Riverview Inn & Suites, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Long check in process, room wasn’t ready. Basic continental breakfast, room had a smell, pillows. Had a smell. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the price. Very overpriced.

Our sink pipes leaked water all over, there was poop flung on the bathroom walls, the doors/walls were dirty, the carpet was buckled, the TV input didn’t work. I was so overly disgusted with this hotel.

The riverview suite was really nice, there were just some minor stains on some of the furniture. The staff were really helpful and friendly, they just seemed overworked and understaffed. It turns out there was some highschool sports team staying there at the same time, and so the breakfast in the morning was gone by the time we got down there. The cook did make more omelets which were pretty good. Overall it was a pretty good stay, just a few minor hiccups that could have been avoided. Again cant state enough how great the staff was with everything.

Hotel is clean & well maintained, rooms are spacious and the staff members are some of the nicest people you'll meet.
