Rooms have outside doors. Not a great neighborhood, pretty sure we saw a prostitute in the parking lot. Front desk staff was NOT friendly at all and they will only allow you 2 towels. You cannot get new towels unless you return your old ones and they would not provide any extra soap. Front of the AC unit fell off during the night when it kicked on. Very outdated room with a broken shower as well.

What staff there was, was great. The feont desk clerk was helping clean rooms at checkout. The hotel was clean and pet friendly. The hotel and infrastructure was very run down and the location is seemingly unsafe. The nearby restaurant was out of business and no onsite food.

I liked the location. It was close to the expressway and an easy access to other points around town. But the parking lot and the building itself could use some attention. There are potholes out side and holes in the drywall inside. Our door didn't completely shut (it locked, and we felt safe enough) and the curtains didn't completely shut out the light coming inside. Many of the other hotels around this one looked in similar need of cosmetic work.

We stayed for 3 nights and in no time, They did the cleaning or made the beds or replaced towels or amenities. The staff who were cleaning the next room were asked to please clean our room while we left and when we returned our surprise was to find everything just as we left it. They didn't take the trash out of the bin either, bad experience in this hotel in terms of cleanliness

Overall a great place on the cheaper end but the bed was very noisy and the TV only had picture and no sound but other than that I would recommend to anyone needing a hotel on the cheaper side.

The room was non smoking but smelled like a casino hall! I was happy to see no carpet but when I went to wipe up a spill I made I clearly could see that the gray tiles in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. It was so gross. The bed was very hard and could use a topper. It’s an older motel not hotel, this should be noted as even though this was just a stop for our trip I wish they could have cleaned better.

The staff at this place is rude as can be if you stay here I recommend making sure you check out as early as possible because they require $100 deposit to the point where if you're even a minute late after check out they don't return it which is just crazy to me I just stayed there not only was I just 6 minutes late for check out they kept my deposit the staff was rudest to be they literally just threw me out will never recommend this place

The worst experience! When I check in the person in front desk was polite but then we went to the room , I started to notice that there’s a lot of people living there, a lot of people staring at us, making me feel uncomfortable then when I got to the room the door was open everything was dirty and smelling like cigarettes when it was smoke free , call to report and no help ,right away I check out,they told me they can refund me anything till the manager approved it! Like are you serious! I didn’t even stay for 30 min till this day I’m waiting for the response!

There is a serious lack of amenities; no bath soap, hair conditioner, Kleenex, or wash cloths. The pillows were very hard. The person who checked me in was rude, acted as if I was interrupting his TV show. The person that checked me out was very pleasant. The advertisement of “free” breakfast consisted of coffee.

I went to Redrocf on 6109 East 43rd Street The clerk came out very disrespectful in talking crazy and I already paid for my room alone he had before my ID in my card I said you don't need my ID my card because all you need is an itinerary number cuz I've already paid for the room so I stayed the same hotel last week we want to do one and I did have to pay a f****** deposit so being him going back and forth I said I got $6 cash that's what I want to take no money off my car no more I don't see why I got the cash I don't have to use my card so and see as I give him the card my account card and my ID he mumbles up the depression calls me a broke ass n*****

Property really run down. Needs to be updated. Service was terrible. There is no maid service. Room floors were dirty and worn out. The TV did not work. The management told us a previous customer stole the remote and they don’t know why because the TV is so old, the remote won’t work on any other TV. The room was cold even though the temperature was set at 77. The communication of the staff was poor. Apparently, their friends wrote good reviews to make it sound like a decent place. The owners need to put money to update. Everything was low quality.
