overall, this property can be a good option for guests who value having a kitchenette, a quiet room, and access to a 24-hour pool, especially if they prefer a very firm mattress. Addressing the mattress quality, sofa bed condition, and garbage disposal issue would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

This was our 3rd stay here. The first two were great. This last trip, we had quite a hike to our room from the lobby because one elevator wasn't working. After a day of playing with our 2 year old granddaughter, it sometimes felt like the room was miles away. We are returning and giving it another try, because everything else was great.

Room was clean and well stocked with expected amenities. Most importantly, it was dark at night, very quiet, and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had a variety of healthy options. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is a disaster. They lost our Hotels.com reservation and we showed up around 11 pm. Took forever for them to figure it out. When we finally get to our room, it was the wrong room, different from what we had reserved and was smaller with only one bathroom. It was also filthy with food splatter and other splatter all over the place. Bathrooms very dirty and door handles were sticky. One closet was also missing everything, including a closet rod or hangars and looked damaged. I went to the desk and the night manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional (Kyle) and refused to do anything because we had “stepped in the room so it was ours.” We argued for a bit and he said he’d have the room cleaned, the closet repaired and have the manager call me the next day. Of course that never happened. When we showed back up the following night nothing had been done and they handle even serviced our room! The next meeting the front desk was again very unprofessional and refused to accept any responsibility. Also I have pictures of everything and this is going on all the review websites. STAY AWAY!

We had a wonderful stay as a family! The hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was great with plenty of options for everyone, and it was so convenient to start our day with a good meal. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

I would not recommend. Room was very dirty. Sheets had stains and bathroom did not look clean. Only good thing about the room was that it had a separate room. Check out is at 11am, but be aware that housekeeping comes and knocks on your door twice before 11am.

My wife and I were in Boise Idaho for the Christmas week to visit my son. We decided to try this hotel. My complaint would be the room was dirty. Upon arrival my wife noticed dog feces in the corner of the room. While being there for five nights the room was never cleaned properly and because of this we won't be returning. We actually stayed at another hotel the following night and it was cheaper, newer and much cleaner and better.

We arrived at about 4:10pm and waited an hour and a half in the lobby before a room was ready for us. When we got to the room, it was still disheveled and quite frankly not clean. There were random dried beans scattered around the floor, the tub looked as if someone had taken a bath and it was not cleaned after the previous guest, the bed wasn’t made well, and the table leg was broken. I took pictures of these issues and showed them to the front desk personnel. He apologized for the issues and offered points which were never given. I waited for someone to come clean the room, but that never happened, so I cleaned it myself. I am very disappointed with this stay.

Shower smelled like piss and the linens on the bed were entirely inadequate for an outside temperature of 14 degrees. There needs to be real comforters not just one thin blanket and what I think was a bed skirt. The bars in the shower had ten years worth of soap scum under them. Sit in the bathtub so you can see what a guest would see. Coffee makers sucked. No pots or pans.

Very nice room with fully stocked kitchen and dishwasher. Breakfast was good but slow to refill low/empty offerings. Room was missing a closet rod to hang clothing. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a room where the AC blew right over the bed and the return air vent was right by my head. We ended up turning it off because it was too cold and noisy. There was a fan above the bedroom that was nice.

We would stay here again. The only bummer about the place was unfortunately something in the construction of the hotel itself. We could hear the people walking back and forth above us, and were called by the front desk with a complaint from the people below us. My family and I weren't stomping around, yelling, or being rude in any fashion, but the people below could hear. Staff was very friendly but something should be addressed.

We got back to the hotel late from an event so our family went for a night swim in the pool, they were out of pool towels and our room was out of clean towels too so we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels. The lady was extremely rude and remarked how she was too busy with other things to get us towels. She even used the F word in front of my 10 ur old son. Our room felt dirty and the pool had sand at the bottom of it. Would not recommend this hotel!

We got back to the hotel late from an event so our family went for a night swim in the pool, they were out of pool towels and our room was out of clean towels too so we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels. The lady was extremely rude and remarked how she was too busy with other things to get us towels. She even used the F word in front of my 10 ur old son. I would not recommend. Room was very dirty. Sheets had stains and bathroom did not look clean. Only good thing about the room was that it had a separate room. Check out is at 11am, but be aware that housekeeping comes and knocks on your door twice before 11am.

The hotel was fine. Check in was not. An hour and a half after the check in time was the room ready. Did not seem to bother the front desk help. Just something I needed to accept was the attitude I got.

I checked in midnight - the check in staff was very quiet and no greeting, no smile, no explanation of breakfast, elevator, wifi or anything. Next day morning, while checking out also, the lobby staff was not smiling, not greeting, not welcoming. I felt strange first time in any hotel. I would try my best to skip this place next time. Felt weird.

It took about 10 minutes to check in and I was the only one at the desk. My wife came in wondering what had happened to me. I had to provide my credit card twice for incidentals. Right at the end of checking in I was told the elevators were not functioning at the moment. My wife had to climb 4 flights with a bad knee. The next morning the handle to the Bathroom door fell right off. I told the front desk at check out and they said all they could do was award me more points via the Hilton Honors App.

Great stay. Everything is nearby and convenient. Shopping, eating, and entertainment. We loved that we were able to catch a movie and still have access to the hot tub and pool afterwards.

Love the location! Close to Boise Town Square with lots of dining options. Short drive to downtown & the parks. Pet friendly. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Hot tub was nice but I just hope it has stronger jet pressure. Staff were nice. It’s a little pricey but I would stay here again if I visit Boise again.

Great location. Easy freeway access, restaurants, gas, etc. Breakfast options were good. Only downfall is when they say breakfast ends at 9:30 am, do not expect to get anything at 9:28 am. We overslept and my husband arrived at 9:28. Had to purchase a small, $4 bottle of orange juice.

It was a really clean place. Nice rooms. Super convenient location to freeway access and lots of restaurants. I didn't take a dip in the indoor pool but I walked by it several times when other people were. Oh and the free breakfast hit the spot too.

We had a wonderful stay as a family! The hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was great with plenty of options for everyone, and it was so convenient to start our day with a good meal. We stayed in a larger room with two bedrooms. It was great to be able to separate the kids at bedtime. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of different food and it was great that they always had hot chocolate and coffee on hand no matter the time. The covered pool and hot tub were amazing and we used it at least a couple of times a day.

Very nice room with fully stocked kitchen and dishwasher. Breakfast was good but slow to refill low/empty offerings. Room was missing a closet rod to hang clothing. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The text messaging interaction was great prior to check-in. The room was nice and roomy. The bed comfortable as was the rest of the little apartment. The only reason I put four stars is there were little what looked like spots of blood on some of the light switches which I cleaned off with a wash cloth. You could also hear plane traffic occasionally which didn't really bother us but was noticed.

The breakfast was not as good as it looks. The milk and cottage cheese was expired so who knows what else. The rooms were clean. They are just outdated and beat. The carpet was tore a couple ot places and lots of scuff marks. They had good amentities and large room.

Great staff and room, The food for breakfast was not good l usually have the hotel brealfast food, but l kept trying it daily hoping for improvement it just didn't. Toilet clogged daily, ( a plumber should look at it the line needs cleared ) but l had to request a plunger everyday and clear it my self. That should have been addressed by staff, and or moved us to a different room

Traveling alone my first priority is to feel safe when I lay my head down for the night. This hotel provided that comfort and safe environment. The room was large, bed comfy and breakfast buffet had a bounty of items to select from. My favorite part of my stay at the hotel was helping to put together a puzzle meant for anyone to participate in. 1000 pieces, three days for me to see the progress we had made with it. I enjoyed the community effort to see the project to completion. Strangers, yet not. Thank you Hilton for providing a friendly atmosphere of connecting.

The rooms were clean, the property is beautiful. I was disappointed with how subpar the shower and the water pressure was. Also the fan in our room was a little broken so it made a constant sound the whole time it was on. We had to leave the fan on 24/7 because the AC in the rooms only go down to 68 degrees and it is motion sensored so if you are NOT in the room or if you are asleep it does not turn on which is very frustrating
