The room was never cleaned and the trash was never taken out during my four day stay. There was no television remote in the room. The phone in the room to call the front desk had no dial tone and did not work. The hard boiled eggs for breakfast were not cooked properly at all. When they were broken open the white of the egg simply fell out and leaked everywhere. The was often no coffee or other beverages available for breakfast. The bagels were okay but often ran out within an hour of breakfast starting. I was provided with no fresh towels and had to walk down to the front desk to get more. The elevator looked like it might break down at any moment and at times was partially opened so the stairs were used the majority of the time. See photos for how the elevator looked. I tried to book the other la Quinta inn when I made the booking over a year ago but some how ended up in the airport La Quinta. It was difficult to sleep because of all the planes flying overhead. Overall it was an awful experience, I hope to never stay at a hotel that is as run down as this one was. I would not recommend the La Quinta on executive road to anyone ever. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It could’ve been better the elevator half way opened one day it didn’t work at all and my mom had surgery so she shouldn’t of been walking down the stairs no one really had good communication and breakfast SUCKED! they basically only had waffles not meats only orange juice no water offering but the room was kinda clean except for the let out couch we found hella fruit snacks and the pets stink too I don’t think they should’ve been allowed to sit in chairs and stuff and they didn’t have a pool that was confusing because I’m guessing we mixed the hotels up

Hotel was advertised with a pool and hotel did not have pool. Hotel took an extra $100 deposit instead of using a credit card for incidentals and wont return money for up to 3-4 business days. Blankets and sheets had stains on them and breakfast had barely any options available and poorly stocked. Will not choose this hotel again

There was a $5 each way cost for the airport shuttle which was a surprise, “oh, by the way”. And at checkout, when I showed the clerk the photo of the missing smoke detector, he said don’t worry, they won’t charge you for that. And continued to say that they are well aware of what’s going on in the rooms.

The check in was terrible. It was 10:30 pm and the person had no idea how to check people in. It took over 30 minutes and there was one person ahead of us. Lobby was dirty, the fitness room has no equipment. We did not eat breakfast as it did not look clean. Room was ok.

Cons: The sheets were very stained and filthy. I didn’t notice until morning because I got in late and it was dark but it felt very gross to have slept on what looked like a HUGE urine stain. Breakfast had very limited options, basically bagels and waffles but the waffle maker didn’t fully cook the waffles and the bagels were very dry. They had sunny d instead of orange juice, no other options. I picked the location because they advertised hot breakfast so that was a huge let down. The whole place kinda had a smell to it. Pros: check in was quick and easy. There was no late night drama or anything. Shower was hot. Towels were clean, I hope. Overall, the stay was not worth the price.

Check in was fine - front counter staff could have been friendlier. Got to room and the carpets were filthy. Needed to ask for a fork so I could eat something (diabetic) and I was told that there was no way I could get a fork because the "breakfast room is closed". They absolutely refused to give me a fork. When going to take a shower, the drain didn't want to drain and I was given 2 conditioners instead of a shampoo and conditioner. I have stayed at La Quinta multiple times and this was by far the worst. I won't be staying at a La Quinta any time in the near future.

There were brown spots on the bottom of the shower curtain, a large red stain in front of the bed, spiders within the room, trash was not taken out from previous clients staying, and the room phone was neither plugged in nor labeled for the correct room (Stayed in room 338 with a landline phone that stated 322). It was spacious, but the bath tub was hard to stand in. There was nothing to prevent slips and it pooled in the middle of the tub. The elevator broke down as well, but the location was decent for what I was attending. I wouldn't stay here again as a first choice, but it's better than driving more than an hour.

Limited TV options. A/C worked great too. Real stretch to call breakfast a breakfast. Maybe if you are 12. Waffles were basically the only option and if that is all that is going to be offered need 5 machines.

The common spaces in this hotel were filthy. The tiled area in the hallway was literally sticky underfoot and the halls and stairways looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in forever. Our room was OK at best - I wish I had shower shoes for walking around the bathroom. Would not recommend.

The lobby was gross very dirty smelled kind of mildewy. Went in the first room on the first floor, and there was mold seeping from behind the grout around the tub; carpet was stained so bad requested a new room because I don’t like first floor rooms, then went to the second room. The carpet was atrocious. I asked for a vacuum and I was told that the housekeeping was gone. I said I’ll do the vacuuming. He said he was going to come up with the vacuum, never did. I looked under one of the tables And there was a huge dead bug under there and I ended up leaving just a few hours later. it was absolutely disgusting. Do not go here if you were trying to have a nice peaceful night it was so uncomfortable and the exhaust fan was so loud and there was no smoke detector. It was an open hole in the ceiling with wires capped off.

Bed was comfortable and clean, pillow cases were quite threadbare tho. Shower and toilet room were old but renovated to look new(ish). Very bright light coming in from parking lot was hard to block with not too great of curtains. We were hardly there other than to shower and sleep so that part was fine. Didn’t even eat at the breakfast. Not very many options and it was mostly a carb fest anyway. It was just on OK stay.

The hotel overall was clean. However, we were a little uncomfortable with the level of soiling in the rooms carpet and certainly did not want to make contact with it. The stains were visable and large, carpet cleaning in the room was long overdue. However, no odors were present. The remote for the TV worked intermittently. Check in staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Beds were too high. Had to lay my suitcase flat next to the bed to use as a step stool. Without that I would not have been able to use the bed. Breakfast was just okay. Otherwise the room was fine and check out was fast.

Check in is too intrusive and long winded. Make it easier and do not ask for so much personal information!!! Too long to check in multiple rooms due to extended questioning. Worker is courteous and knowledgeable but procedure from the hotel is horrendous. Hotel is under renovation so it is a bit confusing staying in different buildings etc. Rooms were very clean and nice. Will update on breakfast quality.

I asked to check in early and would’ve paid the extra fee, manager wasn’t the most reasonable. Came back at the time of original check-in and the room was still dirty. Stains on the blanket and sheets. They asked me if I would clean it and change the sheets myself. I requested a different room and that room was only slightly cleaner. So they didn’t have the rooms ready even at check-in time.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Charged me $35 for an early check-in even though he stated they had rooms available. Never answered my messages I sent before checking in asking questions about the property. And the incidental hold wasn’t released and charged me $100 and hasn’t returned to my account like the front desk person said it would. Won’t be staying here ever again!

I don’t get the horrible reviews at this place! Check in was quick and easy, the hotel was comfortable and quiet, the bed was VERY comfortable. Only complaints was it wasn’t the cleanest stay ever-but for the price it worked. Super close to downtown and everything we were doing for the weekend!

I get it, charging a premium price for a mediocre hotel on a weekend where there's an event at the speedway. But at lease spend some money on a decent breakfast (very poor selection of muffins, breads, cereal, and not much else at the time breakfast opened, not even at the end of service)! Huge potholes in poorly maintained parking lot. No restaurants within walking distance. Only think I can say it's a relatively easy drive to the track, but will never stay here again.

Truckers: good place to stay with plenty of parking past the actual hotel building. Doesn’t look like much parking at first. Driveway is a little narrow to enter property. Not close to places to eat, so best to order in. My husband is a hot shot driver, and I book his hotel/motel stays based on parking availability and like to help other truck drivers who are looking for the same.

The property is an industrial area. There are more hotels all around it. It is easy to get to. In terms of the hotel, please make sure you come at 3 pm or after if it is b4 check in time they will charge you an additional $35. Also, I stayed on the 1st floor of the property. I'm not sure if they keep people with animals on that floor but it seemed like the carpet was soiled in my room. and the tile portion of the floor could have used a real good mopping. I just needed to stay somewhere for the night so it was just an ok property to stay in. I would give it a 2.5 rating out of 5.

The hotel’s location is fine, but the service is average, the rooms are average, and the daily housekeeping is done in the late afternoon—so if you’re in the shower, you need to use the latch. Overall, a very ordinary hotel. The breakfast was the worst I’ve seen in 26 years coming to Indianapolis. This was an ok place to stay, breakfast was mainly a couple rotten tangerines, hard bagels, and boiled eggs. The waffles were definitely the star! I love that for them… lol Room was decent, however the shower didn’t drain and also the blow dryer had some brown gross stuff all over it… I dried my hair next to the heater with the hot air. Also beware the airport shuttle costs 10$ and you have to request the ride ahead of time.. I would maybe stay there again if it was a lot cheaper than other places and a short stay.

The hallways reeked of weed the entire weekend. The "breakfast" consisted of muffins or waffle and the waffles were so watery they would not cook. The sink in the room was gross, it would fill with water as you used it then drain very very slow and bubble as it did sending sewage smell in the room. I did not notice this until after I unpacked and I needed to rush to a meeting so I didn't bother with it. Bottom line is they should not be renting rooms in that condition. The plugs, both electric and USB by the bed were almost all all broken, of 3 of each only 1 of each worked. The refrigerator had a solid inch thick block of ice all around the freezer compartment making it unusable. The elevator had a cleaning solution water spill in it and they never cleaned it up and it got tracked everywhere. Furniture was very worn and ratty. I have stayed in numerous La Quinta's over many years and this was by far the worse, that name used to hold to a certain standard, clearly not anymore. Noted. Don't promise crap if you can't deliver and be at least somewhat putting forth and effort. While not very costly I could have stayed at any number of fleabag motels in the area likely 20 bucks cheaper and would have been in a better room.

Only elevator on the property was broken. Lobby and common areas reeked of cigarette smoke. Receptionist was very kind and helpful despite the elevator situation. Room was very nice and tidy compared to the rest of the property. Couple of broken items in the room but overall a comfortable stay.
