This place is a run down mess. Parking lot floods in the rain with huge potholes around it. Rooms are run down and dirty. Everything needs a fresh coat of paint. Lights don’t work. Furniture is damaged. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but I won’t be back.

Showers super dirty. Holes in the walls, ceiling tiles missing everywhere. Wires hanging out of ceiling. Would not recommend to anyone. Nice area around it. It this place is a dump. No maintenance or cleaning. Pool was filled in with weeds 10’ high growing in landscaping.

The elevator stunk and was very dirty (undefinable brown stuff in the corner), the elevator was old and a little scary, the hallway carpet was very loose, making it difficult to pull heavy suitcases, the room was simple and everything was old and worn out, but the sheets were clean. The TV had terrible reception with stripes across the screen. We did not eat breakfast there. The staff was pleasant enough. I would not go back again. The hotel is not run by Days Inn, it is licensed to a private operator. Maybe that is why the standards are low?

Dirty and old, looks like it was still going from the 80s... and that's the last time it was cleaned. Room was stocked with resale furniture and all the equipment in the gym was broken.

check in was fine. Clerk was very friendly. we came from Albany NY an 883 mile trip. The mens room in the lobby was out of service. we were told to use ladies room. not in greatest shape broken door knob, not filthy but certainly could have used some TLC. Got to our room turned on light the beds were neatly made, the room was very clean. went to plug cell phone charger in and it fell out of every power socket {outlet} we tried except one by sink with hair dryer and the lower left plug behind the stand between the two beds, The lamp on the table by the window had no on/off switch. it had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn light on and off, said outlet was very loose and missing outlet cover. The shower head was awesome as was the hot water and water pressure however the tub floor felt like i was going to fall through it at times. We were in town for NASCAR race. there was only 2 bath towels and a smaller towel to put on floor. that was supposed to last 2 people for 3 days. We had to go to front desk each night to ask for towels for next day. our room was never cleaned during out stay. not sure what ever happened to cleaning them everyday and making beds and exchanging towels bu they didn't do any of that. beds were very uncomfortable. A/C unit didn't keep room cool at all. parking lot and driveway full of pot holes and craters. We will never go there again

The elevator wasn't working and I had to climb stairs with luggage with a bad knee (scheduled for surgery). No signs in the lobby indicating the elevator is out of order nor was this told to me at check-in. The breakfast was nasty, cold coffee, a jug of sunny D and a gallon of milk in the fridge, pop-tarts, cereal was stale. I did not and would not eat there. The room had roaches, my son killed a huge roach in the bathroom. I was going to try and tough it out until I saw a roach on my bed crawling near my pillow. At that time, I gathered my things and left the facility immediately . I told the guy working Sunday night 10-12-25, that I was unable to stay there due to the uncleanliest and the roaches, especially in the bed. He told me he would handle this and would refund my money. I am still waiting on a call from the manager and a refund to my account for six (6) days that I was not able to stay there. It was disgusting. I'm going to contact the board of health as this place needs to be shut down.

You advertise that you have a pool. Turns out it was completely filled in and has out of control plant growth that looks terrible. Major disappointment. The shower in our first room didn’t work and there was a hole in the wall. One light and none of the outlets were safe. Luckily they moved us to a different room and it was a little better. Still not great though. Hot as can be all through the hotel and the ac barely worked. Skip this place and save yourself the frustration of a sub par place to stay. Will not be back.

Our room was roach infested and roaches were on the counter with the breakfast food. Milk, butter and spreads were all sitting out at room temperature. The parking lot was too small and the area appeared to be a drug dealing haven. The elevator had a terrible smell to it. The common areas were very hot/no a/c.

Filthy room and facilities. Stains on the carpets and mattress and bedding, peeling paint on the walls and torn furniture upholstery. I did not feel safe sleeping there. Amazed this place has not been shut down. Staff was kind enough to give me a full refund after I took one look at the room.

This hotel needs to be torn down. Everything is old and in need of renovation/repair. The room was scary bad. The bathroom shower looked dirty. The bed was awful. The window seals were broken, so the inside of the windows was covered in moisture. The entry had broken doors. It's hard to note everything wrong. Ultimately, it was so bad that we did not stay the night.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The rooms and overall cleanliness are far below acceptable standards—dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and an unpleasant odor throughout. Staying here genuinely feels like a health risk. It’s unfortunate because the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, but even their kindness can’t make up for the unsanitary conditions. I hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness for the safety and comfort of future guests.

Did not like anything!! Whole property was filty. Rooms walls were cracking, Cieling had patch repairs carpet worn and dirty. Hallway carpet filty even elevator was so dirty. Hotel needs a total makeover. Sickening !!!

My room was bad. Holes in the ceiling, the walls, the comforter, broken bathroom door latch, broken toilet paper holder, broken door to the adjoining room that was taped off, stains all over the carpet... I could go on. Plus, I did the online check-in because I was scheduled to arrive late and I had to repeat the entire process when I arrived. Will not stay here again.

Property was poorly maintained, holes in the plaster, no toilet paper holder, what looked like either moth holes or cigarette burns in the comforters, lights were on poorly timed motion sensors, there was an old connecting door between our room and the room next door that was poorly sealed with tape and a lock, and the towel rail by the sink came unattached from its fixture. Overall, convenient location for what we were in town to do, but the room itself was lackluster and dirty. The carpet was gritty, and there were odd smells coming from the microwave and refrigerator units. Also, the lobby women's restroom was out of order the entire duration of our stay. More fruit options than underripe bananas would be good for the breakfast available.

A case of you get what you pay for, for sure. Somewhat run down property, very sparse room. Automatic, timed bathroom light posititioned outside of the bathroom, that went out after less than 2 minutes in the bathroom. No way to access it inside the bathroom. Bathroom light fixture full of dead bugs. No comforter on the bed. Just a sheet and a very thin coverlet, and 3 small pillows about 12 x 12. Good enough for a place to sleep, I guess.

Carpet and walls were very dirty. No real blanket on the bed. Only the sheet, and a very thin decorative blanket. TV barely had any channels. Continental breakfast was some bread, cereal, milk, peanut butter and jelly,some oldStaff was ok.

I get it’s a no-frills place, but between missing lights/lampshades, the sink lights not working, the torn open room lock mechanism, and a bathroom with a water-swollen door that was tough to close among other room issues, this establishment was in utter disrepair. Oh, and breakfast was a bagged loaf of bread and a jar of jam like you gave in your own fridge.

This is a terrible hotel. It is dirty, the linen was torn, it is extremely outdated. I checked out within 1 hour of checking in was told I was going to be issued a refund and never received it.

The staff at this property were all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating. The hotel and property, however we’re horrible. The hotel is terribly run down. The are burns in the carpet. It looks like something had run down the walls in our room. There was a top sheet on our bed. No blanket or spread. We didn’t trust the cleanliness of the continental breakfast so we didn’t have it, not even coffee. I checked for bugs and didn’t see any evidence. I pray I didn’t end up with anything in our luggage. After showering in the terrible tub/shower enclosure that was rusted and worn, we couldn’t wait to leave and surely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Wyndham-you really need to step in and clean up this hotel and the property it sits on.

Overall this was fine: our room clean and spacious and relatively comfortable, which is what we cared most about for a one night visit. Limited amenities (bar of soap, mini combo shampoo / conditioner). The rest of the hotel seemed run down, but it was clear staff was keeping it as nice as possible (snacks in the lobby, complimentary water bottles, etc). Check in was a little odd, as we prepaid and checked in ahead of time early (including uploading photos of IDs, etc) and were told we could just walk up and pick up the key upon arrival — but no one was at the desk when we arrived for a good five minutes, and when they did arrive we had to produce IDs, credit cards, etc. again. Overall process was unclear and slow.

The visit started with a $25 charge for a 2hr early checkin and continued to fines being slapped on the place for multiple infractions regarding the elevator during an inspection which resulted in multiple fines, one for not paying for the license for years. There was a hole in the window (outermost pane). The room smelled of smoke. We arrived for breakfast at 6:45 and there was nothing to eat but 2 pieces of sad looking toast. Finally on our second night we were woken at 4am by a bunch of drunks. The last morning we went to my daughter’s final performance at YAGP and needed a late check out so should could shower and clean up. They had the audacity to try and charge $65 for 2 hrs. I think based on our experience it was the least they could do. The only charm was the 80s kitch look. The place hasn’t been touched in 35yrs. Should be shut down. It’s a joke.

check in was fine. Clerk was very friendly. we came from Albany NY an 883 mile trip. The mens room in the lobby was out of service. we were told to use ladies room. not in greatest shape broken door knob, not filthy but certainly could have used some TLC. Got to our room turned on light the beds were neatly made, the room was very clean. went to plug cell phone charger in and it fell out of every power socket {outlet} we tried except one by sink with hair dryer and the lower left plug behind the stand between the two beds, The lamp on the table by the window had no on/off switch. it had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn light on and off, said outlet was very loose and missing outlet cover. The shower head was awesome as was the hot water and water pressure however the tub floor felt like i was going to fall through it at times. We were in town for NASCAR race. there was only 2 bath towels and a smaller towel to put on floor. that was supposed to last 2 people for 3 days. We had to go to front desk each night to ask for towels for next day. our room was never cleaned during out stay. not sure what ever happened to cleaning them everyday and making beds and exchanging towels bu they didn't do any of that. beds were very uncomfortable. A/C unit didn't keep room cool at all. parking lot and driveway full of pot holes and craters. We will never go there again

I checked that there were no bed bugs, sheets were clean. I cleaned the grungy AC filter myself. Clerk walked away, down the hall, as I arrived to check in. When he returned, he ignored me and started texting on his phone. I said, "I'm sorry to interrupt you. You have important things to do." A film of grime was on the room. We didn't stay the night.

The overhead lights were black with gunk. The room smelled musty. There were multiple flies/bugs in the room, some already dead, some crawling. Our room was on the first floor and the window had a bar to prop it closed, making me question the integrity of the lock. The outer doors of the building were supposed to have locks, but there were none. The room DID NOT have a mini fridge or coffee/tea maker, even though they were mentioned as amenities each room had. The included 'breakfast" was some bagels and a gallon of milk, as well as some communal tubs/containers of things in a fridge. The ONLY positive I can give is that after the first night, I went to the front desk and asked to cancel the second night and refund it, and the gentleman was helpful, and I was able to get the refund for the canceled night.

Definitely liked the price. That’s where the positives ended beyond safety, security, and service. The site is unclean and needs investment in refurbishing bathroom amenities, carpeting, and furniture. Bedding is simple and practical. Customer service agents were pleasant, nice, and understanding. Location unbothered by loitering. Easy free parking in urbanized area.

The property was disgusting. There was a burn on the carpet in the shape of an iron, the siding deadbolt was broken, and the the room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months. Only upside was the nice front desk lady. She answered the phone quickly and processed a refund for the room at that moment.

Finding the hotel was difficult due to 82nd St closure for railroad track removal at this time. Room was dingy and dark. The room iron had burned into the carpet in one place. TV, HVAC, microwave, and fridge all worked. Breakfast was limited - no eggs, pastries, or meat. The intersection of I-69 with 82nd St was a mess in the dark!

I booked but did not stay. Upon entering the parking lot, there were people outside of the hotel, in the front, sitting in lawn chairs and smoking. They were within a few feet of my car. It felt and looked sketchy to me, but I still went in. Upon entering the hotel, I was met with a strong scent of cigarette smoke. It smelled like a bar where you can smoke. No one was at the front desk as I waited for like a minute. A guy came down the steps, with a cigar in his mouth openly smoking. I turned around and just left. This place did need give me a sense of security, and one of my daughters has asthma, so the smoking was an immediate no go for me. Sorry to say it, but it’s just bad. I did not speak to anyone or call to try and cancel, as I had already paid and booked. Also, I had to spend about another hour trying to find another place to stay.

The hotel had a bad smell, people were loitering in the parking lot with music blasting nearby all night. The bedsheets and pillowcases smelled of smoke in a non-smoking room. An outlet cover was off, the sink handle wobbled, the ceiling had exposed spots visible. Overall, would not recommend having family spend the night here.

We didn’t stay more than 15 minutes. The hotel was dirty, rooms were dirty, bed even looked dirty. The exterior of the property was dimly lit so it didn’t give the most confidence in the facility just pulling up to the hotel. The picture online did not match the conditions of the hotel. Probable won’t stay at another Day Inn. Contacted Expedia to cancel room and purchase another hotel room. Got the run around with Expedia Support or no Support as I would call it. The night ended at a Fairfield Inn not too far away that was excellent. Expedia charged for the Days Inn even though we didn’t stay. Not good support from Expedia on this stay.

Our room was roach infested and roaches were on the counter with the breakfast food. Milk, butter and spreads were all sitting out at room temperature. The parking lot was too small and the area appeared to be a drug dealing haven. The elevator had a terrible smell to it. The common areas were very hot/no a/c.

The staff was nice and the room served its purpose. The pictures were obviously taken a very long time ago, the place was as clean as it could be, the building is run down and in need of updates/repairs. Breakfast is a strong word for what was actually available but there was coffee, so thats a plus.

first room the minifridge was broken, the TV set had lines through the screen, the telephone was missing (I was concerned that I would get accused of taking it). The bathroom had not been cleaned, as there was hair in the bathtub. The second room we were put in everything worked and the phone was there, but wasn't much cleaner. Breakfast was very poor, toast and granola bars. They did offer cereal, but the milk and orange juice was NOT kept refrigerated during the breakfast hours, so we passed on that. Coffee was bitter, and only powered creamer was offered. We will not be staying there on our next trip..

Dirty, horrible smell, ice machine was broken, breakfast was an option of a piece of toast or a bagel or a fudge pop tart. A gallon of milk was in the refrigerator along with a bar of philly cheese for everyone to use.

The elevator wasn't working and I had to climb stairs with luggage with a bad knee (scheduled for surgery). No signs in the lobby indicating the elevator is out of order nor was this told to me at check-in. The breakfast was nasty, cold coffee, a jug of sunny D and a gallon of milk in the fridge, pop-tarts, cereal was stale. I did not and would not eat there. The room had roaches, my son killed a huge roach in the bathroom. I was going to try and tough it out until I saw a roach on my bed crawling near my pillow. At that time, I gathered my things and left the facility immediately . I told the guy working Sunday night 10-12-25, that I was unable to stay there due to the uncleanliest and the roaches, especially in the bed. He told me he would handle this and would refund my money. I am still waiting on a call from the manager and a refund to my account for six (6) days that I was not able to stay there. It was disgusting. I'm going to contact the board of health as this place needs to be shut down.

Stayed 10 nights in last 3 weeks for business. The value for the price was good a few minor issues imo, 4 different rooms throughout the stay most lights did not work and the tv was very confusing. The first room first night the tv was not even hooked up. Wish the lights worked better. But all in all ok for the price!

The hotel and property were filthy. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff were genuinely very nice.

Room was not well cleaned. The AC was loud and worked poorly. It made it difficult to sleep. There were safety hazards to include broken glass and the side door card reader was missing and the door was not locked where anyone could come in. I rated this on my check out form. I am throgh with Days Inn.

I reserved a room based on the mostly positive reviews and photos online. When I arrived, there were several people sitting in parked cars throughout the lot, which immediately made me uneasy. The man at the front desk was very kind and checked me in quickly, which I appreciated. However, once inside, it became clear the property was not what I expected. The lobby had multiple paper signs about “no loitering,” and guests were expected to leave the area immediately after using the vending machines. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable. The room itself was very run down. There was an adjoining door to the neighboring room secured only with a bar lock, partially blocked by a mini fridge and microwave. There was no working cable, several TV stations didn’t work, and tiles above the sink were completely missing. After leaving briefly for food and returning, I still did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. I went back to the front desk and explained that the hotel did not match the pictures or reviews and asked about canceling the reservation, which he did not seem surprised by the feedback. The employee was polite and refunded 3 of the 4 nights, though I was charged for the first night. Honestly, I was happy to pay the $70 just to leave. If safety and comfort are important to you, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
