I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool — only to find it was completely closed without any explanation. The room was in terrible condition: it smelled like cigarettes, was dirty, and had cockroaches. The TV didn’t work properly, the phone line was dead, and no cleaning service was provided the entire weekend. I asked for towels and never received them, even after asking more than once. When I brought it up at the front desk, the receptionist literally rolled her eyes at me — completely unprofessional. Also, they advertise "breakfast included", but that only happened the first day. On the second morning, there was just bread — no coffee, no eggs, no sausages. Basically, false advertising. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend and definitely won’t be staying again.

When I reserved, I used the filter "must have pool". The pool was either closed or should have been. I attempted to cancel the reservation, when I was told that the pool was closed, but was given the run around. My windshield was broken in the parking lot. The noise from traffic made it impossible to sleep. We left after one nights stay and went to another motel.

Had to wait to check-in as room was not ready, once checked floors were dirty, dirt smudges on sheets, tv and phone did not work. Sent someone to fix tv, but guide channels selected were not what was showing when selected. Went to pool and there was a foul smell, there was poop under lawn chairs surrounded by flies, trash everywhere, pool was dirty. Smoke detector covered was covered in plastic, , did not stay, went to another hotel. Unable to cancel as had been in the room for a couple hours, requested to cancel second night stay and when came back to get paperwork and officially checkout, second night was not previously cancelled by front desk the day prior. Still waiting for refund to be processed. Pictures online are exaggerated/not how it appears in person. Older hotel in need of repairs.

It was a place to sleep while on a road trip. Laundry was broken, ice machine was broken, pool was unbelievably dirty, and room was filthy. I booked a suite for my family of 4… they only had 1 suite but it was unavailable due to a water leak, so they put us in a standard room. Luckily we were only there for one quick night.

We checked in and left. It was so bad. La Quinta could not fulfill the reservation for the the suites so they gave us regular rooms at the suite price! What a crock of crap! Check out how nice and clear the water is in their pool. You can also check out how clean their tub was when we first went into the room.

The room was amazing for the price I paid compared to other stops on this trip. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t operating and had leftovers in it, although I had to go a quick room change due to my original room having a broken blind, and felt this was a small coincidental inconvenience. The pool was not open due to chemical imbalances which was a real bust as I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. However, if it was working it would have been a treat. The free breakfast was amazing if you’re used to hostel breakfasts- included waffles, cereals, and egg/sausages that came hot more! Staff were nice, I felt incredibly safe and was presently surprised by the view. I would recommend this stop for people passing through for a quick rest stop, but think I’d stay closer to the center of El Paso if I was spending more time seeing the city. The staff were very accomodating too.

This place was horrible from the start. The pictures they put in their advertisement for the property are false. Dirty and run down place. Did not have the room I booked and didnt care. Came there twice to check in and then asked if i just wanted to come back later to see if they might have the room I booked. The front desk employee sat in the back on her phone until I finally saw her foot sticking out and asked for help. The bath tub faucet kept falling off. When I checked out no one was at the desk, waited and called out, gave up and left door key on their computer keyboard. This is the second time I tried La Quinta and both were horrible. Book somewhere else and you will thank me later.

Walked in room. DIRTY towel lying on bed. Trash on the floor. Toilet set was unhinged. Floor dirty. Stepped on stickers, means they didnt vacuum.. will not stay there again. Really surprised because La Quinta used to be good.

Our check in was at 3 pm We arrived at 5 pm and our room was not ready, we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready, we were late to our event because we couldn’t take a shower on time. The sheets on my bed had blood stains on them, one of the pillows also had brown stains and the bathroom towels smelled weird, it was a horrible experience I will not be staying in this hotel again.

When we arrived in our room there was blood from the previous person who stayed in the room. There was blood on the toilet, sink, wall and floor of the bathroom. Room smelled like urine. I booked a two night stay and they refused to refund me even one night despite refusing the room immediately. If management would of been flexible on their cancellation policy due to it being hazardous due to bodily fluids I wouldn't of written such a negative review. We could of met in the middle and at least refunded one night if not both nights.

Upon arrival, the hotel was hard to find because their sign wasn’t lit. The room smelled a little funny but this sometimes happens with hotels so we were prepared to ignore it. We noticed that the bathroom door was dirty (like black lint all over the inside of it), and the tub and vanity looked a little worse for the wear. When we pulled back the bedsheets, we noticed stains on them so my partner attempted to call the front desk to request new bedding only to find our room phone didn’t work. When he went to speak to them in person, he was told that they didn’t have any clean sheets for us because they don’t currently have housekeeping staff. He then asked if this meant our room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and said we didn’t want to stay there. The front desk person offered to send us to a sister location and that is where we ended up staying for the rest of our trip.

My hotel room was horrible. The bath tub didn’t drain properly.. the bath room smelled of strong urine. There was hair all over the floor. The mattress had satins. I couldn’t get sleep because the people next door were so loud!! Bagging on doors and laughing all night. I didn’t feel safe at all.

The Hotel staff was very good and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was in poor condition. The first room we were given had electrical issues. the second room we were given was extremely dirty. We found soap in the drain of the tub. The sink looks to be ready to fall off the wall. Dirt and debris littered the bath area. We had to clean our feet each day before we put on our socks because of all the dirt. The cleaning staff did mop the room but never bothered to sweep the dirt prior to mopping.

Check in was extremely easy. Couldn't have been more than five minutes from arriving on property to getting into the room. Staff friendly and attentive. Room was clean and the full breakfast was perfect to start the next day.

This was the most horrible experience ever! The staff and the third party. I had to deal with rudeness and unprofessionalism and ON TOP OF ALL THIS they over booked us when I called a day before to verify my status and they said everything was fine. They gave us a dirty out of order room because of this massive mistake I will NOT be booking ever again here through Expedia or in this hotel. The general manager was so RUDE that she blocked her own employee from calling her due to the fact that we were stranded in the hotel with this issue and came in without constant!!! To our room the next day!!! Worst experiment of my life!

This is the worst property even thought it is by wyndham. We checked in at 2 instead of 3 in the afternoon and gladly paid $25 for early check in; however, after we came back from our concert at midnight our keys won’t work. They forgot to program our room’s newly installed lock before giving us the keys. There was only one lady at night staff and she tried to let us in only after 3 hours of long wait. We could get inside at 3 am in the morning. Missed our breakfast because we still couldn’t lock our room as we wouldn’t be able to get in again. Tried to contact manager who is never in there to help, not eve reachable by phone and the staff there has no authority or answers. The worst managed property i have been to. Wyndham has been known for its service and quality but they should really look into the properties and staff before putting their name in the property.

The lady at the counter doesn’t have any customer service training at all. She wasn’t polite, courteous or professional. I was assigned a room with a lot of noise that I could sleep until 3:30am; other tenants were running, yelling, and discussing. The next day, I asked the lady at the counter if she could give me a better room without lots of noise, she ignored my request and started making face gestures. Then, the manager ended up helping me even though she was busy. After 3 days stay, I was ready to checkout, that particular lady went to one of the rooms behind the counter and ignored me so I decided to knock at the manager’s office door, and she was polite and received the key and gave me my receipt.

Lisa at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. After we got settle in our room she even checked to make sure we had everything or needed anything. Room was clean. For an older business it has been very well kept & would probably stay there again if need be.

I would highly recommend this place for a quick stop. It's conveniently located right next to the highway and near a charming plaza. There's also an area for my dog to relieve itself, and check-in was easy.

Check in was slow. Looks like only one person at front who was helping someone else when we got there. When it was our turn, they were fast. Just understaffed. Parking was a bit creepy. Lacks lighting. Brighter up front. Dark in the back. Property was unfortunately run down. Beddings were clean and the room was clean overall except for floor stains and cracks etc. Needs restoration for sure. Breakfast wasn’t great. Not that many choices. Kinda cold even if we got there first thing. Only one Waffle maker and the timer was broken so you have to watch your waffle to make sure it doesn’t burn. Not the nicest La Quinta. They have better branches. Best thing was the price. Want a cheap and just ok place to stay, this is fine.

Deep cleaning can go a long way. Seeing the dirt in the corners and mildew in the tiles gives this place a bad reputation. Plus, the security out in the parking lot is non existent. Someone stole my antenna off my truck and the property doesn't have security cameras facing the parking lot. Upgrading the security and deep cleaning the rooms would make this hotel much much better. Breakfast needs a better variety too. All in all decent hotel with no bed bugs and a decent room for the price. I would stay here again 😉

I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool — only to find it was completely closed without any explanation. The room was in terrible condition: it smelled like cigarettes, was dirty, and had cockroaches. The TV didn’t work properly, the phone line was dead, and no cleaning service was provided the entire weekend. I asked for towels and never received them, even after asking more than once. When I brought it up at the front desk, the receptionist literally rolled her eyes at me — completely unprofessional. Also, they advertise "breakfast included", but that only happened the first day. On the second morning, there was just bread — no coffee, no eggs, no sausages. Basically, false advertising. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend and definitely won’t be staying again.

When we first arrived we got a room that had not been cleaned AT ALL (towels on the floor, beds not made, trash can full). The staff was friendly and apologetic about it and assigned us to another room which was average but at least clean. Breakfast options not good, waffle maker was broken.

The hotel was very neat and clean and everything was prepared for us, the only downside to note was the bathroom door not closing properly preventing it from being locked. However, the overall experience was very positive and the morning breakfast was delicious.

It was a good option for a night stay. Room is confortable enough, good curtains to keep the room in dark, good AC, breakfast with hot options (eggs and sausages), cereal, juices, waffles. Close to the airport and Cielo Vista. A few issues like no hair dryer. It is worth for what you pay.

This was the worse hotel I’ve experienced. I have pictures and video. From the entry to the bathroom. 2 in burn hole in comforter. Door lock was broken. No service at front desk in the morning. Called 5 times. No answer. Tried checking out and a sign was posted. Crack heads making noise all night.

The only thing good about the hotel was the ac and the bed. The bathtub was dirty when we got there. The first room we were put in for the night, the bathtub faucet ran uncontrollably and you couldn't turn it off. . We stayed in that room until next day until we were told it wouldn't be fixed until Sunday. They switched our room and that room wasnt much better. That bathtub was filthy with hair in it. Microwave was busted with side of it ripped open. Keys kept glitching out. Breakfast consisted of cold bagels bread and half cereals and watered down juices. The pool wasnt working and hadnt worked in awhile which you could tell when you got there. Once you got to property, you could tell by run down state of it that it wasnt as advertised. The pricing is ridiculous. On top of all of it, we asked for housekeeping after being there 3 days to get them 3 days later and we're checking out day later. When we asked for trash bags we were handed a 30 gallon trash bag. This hotel is a 0/10 DO NOT BOOK. The only good thing is when I talked to lady at front desk, who was from the other hotel she gave me a partial refund only because I was going to write this review.
