Couldn't seem to find my reservation on check-in. Room was somewhat clean. Stain on bed sheet that I decided to believe just didn't wash out in laundry. Fire alarm was hanging out of ceiling by wires. Lamp in room didn't have outlet to plug it in. Ice machine didn't work & couldn't find staff at 9:30pm. Wasn't awful but I wouldn't book again. I no longer associate Wyndham with any quality connotation.

Frig does not work, carpet was filthy, manager's baby cried by our room at all hours, no coffee because it was out of order, gym equipment had 2 pieces and both broken, washer broken. The property should be shut down! I would not have a Days Inn sign associated with that dump!

We did not enjoy our stay. The only plus is the easy access to the interstate. The stairs and hallways were never cleaned/vacuumed, the breakfast area was warm/not air conditioned, the “continental breakfast “ was non existent, with only Great Value yogurt, toast, stale bagels, a waffle maker but the waffle mix was not edible (gross brown liquid poured out the second day), and the coffee/cappuccino maker had no mix in it so only slightly colored water came out. The first room we had was a disaster with a non working toilet, a sink falling off the wall, a musty moldy smell, t.v. did not work, and the refrigerator wasn’t on (water spilled out from it being defrosted). The second room had stained sheets and towels, the light switch was dirt layered and clearly had never been cleaned, the shower head was caked with brown build up, the towels, hand towels, and wash cloths were stained, thin, and frayed on the end, a half bottle of shampoo was left for us to use, and the t.v. never worked in the three day stay, despite two employees “trying” to get it to work. Checkout day at 9:30 a.m., despite the fact that we were conversing and watching the Disc Golf Network on the phone, a man entered our room very quietly and would not leave until I walked over and walked him out. Creepy! We will NOT be back. The Health Department needs to shut this place down!

TV did not work and the hotel Manager did little to nothing to get a working one. There was a huge hole with mold above the toilet. The 2nd floor was leaking a brown liquid on us while we sat on the toilet. Hotel Manager asked if we did that to the ceiling within an hour of having checked in. The shower curtain had the bottom foot covered in mold. Photos attached.

The room had an extremely stale smell. The carpet left your feet black which probably attributed to the bad smell. The bathroom sink was coming loose and looked like it could fall off! We stayed for three days and never had any housekeeping. We had to ask for additional towels. The garbage was never picked up. For what we paid, I am extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this motel.

Room was disgusting. Socks became black when walking on carpet as if it had never been vacuumed. Gross stain on bed skirt which staff did not change after being informed of. Bug ran across bed after turning down sheets. Stayed there 2 nights and room was never cleaned nor towels ever changed. Coffee machine in breakfast area did not work. Microwave was not cleaned. Owner or staff must live there as kids were screaming and running around all day and night. Definitely will never stay their again.

Room was dusty. The sprinkler head looked like it had never been dusted. Looked like painted over mold around the tub. Towels are stained and dingy. Toilet seat was broken, asked for a new one twice and never got one. Stayed 4 nights and not one cleaning was done during our stay. Will never stay there again.

The room was filthy. Dirt on the popcorn ceiling. Floor not vacuumed stains on one of the pillow cases damaged equipment in the room and a dirty towel on the hook of the back of bathroom door. The toilet kept leaking/ running so I closed bathroom door at night. I was in town taking care of my Dad's house/ estate so was only there at night.

The rooms fire alarm was not only missing but there were bare wires sticking out of the ceiling where the fire alarm was supposed to be. The rooms coffee maker was missing the coffee pod tray and when my wife called and asked for one, the staff told her very rudely to just go get coffee from the lobby where the breakfast was.

The sheets and bathroom were clean. However, the room was run down. We needed assistance to turn on the TV. Then late in evening the TV would not turn off. The outside door didnt fit leaving a gap large enough on the latch side to see daylight. The AC worked, but when we accidently turn on the heat the room smelled like something was burning. The chairs all need to be glued together. We do not reccomnend this facility.

First they gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. Smoke alarm was completely missing, just wires hanging from the ceiling. When we turned on the lights in the morning, there were roaches on the ceiling, walls, and night stand.....a completely unacceptable room. When i informed the front desk about the roaches, they replied "yes, thank you"

Check in was bad and the stay never improved. The clerk barely spoke to me at check in and then had to change my room when the key card wouldn’t work and the smoke alarm was chirping. The new room was missing light bulbs, had damage to the walls and toilet, had mold in the shower, and had water with a yellow-green tint. The breakfast almost non-existent. There was a waffle maker with no batter available, a broken juice machine, one bagel, a loaf of bread, some packaged mini-muffins, mismatched cereal in a dispenser, one flavor choice of light yogurt cups, and a few other random items. Was called multiple times asking when I would be there. He just kept telling me to hurry up. In the morning they opened the doors twice and just left them open while standing outside the room talking. Overall wasn’t the best and pretty dirty.

There was inappropriate graffiti on the ceiling above the bed in one of our rooms as well as all over the lamp shades. The lights in the hallway were doing a strobe light effect which probably means they needed changed. The front desk was dismissive when we brought our concerns to their attention and they did nothing about it.

Check in was bad and the stay never improved. The clerk barely spoke to me at check in and then had to change my room when the key card wouldn’t work and the smoke alarm was chirping. The new room was missing light bulbs, had damage to the walls and toilet, had mold in the shower, and had water with a yellow-green tint. The breakfast almost non-existent. There was a waffle maker with no batter available, a broken juice machine, one bagel, a loaf of bread, some packaged mini-muffins, mismatched cereal in a dispenser, one flavor choice of light yogurt cups, and a few other random items. The night clerk came out of his room as I walked to the breakfast area, and then slipped back out of sight as I looked at the lack of available food. No one was available at checkout.

The hotel was not very safe and we ended up not staying there because of the safety issue. However when trying to get a refund the front desk said it was perfectly safe. But my friends and i literally had to talk to cops while we were there. And we are still working on our refund.

The hotel served my purpose. It's clean enough the bed was comfortable enough. I was just driving through and needed a place to sleep. The price was right the check-in was quick. In the morning the breakfast area was a ness and they were out of most everything. No coffee or hot water, the machine was broke. I just needed a place to sleep so it wasn't a huge deal to me but if you want breakfast hope that they have somebody working that day.

The sink is pulling away from the wall, the shower curtain is filthy. The carpet is dirty, needs new mattress on the bed. Needs holes in the wall repaired and painted. Has extension cords powering lamps. The color scheme is awful and unappealing. Whole facility needs new paint. Worst Wyndham facility I have ever stay in. Breakfast wasn't fully stocked. Walking down the hall to our room multiple lights were either out or blinking annoyingly. Upon arrival to our room we found the carpet to be wet and sticky. The smell of stale smoke welcomed us. The bathroom had obviously had a flood of some sort as the bathroom door was warped and the inside of the door was seeping out. Unable to shut or lock the bathroom door. Toilet seat was floppy and just barely attached with one bolt. TV was satellite and the weather did not allow us to watch anything. Breakfast was another adventure. Three lonely pieces of stale bread were in the bakery center, no jams or peanut butter available. The refrigerator had a half gallon of milk, that’s it. No yogurt, no hard boiled eggs, and no fruit anywhere. The coffee maker did not work, was unplugged. So I went back to my room to have coffee but there was only decaf pods. Upon leaving I asked for a receipt but they could not print for me. We will wait to see what they actually charged me.

First it took 15 plus mins to just check in as there was nobody at the desk and the note that said to dial 0 for assistance just made the phone ring behind the desk. Somehow my sister who was waiting in the car found the managers number and called him and I finally got checked in. There was a bad storm with power outages at the time, so I thought, ok, I can forgive that. But...then we went into the room and it was 1 horror after another. We couldn't lock our outside door from the outside, so we had to go through the lobby each time we left and then walk a block back to our car. The door was actually OPEN when we first went in. The air unit was dripping so bad there was a plastic bin under it to cat h the water, it didn't light up so we didn't know what the setting was even on. Had to dump during the night. Carpet wet, sticky and smelly. Whole place smelled like mold. Dirty sheets with stains,uncleaned vents with mold, shower head corroded, mold around tub and fixtures, TV didn't work, old phone without buttons on counter for some reason we didn't figure out because it wasn't plugged in and cord was cut off! My sister has a lung condition and couldn't even breath in this place! We left at 5am after NO sleep because we couldn't take it anymore. See pictures.

Went into the room and found cigarette burns on and stains on the bedding and chairs. The person next to our room had a cat tree in the window which should have been a good indication I should have left.
