La Quinta by Wyndham Rockford

Room was clean staff was professional. Breakfast was ok not great.

The hotel is quite clean but the furnishings are older, and the tubs and shower heads are quite worn, but we like the fact that there are 2 televisions in the suites and there's lots of room. Also, the hotel is handy to a lot of restaurants and if you forgot anything you can walk to the Walmart and get what you need. If you like to gamble the new casino is a 2 minute drive away.

Pro: Front desk staff for check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast available. Located near restaurants/stores/gas stations Con: No sheets for pull out couch, bed protector was stained, crumbs/old pink balloon in the bed when we first pulled it out-it had not been cleaned from the last use. Bathroom wall surround is stained and looked very dirty. Pool water left our skin feeling slimy, pool shower had no handle, had to turn bolt to turn on water. No bathrooms by pool. Could hear people walking/talking in the hallway through the door, poor soundproofing. Lights coming through crack from the door/keyhole/light switches.
