Close to the airport, clean room and friendly staff. The elevators all seemed to have issues like the buttons not lighting up or it would show wrong floors or gibberish but they did work at least.

The room was very up to date. Friendly staff during the day! The only issue I had was parking got full so finding a spot was impossible.

I was disappointed that Hotels.com stated that a $10.00 food credit came with the reservation. The front desk said they have no record of that. Plus paking went up to $39.00 per day. Next time I may choose a different hotel.

Very nice hotel that is well taken care of and close to the airport. Good shuttle service except ac was out on a hot day. Amenities promised a microwave but there was no microwave which made me sad.

The property is is beautiful and the shuttle is very convenient for going to the airport to catch the train. Please note there is NO MICROWAVE in the entire hotel. They don't have one in the rooms or at the front desk so you cannot be heat your food if you need to

The property itself is quiet, clean, and the staff friendly. The airport shuttle was great, the ATS is within walking distance as well (be wary there are no sidewalks. The property is close to a PACE bus stop as well.

The hotel is definitely showing its age, at least room 711 is. We were originally assigned 602, but asked to move as the room had a funky odor. 711 smelled a little better. Too bad I didn’t notice the black mold on the ceiling of the shower until I started my shower. I would have asked to switch rooms again. There is also extensive damage to the bottom of the bathroom door. The TV in the living room would not dim the screen, so we unplugged it.

I booked a double room. They changed my room from a double bed to a king room when I needed a double bed the most. When we got to the room, it looks like they barely put effort into cleaning it. There was a used thong from the prior guest chilling on the sofa. It was disgusting, we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the sofa.

Was only here for one night because I had a late arrival into Chicago. Room was very spacious and clean. The bar area was really nice. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Carpet on floor was wet in several spots. Cracker remnants in one floor pile. Called to find ice as I use a cane and have limited walking...it was 9 rooms away. Told them on phone I couldn't walk that far. No offer to bring some ice to me. They had to know about wet carpet....

Beautiful, clean, well-lit property. My room was nice and very clean. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was a game changer. Overall, excellent stay! Great job!

Property is older but it's kept pretty clean. Elevator buttons mostly work. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and all staff are friendly. I don't often stay at airport hotels so the traffic was somehow louder than inner city noise. Bathroom was updated but a bit small. Toilet flush was weak and shower knob kept falling off the walk. King suite was very spacious for the value. Housekeeper was very overzealous. I put the DND on the door on day 1 out of 4 - they barged in day 1 anyway, then took it with them lol. I said something to the front desk but from the looks of other reviews. It appears to be fairly common. It didn't bother me but for other travelers who need more privacy, just beware. They let themselves in each day following while I was there. Other than that, rooms could use a microwave and fridge is a little small, but as a solo traveler I felt pretty safe. The Rosemont Blue line was just a quick cab ride away.

Rooms are laid out well, but very noisy due to the large window in the living room area. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and the rooms were incredibly hot even with the AC on. The shuttle service was great, but would try another hotel next time.

Room was great. Very nice size suites. Clean and everyone was very nice. The only issue was the room was quite warm. I ran the air on high overnight and the room only slightly cooled off. But I would absolutely stay here again.

I chose Sheraton, over many other hotels in the same area for our 1-night layover in O'Hara, because I thought I would minimize the chance of having a bad shuttle bus experience by selecting a well-regarded hotel chain. Little did I know I'd come to regret the decision very much. My wife (my wife and I, with two young kids) waited for over an hour to be picked up by the Sheraton shuttle bus, after a 11-hour international trip back from Europe. This could have been avoided if the hotel staff (responsible for arranging the shuttle service) had done her job and told the bus driver that we were waiting at Terminal 5, after I've called twice ahead to confirm the pickup. This complete failure on the part of the hotel staff in simple communication, especially after the guest has called ahead to arrange the pickup, is simply unacceptable and should never be associated with a name like Sheraton.

Our stay was great and we will definitely stay again. I’d made an error in my booking and the front desk staff was able to fix it without issue or charge. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were in town for a concert at Allstate Arena and it’s a very easy (10 min?) walk to and from. We mobile ordered food from the restaurant and picked it up at the bar 20-30 minutes later. Super easy and the food was great. The Starbucks here is open 24 hours as well - we didn’t use but a definite perk! Upon checkout, we’d accidentally paid for parking even though we’d been charged parking to our room already. A quick call to the desk staff again cleared up this mistake without issue. Absolutely no complaints with the staff or stay! The only thing worth mentioning maybe would be that once the ice melted that I’d gotten from the ice machine, there were several noticeable black pieces of something floating the water… dirt? Mold? Other debris? Hard to say if it came from the ice machine or the ice itself but it would have had to be from one of the two, unfortunately.

The shuttle drivers were AMAZING, especially Ray, who was so kind and gave us so much guidance throughout our stay - it was our very first time in Chicago! Malack was another incredible employee that helped us out SO much during our stay! So kind, personable, helpful in anything we needed! We had a fabulous time and look forward to coming back!

Front desk staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. Our AC did not seem to be working, the room was very warm despite turning the thermostat way down. Housekeeping woke us up with a knock on our door just before 9am asking what time we were leaving. I believe check out was noon so this was a little weird.

The shuttle took 45 mins to arrive. I called the hotel since I saw multiple shuttles for other hotels and none for the Sheraton Suites. I was told that the shuttles would arrive at 15 and 45 after the hour, and there were two busses running: a gray and a white one. I had arrived at 10 after the hour at the designated spot, and was still waiting at 45 after. Finally, at 52 after the hour, the van arrived. I had made plans with friends at the hotel, and they waited almost an hour before I arrived.

I was told that the shuttles would arrive at 15 and 45 after the hour, and there were two busses running: a gray and a white one. I had arrived at 10 after the hour at the designated spot, and was still waiting at 45 after. Finally, at 52 after the hour, the van arrived. I had made plans with friends at the hotel, and they waited almost an hour before I arrived.

The staff was the best part. Also the restaurant/bar was amazing. The rooms are very nice and spacious for the cost! The fact that you have to pay for parking was the pit, as well as the dirty folded sheet left as clean on the pull out couch.

Wanted to stay near the airport for the last night of our trip as we had an early morning flight. It was super convenient for returning our rental car, as the rental center was a short walk from the hotel. Early shuttle service was also very convenient.

Was only here for one night because I had a late arrival into Chicago. Room was very spacious and clean. The bar area was really nice. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great and we will definitely stay again. I’d made an error in my booking and the front desk staff was able to fix it without issue or charge. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were in town for a concert at Allstate Arena and it’s a very easy (10 min?) walk to and from. We mobile ordered food from the restaurant and picked it up at the bar 20-30 minutes later. Super easy and the food was great. The Starbucks here is open 24 hours as well - we didn’t use but a definite perk! Upon checkout, we’d accidentally paid for parking even though we’d been charged parking to our room already. A quick call to the desk staff again cleared up this mistake without issue. Absolutely no complaints with the staff or stay! The only thing worth mentioning maybe would be that once the ice melted that I’d gotten from the ice machine, there were several noticeable black pieces of something floating the water… dirt? Mold? Other debris? Hard to say if it came from the ice machine or the ice itself but it would have had to be from one of the two, unfortunately.

This hotel is excellent. It was mine and my girl’s first time in Chicago and we were so well taken care of and comfortable here we absolutely would stay again. The amenities were amazing and the food, oh my god the food we ordered on room service was incredible! Absolutely worth every cent.

The dining option is where it was unsatisfactory. One thing that would be great is allergy awareness - don't get me wrong I am grateful that I could eat the hard boiled eggs. But seeing that there were individual ingredients on the menu that any chef could prepare separately during a time that was not busy was quite frankly sad. Instead of eating hot food on business trip I had eggs and Wholefoods pantry items for two days. The only reason I had stayed at the location was that the restaurant was in the building (on a business trip I do not have the luxury of time or funds to go out to eat).

I've stayed here several times over the years. This time the Air in the room was not working properly. I usually keep it between 68 - 70. I had it at 64 and it seemed like it was 72 in the room.

The hotel was conveniently located. It is a little outdated in the rooms, but they were comfortable and clean. My biggest issue was with the staff being less than helpful. I saw two people behind the bar at 1:30 in the afternoon and I went over and tried to sit down and they said they were closed until two and I said did they know somewhere where I could get a drink with my friend and they said no. That was it then they told us that Starbucks is open 24 hours and we can get drinks there whenever. After we got back from the baseball game, we stopped by Starbucks to get a Frappuccino before bed and we were told that we could only get coffee. That morning there was a beautiful breakfast set out and we went up and asked them if we could just serve ourselves and we were told well yeah but it is $20. They just didn’t seem very helpful or friendly in anyway.
