The place smelled like piss and it was filthy. The ceiling was falling out in the hallway. Our room itself was ok, but no fridge nothing extra just a bed and tv.

There are no real amenities. Only one nightstand no phone no fridge/microwave not even an ice bucket for the ice machine. Only 1 set of towel hand towel and washcloth. Water seeped over tile in bathroom every time it was stepped on. Obvious water damage outside room in the hallway wall. Not enough working outlets. Couldnt find local channels on tv. Rarely saw staff. Did sleep okay on the bed but fitted sheet wouldnt stay put. Only 2 thin pillows. AC needed cleaned barely cooled room. Curtain rod was broken.

Towels hand hair all over them. No microwave or Minifridge.,there’s no way for anyone to watch their own TV SERVICE OFF A STREAM DEVICE. Dish sucks

Well, I guess it's my fault for gambling on this place despite quite a few other bad reviews. I was charged double per pet (2 working dogs) since I was unable to pay the fee online. Despite calling ahead to make sure that pets were allowed and the fee not being mentioned, as well as disclosing during the booking that it would be 1 adult and 2 pets. The lady at the front desk was as helpful as she could be, but considering the condition of the building, I think it is more a lack of necessary attention from the owner. Somehow I ended up paying a lot for a room with mold, sewer flies, no fridge, cat food and garbage in the cabinet, graffiti on the wall (inside the room). . . The list could go on (dreading that we might end up with bed bugs based on a previous review that I thought was over exaggerating). That was the 3rd room that I received, since the 1st room had the latch drawn and another person already in it. The 2nd room the AC did not work and it is currently almost 100 at this location. With 2 large dogs (they were the reason I decided to get a hotel room for the AC instead of camping) that was a requirement. Again, I don't blame the staff at the location, they seem just as fed up with condition of the establishment. I am very confused as to all of the reviews saying that it doesn't deserve the bad reputation it has. I don't usually take the time to leave bad reviews, but I guarantee this is warranted. . .

This place should not even be in business, it was absolutely THE most disgusting place I've ever been Cockroachs EVERYWHERE!! Very questionable people outside , was there with my 16 yr old and we were being cat called by thugs in the parking lot, bed linens had holes and there was one small hand towel and when I very cautiously picked it up it had been used , and stained with some yellowish pink substance, no fridge no microwave and the site says something about a nice outside retreat pool area that we couldn't nor did we want to find we couldn't even stay we left

The room was dirty, hadn't been vacumned, the microwaves were filthy downstairs there's no microwave or mini fridge in rm for 60$ rate, one towel n pillow for 3 days per 2 ppl n no cleaning svc filthy bedding

did not have my reservation, did not provide two beds, or even a king as ordered. Room had only one bath towel, and no garbage bag. Carpet was encrusted with plaster and paint. Tv did not work. I was told by phone pet fee was 15, was charged 30. Will never stay thier or recommend to others.Desk clerk did the best she could, however the overall experience was horrible.

The site says this hotel is completely non smoking. I arrived to find, thats not the case. The halls wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes. I walked in the room and smelled like an elederly ladies perfume. The smell was so bad, it made vomit. Also, Tv as well as the cable cord were broke. I didnt realize when booking, this location doesnt have a fridge or microwave in the rooms. I checked out 4 hours after checking in due to the foul smells. I requested a partial refund per the hotels policy and was advised they werent giving me any of my money back. TERRIBLE experience all around

WiFi was down, shower was broken. At check in, they (the staff) were more "interested " in their friend'birthday

Bed was comfy, but there was cockroaches everwhere. Black chips coming out ice machine.

My room looked as though it had not been cleaned in years. It smelled awful. There was black mold. I was un able to get arefund for my reservation, so i had to pay for a different hotel. Don't reserve a room here!

The room was infested with bugs and dirty. The room stunk. Noisy. Mold in bathroom. Building should be burnt down.

didnt like anything, smelled bad floors are dirty and the ac was not working. the reception open the door room with there card cause computer was not working to issue a card for the room. and they saw the ac was not working and didnt do anything. if i slept on the street it would be more clean and freah air

I have bed bug bites and now have to ensure i didn't bring any home. There were bugs in my room and The towel smelled

The woman at the front desk was significantly more pleasant than she had been during my previous stays here. The accommodations left a lot to be desired. The room was filthy, bathroom full of hair, of both the head and pubic variety, and the carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum since the early 90's. Bed was pretty comfy though!

When i checked in, i was told they had no hot water. Room was damp and musty. Obvious that filter had not been changed. Cobwebs and LARGE spiders. Security bolt for my door did not work. I moved the chair in my room from one side to the other. I slept with one eye open the entire night. Left as quickly as i could in the morning. They should burn this to the ground. This has no business being open!!!

We only stayed at this hotel long enough to get into our room completely disgusted get an Uber and leave. Now I’m trying to get a complete refund. This hotel is disgusting, dirty, and it smells horrible. The room was filthy. The bathroom was filthy. Our beds were dirty and had holes in the comforters. The floor was so dirty. We couldn’t take off our shoes. We literally went into the room and couldn’t even sit down. It was the worst experience ever.!!

The odor of skunk could be smelled as I entered the lobby. When she looked up my reservation, I was told that Expedia didn't update so they didn't have my reservation and they were 'full'. She went to check to see if they had cleaned a room that would work for me. While she was gone, I got to hear her yelling at kids. When the clerk came back, she complained about the kids trying her when she is 'un-caffeinated'. She said she did have a room that would work for us. She proceeded to go over a page of RULES. She read them off... No Smoking.. No Pets.. Followed by there will be huge fines if rules broken. Ok, sign here that you will abide by the rules. She put the paper backside up for me to sign, so I did. In the room.. TV did not work. Loud pounding on the ceiling above. The safety latch on the door was broken. The toilet was constantly running. I gave up at this point and asked to get a refund. I get told no refunds. The manager was present and just kept saying "NO REFUNDS" and pointing at the paper I signed. She called me stupid for not reading it, even though the clerk didn't hand it to me to read. When I pointed this out, the manager started yelling at me and using profanity. A little afraid, I called 911. The manager kept yelling and swearing during the call. I was offered a different room, but no way did I feel safe staying there. The police said I wasn't the first to call them about this location. Being disabled, I was appalled at this.

This is yhe true definition of you get what you pay for. Under 50$ for the night horrible pillows! Chair looked like it was in the mud for like 10 years. Shower was gross. The key pad wasnt working so we didnt even have a key to get in and out of our room. Was greeted by a roach in the sink. Only positive thing were the front dest lady was very welcoming and beds were comfortable reguardless of the pillows absolutely sucking.

The room was ok but there were no face towels and the upstairs guest was so loud and inconsiderate because they knew we were below them but were partying until 2 am. I was only staying there for sleep and the price was reasonable but never again will stay there

The front desk agent was so nice and professional. She let me check in early due to a car emergency that I had she ensure that I was safe and that the room was clean. She was a pleasure to work with and be able to meet. I would definitely recommend this to people who are trying to save money And want a nice place to stay. I had a room on the first floor, which was renovated to a nice cozy room.

Probably the worst room I've ever stayed in, fine if you're truly desperate. The lady at the front desk was very nice tho.

We tried checking in at check in time and no double beds were even an option. She gave us keys to the one she had. It was occupied and reeked of cigarettes. The manger said he would refund us cause we never even could check in or stay but never did

We bought a two night stay. Got to the hotel at 4am because my daufhter played in the midnight madness tournament. No one let us in the building. We rang all bells, knocked on all doors, no one came. Then we called tbe phone number... its out of Florida! All we got was the answering machine thats not set up yet? So we had no choice but to head home even tho we were all so tired. Ended up having to pull over and sleep in our car.

I've been staying here any chance I get and it feels like a home away from home. The staff are very friendly and have gone above and beyond for me when I need anything accomodated. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and very nice rooms

I didn’t stay. No check in person waited 1/2 hour. Then the key wouldn’t work. No one at the desk. Had to call a number then waited 1/2 hour. It was the worst service ever and I will not be using your services again!

I travel in the healthcare industry and I had a good experience here. Any issues with the room were immediately made right and requests were handled promptly! I got one of the remodeled rooms. The room I was in had a mini fridge and was provided a microwave on request. I didn't feel unsafe and the area is quiet.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and not available. Charged for being let in your room.

This property is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I was uncomfortable the entire 6 hrs I was there. Roaches in the room, smelled of dirt, weed and cigarettes mixed together, and generally the energy is unsafe and sketchy. As a single woman, I won’t be back, and encourage you to stay close by or across the street with higher quality, brand name hotels.

Transportation is close and easy to access

Across the parking lot from south park mall and a city bus stop so easy to get where you need to go.

Dont stay at this property! The building has people who live there that hang around outside and in the hallways from around 8pm-3am. You will not get good sleep. There are no fridges or microwaves because people steal them. My room was ridden with spiders. The cops were called for a domestic disturbance outside of someone that lives there. There are a group of about 7-10 people who are obviously on some kind of substance that hang outside and in the hallways and make all sorts of noise. Staff will not quiet them down. There was instances of yelling between staff and tenants of the building. The building and my room was very dirty upon arrival. i only stayed for 2 of the 4 days i paid for because i couldnt take the noise and filth anymore. The owner did not refund me the moneyi paid even though i left early. Do yourself the favor and spend extra $10-$20 to go and stay at a better establishment. This place shouldnt even be called a motel, much less a hotel.

I booked this room for 6 days and after checking in and seeing the inside I was out of the room within a few hours, the manager did not refund me any money and I was even willing to pay for 1 night even though I didn’t stay the whole night. The door to the room had to be shoved shut and the extra security knob was broken. There is a lot of rif raf that hangs around the outside at night and I did not feel safe, I do not recommend staying here
