Kinzie Hotel

Super trevlig personal. Alla önskemål löstes snabbt och effektivt. Hotellet ligger nära allt vi önskade se. Toppen helt enkelt.

The staff, the room, the transitional and shared spaces were all exceptional. My only complaint would be that since I was in a room across from what I believe to be a utility room for thr building, there was a consistent knocking noise that occurred throughout the night that was annoying but would not stop me from nooking a stay again in the future. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise, they had every option you'd want for breakfast. And I also appreciated that the breakfast and a happy hour are included with your stay.

Enjoyed our stay and staff was so friendly. The room was clean & we got bumped up to a corner room, which was all windows & great view of the snow!! GREAT place to stay if attending a House of Blues event!!

We had an excellent visit and will come again. The daily happy hour was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, including the breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly and hotel is conveniently located.
