The staff at this hotel provided excellent customer service. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a positive impression. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet our expectations. Our room had a strong bug spray smell from the moment we walked in. Although the air conditioning kept the room cold, it still felt extremely humid, leaving the bedding and the room feeling damp. We would wake up feeling hot and sticky despite the low temperature, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so it was especially disappointing that the pool was not working, as that was something the kids were really looking forward to after their games. Nor was it mentioned on Orbitz. The complimentary breakfast was also one of the poorest hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced, with very limited options and disappointing quality.

The room had ants crawling around the desk and bed. When informing the front desk the morning we found them they said they would send someone to spray. Still found ants crawling even after they said they were going to spray.
