Nice, clean room that had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay!

Everything was very nice. The clothes washers and dryers should be in better condition, though.

Perfect place to stay for our Banff vacation. Amazing location, and the front desk was very helpful every time we needed anything.

Condo had everything you could need, easy to make meals right there, only issue we had was the pull out couch was quite thin. Indoor pool was awesome, tennis court and basketball court were even better. What’s better than playing in the mountains? Super close drive to downtown Banff as well. Would absolutely stay again.

Furniture was worn, the small couch was stained and very uncomfortable. There were rips/holes in the curtains.Kitchen was not properly stocked with no frying pan or spatula just two sauce pans and some of the stovetop burners didn’t work. There is no dresser or closet in the bedroom, just some shelves for holding cloths and one lamp wasn’t working.Shower curtain didn’t smell very good after use, shower head looked very old and caulk around the tub was poorly done. Sadly, evening showers after a cold day were at best warm and certainly not hot.
