There were holes melted into the blanket from cigarettes and a couple of dead bugs on the floor. The floor towel for the bath was damp and seemed dirty. That being said, the rest of the room seemed clean and smelled clean, and was decent for the price. This was the second time i stayed here, and i didn't have any of those issues the first time. It is really cheap to stay here and the room amenities, dining choices, and easy parking are worth the price.

Standard room means nothing extra, not even tissues or hangers, no microwave or coffee machine, no bkfast (coffee in a.m.only in office), no printed receipt if done online, no business cards, but still $85-$90. Basics like sleep & clean up.Clean enough, bed ok. Near breakfast places.

Only the Deluxe rooms have a microwave and fridge. There is a microwave in the vending room behind the front desk. They offer coffee in the lobby 24 hrs but it was poor quality. Carrie Ann at the front desk was doing an amazing job juggling phone calls and multiple people checking in. This hotel does not accept cash at all, which seems illegal. The room was very clean and they seemed like they were constantly upgrading. Not too restful for me. The brand new air conditioner made constant loud crunching sounds. The toilet started making a lot of noise in the night but the maintenance person came right away when I called in the morning and fixed it. Some other guest banged on my door by accident at 8:15 am. Hotel is right next to the casino. Hotel grounds were clean and nicely landscaped with good parking.

Bed was comfortable, very clean, tv does need better channels especially with sports coming up this Fall, love the location, easy access to dining and new Hard Rock Casino opening soon , easy parking right outside your door , ice and vending is a walk but overall a nice clean place!!

Yes, the room felt dirty. The floors were dirty. I had to wipe some water up in the bathroom with the white towel and it turned black. I wore socks and shoes until time to go to bed. The sheets didn’t seem fresh, I brought my own towels from home and had to use them over my pillows because they didn’t seem fresh. I also sprayed the bed with Lysol. This was my first and last time staying at a red roof inn, I tried it and didn’t like it at all! Bathroom was really small. It may be ok for some but NOT me!

Clean enough. Fridge was too cold before we realized it since it froze almost everything we put in there. Our mistake. Microwave turntable (we had "upgraded" to the "deluxe" room to get microwave and fridge) did not turn. Biggest issue was the humid feel to the room and the a/c cycling from quiet to clock alarm pitch. Took forever to fall asleep. Room 237 should come with ear plugs. Since there is such variableness from one Red Roof to another I have made a commitment to not use Red Roof anymore.

Checkin was easy. However, the room wasn’t great. They said smoke free rooms but there were cigarette burns in the comforters. You could hear everything in the rooms. Cars, people, etc. paper thin walls. To top it off there was a giant dildo baking in the parking lot.

Nice hotel! Convenient close to the highway. And close to restaurants as well, get a good morning coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin, and of course a ton of food for dinner. Very clean, friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Good location for me, staff was nice. Room needed some maintenance, small refrig was in poor condition, missing pieces and all frosted up, desk return was slanted and disconnected from desk.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. The customer service was shockingly poor from start to finish. Staff members were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them, and any issues I brought up were ignored or brushed off. I wouldn’t recommend you staying at this hotel .

Awful. Was just hung up on by the manager when I asked to inquire about extra charges. Was told by him that non-smoking rooms will not actually be non-smoking because the building is over 50 years old and all rooms have been smoked in. Was also upcharged for use of the safe each day because I "didn't tell them I didn't use it", even though this was not communicated at check-in. I was told it was in the fine print of the paperwork I signed. Never in the hundreds of places I've stayed has this been a requirement- to stop in personally to communicate safe usage. Also bugs all over the bathroom floor and holes in curtains. Do not stay here!

This motel is located right across the street from a casino. Don\'t expect to get any sleep here. We checked in just before midnight, and at 1:30 am, we were still awake due to noisy neighbors in an adjoining room. I called the front desk requesting assistance and was told there was nothing that could be done - she couldn\'t move me to a different room because the room was "locked" but she would call the guests next door and ask them to be quiet. At 4:00 am, I was still awake by the noise next door and smell of marijuana smoke emanating from the adjacent room. I again called the desk. She finally said she would kick them out. At 6:30, I went to the desk to speak with the desk clerk about the issues through the night. She said to me, "Well, I kicked them out." That was her only consolation. When I checked out an hour or so later, the manager was present an assured me I would receive "a refund" in a couple days. This did not happen. It is highly NOT recommended that you stay here!

Good location ok rooms. Bad personnel and Myers. They took 2 paid nights from me because I didn’t have my id with me the last 2 days after staying 2 weeks with them. Just because I forgot my id and they had a copy of it. Had to drive 4 hours back home at night just for that reason and they denied the manager was not present and they wouldn’t help me . Please stay away from this Hotel. If they get a chance they can still your money

This motel is located right across the street from a casino. Don\'t expect to get any sleep here. We checked in just before midnight, and at 1:30 am, we were still awake due to noisy neighbors in an adjoining room. I called the front desk requesting assistance and was told there was nothing that could be done - she couldn\'t move me to a different room because the room was "locked" but she would call the guests next door and ask them to be quiet. At 4:00 am, I was still awake by the noise next door and smell of marijuana smoke emanating from the adjacent room. I again called the desk. She finally said she would kick them out. At 6:30, I went to the desk to speak with the desk clerk about the issues through the night. She said to me, "Well, I kicked them out." That was her only consolation. When I checked out an hour or so later, the manager was present an assured me I would receive "a refund" in a couple days. This did not happen. It is highly NOT recommended that you stay here!

I am writing this at 1am. So not stay here. Pretty sure my vehicle was cased several times. There is a domestic situation next door, screaming slamming things. This was not worth the money and I felt safer sleeping in my car.

Nice hotel! Convenient close to the highway. And close to restaurants as well, get a good morning coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin, and of course a ton of food for dinner. Very clean, friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

There were holes melted into the blanket from cigarettes and a couple of dead bugs on the floor. The floor towel for the bath was damp and seemed dirty. That being said, the rest of the room seemed clean and smelled clean, and was decent for the price. This was the second time i stayed here, and i didn't have any of those issues the first time. It is really cheap to stay here and the room amenities, dining choices, and easy parking are worth the price.

Standard room means nothing extra, not even tissues or hangers, no microwave or coffee machine, no bkfast (coffee in a.m.only in office), no printed receipt if done online, no business cards, but still $85-$90. Basics like sleep & clean up.Clean enough, bed ok. Near breakfast places.

Bed was comfortable, very clean, tv does need better channels especially with sports coming up this Fall, love the location, easy access to dining and new Hard Rock Casino opening soon , easy parking right outside your door , ice and vending is a walk but overall a nice clean place!!

The location is great, with many name brands along State Street, on the west side of I-90. The staff responded quickly to all my concerns. The video attendant was okay, but the audio delay & cutouts made it difficult to understand. I would certainly consider lodging there again.

Virtual check in. Couldn't understand what the person on the other side was saying with heavy accent. Room was damp and musty. Bathroom door felt like cardboard, it was hard to open without the door trying to bend in half. There were cracks in the door and most of the bottom looked chewed off.
