Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis/O'Fallon, IL

It was awesome the staff was nice and the room was excellent

Room was as should be. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the first day we were there. I booked this hotel because of the pool and spa. An email should have been sent to guests prior to the stay with notification so guests could choose to stay elsewhere.

Mattress was either too soft or defective, we sunk in the middle. Pillows just didn’t seem right couldn’t get comfortable. No way to turn the AC fan to run continuously it would on and off we get hot and then it will kick on and we get cold. No happy medium. Room was next to elevator shaft so noisier than normal. I’ve never had an experience like this at Drury before. I’m wondering if they put the Hotels.com guests into the lousier rooms since I’ve previously always booked directly with Drury and had great experience.

Everything was excellent! The staff was awesome! It was all and more that we needed.

Clean room and bathroom. Excellent customer service. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Nice and well maintained pool facilities. Recommend 10/10.
