We checked in, the gentlemen at the desk was very pleasant. Walked into the room, sheets/pillow cases were dirty. Hair all over bed, there was a wad of chewing gum stuck to the headboard. Went back to front desk, asked to switch rooms. Again gentlemen at desk was very accommodating. Went to second room.. the floor by the shower was spongy, like a springboard. The towels were so old they they were almost see thru. When you turned on faucet in bathroom, water came out the side of the wall. There was 1 (ketchup size) packet of "shampoo/conditioner", there were 2 (ketchup packet size) soaps. At this point the fact the pillow cases were cleaner then the first room & we had an event to get to.. we stuck it out. Coming backbto the hotel after the event I wanted to check out the fitness center. The first and only thing noticed was a very thick layer of dusts and scraps of paper towel all of the floor. So that was a no as well. Even with as pleasant as the front desk man was, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

Long story short there is no pool even though they have it listed as having one. Staff is friendly. Would work good for a one night stay but after that prolly won’t worth the hassle. No frills kinda place

Very few people staying at this place the weekend we were there. The parking lot was not plowed with 4 -6 inches of snow... all other hotel lots were plowed. Breakfast was real weak. The pool was not open. This place is tired and needs a face-lift.

Property as a whole was not to bad. There is a funky smell when you walk in the front doors. Rooms were clean. However, if you have sensitive skin then bring your own sheets.my husband broke out in an itchy rash with welts after sleeping in bed. (Not bedbugs, I throughly checked 10x) and I had nothing. Pool was closed,vending machine empty and ice machine dirty/rusty looking. Staff was nice and accommodating. Weirdly though you have to bring your 2 dirty towels to the front desk if you want clean towels…..

Hotel is very old, poor maintenance, room was not clean, after i check in i left and came back to find a pair of fake eye lashes on top of the phone and night table, i went to the front desk and the guy told me nobody went in my room, came pick them up with his hands and didn't even clean the night table, i had to used hand sanitizer to wiped the table.

This room was absolutely filthy. There were mouse droppings and dead bugs. I should have known when i read the sign at check in. It said no refunds after check in. Save yourself from getting sick and stay somewhere else!!

Beautiful common room--wood panelling, fire place. Towels were stained. coffee maker had mould in it. Shower had no pressure--just a dribble for most of the shower. Floor boards in washroom were warped from water. no healthy choices for breakfast: no fruit, no whole grain bread, no fibrous cereal, just Rice Krispies and Fruit Loops.

This was literally the worst experience i ever had with a hotel. Lets start by saying i booked this last minute for my sons basketball tournament i drove three hours for an everywhere else was booked so i took a chacnce.....biggest mistake ever!! Every bad review about this place is more thrn true!! The man working there was the rudest person I've ever met! The room was disgusting an never been cleaned. There was a huge blood stain on a sheet a fresh stay off pee an what lookee to be possible seman. Folding up dirty towels. Blood on the door. What looked to be gun bee bees on the floor. White powder everywhere. I didnt get to my room until 11 after a long day off tournaments with 3 kids an this place was so unsanitary ab the man was so rude that i choose to sleep in my car rather then stay there it was that bad ....an every other place was booked. Then he refused to refund me...tha kfulky expedia refunded me 50 percent but i really do not understand how hes stilk in business....an hes rooms arent ch3ap either so you dont expect a ran down dirty hotel qhen you book this place ....please dont book an dont let the nice pictures fool you this place is awfum!!

Not sure how this property has a rating higher than a 3 or why it has not been shut down. I booked this room based on Expedia rating and price. The property appeared abandoned, most of the lights were off inside when I walked in. No one was available when I arrived just after 8 pm. Used the phone per instructions and all I received was a busy tone. Finally after about the 10th time someone finally answered. Asked for a room upstairs, denied. Hallway carpet was filthy, room carpet was filthy as well. The shower had zero water pressure and came out of the shower head more like my garden hose. Do not waste your money, this place was one of the worst.

The exterior was in rough shape. Peeling paint, etc, but we had already booked so in we went. The inside looked better than the outside, so we felt OK about it. Then we were given room 104. It smelled like a wet dog that had been swimming in a muddy creek. What little water pressure the bathroom faucet had would come out through the knob- not the faucet. There was black mildew on both sides of the shower curtain. There were dirty towels left from the previous guest/s hanging on the bathroom door. I sat on the bed to take my shoes off. The sheets had holes and stains. When I belt over to take my shoes off I thought it was me feet stinking. Nope, I just got my face too close to the carpet. I hope the whole place isn’t this bad. It didn’t stink outside of room 104. No matter. We wont be back.

The shower curtain was so dirty, there was ants/pests all over the desk. The floor tiles were tore up/old. The chair was broke. Bad experience I will never stay here again and to check in early after noon was another charge.

Hotel was rather expensive for the experience we had. $140.00 per night in Fort Wayne Indiana. Old property, very poorly kept. Windows and glass dirty. The lobbies and reception looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. We had to wait about 10 min each time to flush the toilet and needed to flush at least twice for all to drain.

Nice and quiet place. Spacious room. Room was a little dusty but the bathroom was clearly wiped down and clean. Actually ended up extending my stay at the front desk with zero issues. Would stay again and plan to.

this picture is to bright the hotel is not bright at all. Cleanliness sorry it needs to be clean vacuumed and scrubbed. I honestly did not feel clean at all. Beds hurt my hips and back the first night. Did not feel family friendly as my kids were playing in the hall way mind you during the day time 2pm and were told not to and they are not allowed any where but where their was at. Sign in front that says no partys in the lobby. My family were their for a sport tournment . so that took away from the experience.

The man at the front desk was extremely rude, and then they are trying to do some fraudulent actions by saying we left all kind of bags in the room and will be charged for it when we left absolutely nothing in the room which we know for a fact due to we were staying there for 10 days till we moved into our new apartment.

This place charges xtra for more than 2 people even if you’ve rented a room with 2 Queen beds. Very shady! Never heard of such a thing. I’ve never had a hotel charge by the person instead of by the room.

Owners are just plain rude. Charged me an extra $10 for my 4 year old who is like 2.5 feet tall. Refused to give us extra towels unless we brought them the dirty ones first (there are 5 of us and they had 3 towels in the room). The room looked half clean (we found a bandaid in the bathroom sink, there were white stains on furniture, blinds, and sheets). Attendant began cleaning up breakfast 25 minutes early and was not very nice informing everyone that breakfast was ending soon. Breakfast items ran out well before breakfast was over. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a concrete slab and the “pillows” felt as if they were made of the all the collected “dirty towels” all balled up in a pillow case. Definitely not worth the $150 we spent.

Had to change room once because it wasn’t cleaned, hair all over the bed and room was dusty and had a bad odour. 2nd room was slightly better but not by much, was too tired to change rooms again so went to sleep by laying on top of my own clothes as I don’t think the sheets were cleaned. Will never stay at this property again.

The staff was okay and the property was ok. The breakfast was horrible and they charged me an extra $50 dollars that has never been returned, so if you stay don’t believe them when they say your deposit will be returned.

Management was very unprofessional. They entered our room using their digital key without knocking while we were dressing. They demanded that we check out by 11. We explained to them that we paid for two nights. No apology was given to us for their mistake.

Staff was very rude. I told them 2 people and they immediately called my room when my kids were helping me with my bags to question why there was so many people. I wasn’t in the room but for 3 mins before they called. And then my daughter that was staying with me came to the hotel and did not have key. The man would not let her go back to my room until she called me. She called and I said to come back and he wouldn’t let her and made her wait outside until I came to let her in front lobby door.

I didn't like anything about the property. I felt it was unsafe. There was something bad going on in the parking lot. The room had a terrible odor. The front desk staff wasn't helpful. He didn't seem to care about the guest. Overall it was a bad experience.

I like that it was close to a lot of restaurants and locations but, staff were average and place did not half wifi and breakfast was very poor, not enough towels and not very helpful at times.

Very few people staying at this place the weekend we were there. The parking lot was not plowed with 4 -6 inches of snow... all other hotel lots were plowed. Breakfast was real weak. The pool was not open. This place is tired and needs a face-lift.

Beautiful common room--wood panelling, fire place. Towels were stained. coffee maker had mould in it. Shower had no pressure--just a dribble for most of the shower. Floor boards in washroom were warped from water. no healthy choices for breakfast: no fruit, no whole grain bread, no fibrous cereal, just Rice Krispies and Fruit Loops.

The staff was amazing but there was stuff in the wall in the bathroom possibly poop, several things didn’t work, musky smell, floors needed replaced in the bathroom, back of the toilet was dirty like it had never been cleaned, and the breakfast was waffles and cereal. For the amount of money I spent I was not satisfied at all except with the staff. Which will not make me return unless some things were changed.

The bed and linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was only 1 cup of coffee available in the room for our two day stay with two people. There was dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom towels were stained and one washcloth has dirt on it. The complementary breakfast was a joke. It was only cereal oatmeal or waffles with no other options. Also only coffee. No juice.

In the morning, I wonder if somehow I'd offended the person at the desk. Because there was NO WAY that the staff was unaware of the problem. The housekeeping staff would *have* to already be aware. And they weren't anywhere near half capacity, so there were plenty of other rooms they could have given me. So I felt as though I was being trolled. Referring to what I had in the morning as a "shower" is practically an exaggeration. I stood and cleaned myself under a faucet, it's true. But the water came out *below* the shower head, rather than out of it. So "water pressure" is out of the question. There are two things that every single person expect out of a hotel / motel stay: a bed and a shower. I only got 50% of what I came for. After I got dressed, I filmed the shower head to demonstrate how inoperative it was. I brought the video to the front desk, and asked for *some* money back. The manager said that he wasn't going to do it, I should have asked for a different room. I pointed out that I hadn't any idea that this would be a problem until I was already naked, so seeking assistance at that time was not possible. And that I'd post the video with the review if some reimbursement were not forthcoming. He shrugged and said that he would have to give everybody money back if he were to start now. ... Not *exactly* the defense he thinks he's making... (This system will not let me post either a video or a photo. So good luck I guess.)
