Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greenwood by IHG

The rooms are well maintained and clean. The breakfast offering is above average as compared to other hotel breakfasts. The woman in charge of the breakfast did and outstanding job and was very outgoing and helpful. The only complaint, is that we asked if we could have a 30 minute late checkout from the front desk. We were immediately refused and was told that if we didn't checkout by 11:00 AM. we would be billed for another day!

My only complaint this time was children running and jumping above me. I was floor two and I only stay 11 hours and I leave before 2:00am. The staff member at the front desk offered to go up to the third floor and speak to them but reminded quiet time wasn’t until 11:00pm. She did offer to love me however with as little time as I spend the moving rooms and my stuff was more of a hassle inconvenience.
