This extended stay did offer the pots and pans to cook in the room with which was a huge plus!! The staff was super friendly and helpful

This hotel was very conveniently located, just a short walk from the hospital where my wife was having surgery. The facility is in average shape. The room floors are cleaned with something that leaves them a bit slippery. Breakfast offerings are minimal- coffee, tea, oatmeal packets, and pre-packaged muffins. The exercise room has two machines, but one was broken. The front desk staff was helpful.

Booked a hotel through third party paid got to room late and was told it wasn’t a clean room available so I was upgraded to a different room with a small fee although I was only there for a short time they do allow pets people were outside property in lawn chairs in the parking lot hotel had a smell Was a man working at the counter in a wheelchair very friendly accommodated me with extra linen Nice guy plenty of food around hotel right off highway I wouldn’t go back but room was decent for price and clean for the most part!

I was sad it had no ice machine. Breakfast food could use some work add some fruit to it

With this hotel you get what you pay for: room door would stick/hard to open, packaged muffins for “breakfast”, had to ask for kitchen utensils and even then didn’t get a full set. For overnight and need for a full size fridge it was adequate but barely that.

No trash cans in room had to leave out to throw away items. One elevator to get to room. There weren’t any public restrooms for guest downstairs in the hotel. Inconvience to handicap which my mother is so she had to take elevator and walk to my room was on second floor.

Staff very helpful and pet friendly

The cost of the stay was good. the kitchen was kinda dingy and not stocked. Had to ask for pots/pans, silverware, etc, which they had very little of. The cupboards were dirty and banged up. Needed a good paint job. Lobby coffee was often empty.

No pots for a room with a kitchenette and the eyes of the stove top didn't work properly. Took 45 mins for a pot of water to boil(purchased one). Cooking a whole meal was impossible.

Staff was friendly and helpful. But kitchen comes with ZERO dishes unless you pay more. LISTING SHOULD STATE THIS. Breakfast was coffee, instant oatmeal, granola bars, packaged muffins. No juice, no tea, no milk, no WATER even. At the very least the listing should say continental breakfast, if not "almost nothing for breakfast." I don't drink coffee so I had tap water for breakfast. Sliding pocket door to bathroom had literal smear of excrement on it, as well as a lot of dust. Apparently never occurs to them to shut the door to clean it. Dirty washcloth under the sink. But there's a note from housekeeping (tip reminder, really) saying "I personally checked this room." Not very well, you didn't. Otherwise seemed clean and was quiet.

Room- base boards coming of walls roaches coming under door. Bathroom sink fills up, takes long time to go down, no back on remote, fridge door kick in bath tub of ad rust and grit come out after turning water on, kitchen sink had very foul odor.

Adequate is the word I would use to describe this location. We needed three beds and a refrigerator. We had that. But the place was way out of date which other reviews will tell you as well. Our original hanging microwave was broken. So they just slapped another one on the counter and that microwave was even old. The bathroom door couldn’t shut because it was a pocket door hanging at an angle. We had to be strategic when showering. Very visible black mold around sink and tub. Both tub and vanity were painted over at some point in the past but were now beginning to chip. Down the hall was a dog that barked every time someone walked by until well past ten o’clock. The coach bed was worn and not clean. This location is very clearly used as long term housing for many which was fine but don’t be surprised when people walk around and talk like they live there because they do. Heard staff cussing a lot. It wasn’t the worst ever we’ve stayed at but close. Coffee was great. That was the one good thing but it wasn’t always full.

Arrived late Monday night, left early Wednesday morning. Horrible room, When I arrived the window was open, so old, had to get staff to close, realized it had been opened to cover smoking in room. Late in evening, no manager to call to complain to! Living room furniture missing, only one chair at desk. Flooring around fridge sticky, not cleaned. Carpeting looked dirty and patched. Couldn’t get shower to work, or find anyone to help me to fix it. Found one staff member who couldn’t figure it out either. When I did turn faucet in tub on, dirt shot out of drain. Luckily I spent all day with family, only had to be in room to sleep,which was hard with the overwhelming smoke smell. Wanted to leave early Wednesday morning, but waited until 8:10 am to talk to manager, who never arrived. When I finally did talk to manager, Heather, on the phone she was very rude, said I got that room because I had a pet, even though her desk staff did not know I had a dog, until I mentioned it. In other words , this is the room you get if you have a dog, even though you pay $25 a night extra. Rudest manager I ever met. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! Included breakfast was only packaged instant oatmeal and packaged muffin. Can’t think of one good thing to say about this place. Total rip off!

The room was dirty. Used Q-tip on the floor, bathtub so dirty we didn’t want to use it. Poorly maintained everywhere. No fan in the bath and the fan between the bedroom and the living area didn’t work so no A/C in the bedroom. The microwave and stove were rusty. The bathroom faucet extended about 1” into the sink making it useless. The room smelled like a crab feast and the rest of the hotel smelled like marijuana. People yelling at each other at 4:00 am. Horrible, horrible experience.

The hotel smelled like pot when we walked in. The smell wasn't in our room, but later in the night I could smell it. The sofa couch mattress was stained and super dirty. The hotel had also run out of clean linen so we used 2 blankets to make up the bed. The bathroom was clean. There were food crumbs in the cupboard. There were other areas that hadn't been fully cleaned. The beds and pillows were comfy. I will not be staying here again and I am really surprised that an Extended Stay was so bad.

We booked two rooms and both of them were really dirty. The pull out sofa was covered in stains and the blankets provided looked like they were not washed properly. Also both rooms had an awful smell

Oh my gosh this property was so filthy! : ( I needed to stay there to go to the hospital, it was conveniently located and had the kitchenette… so I chose it. However there were drug deals going on, fighting all night and pounding on the door. It smells like stale cigarettes, the floor was filthy and sticky the bathroom was dirty and the sheets were stained. I didn’t sleep all night long.

Hotel was very run down and dated. The beds were uncomfortable; 2 out of 4 adults ended up with back pain and stiff necks. Lots of things didn't work properly; the toilet had trouble flushing, sink kept getting backed up, sofa bed in first room was broken, when we moved to a new room, the sofa bed was barely able to hold the weight of our 13 year old. The place smelled of many things; pot, wet towels, Thai food, and cleaning supplies. Breakfast was simply a joke; packaged oatmeal and muffins and some bars. There weren't any fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. however, the staff were very friendly.

The room was clean, staff was friendly. However one of the windows was broken and made me feel unsafe, the phone didn’t work and since it was a tournament weekend, all hotels in the area were booked, so I was kind of stuck.

Sofa sleeper would not close all the way, therefore we could not sit on it to watch tv. The door to our room was falling off the hinges. Had to lift up and slam doot to close it. I reported it to the front desk at checkout.

Check-in was great, very personable clerk. Clean, large room. Breakfast was so-so, just coffee and instant oatmeal.

The reality of the situation is this, we had a paid for reservation and when we arrived at 8:45 at night, we were informed that there was no room available for us to stay in and then we had to call Hotels.com to get it all taken care of. 30 minutes later we finally get a replacement room at another hotel that was awful also. Very disappointed in Hotels.com and Extended Stay for this huge snafu in our trip north.

There was no “stay”. We were driving through and booked a hotel cuz it was getting late. It was 11:48p when we booked and I saw the rule stating “Any reservation that doesn’t check in by midnight will be cancelled” So I included in my Special Instructions that we were about an hour away and would be checking in around 1. We go there and there was no one at the front desk. My husband called the front desk and woke up the front desk worker who was passed out in the back room and completely HIGH on marijuana. (The entire lobby reaked) He came out and said that he couldn’t check us in because it was too late and refused to even let us get another room or refund our money. We went to the Marriott across the street where the attendant was very kind and not on drugs, which is always a plus, and he got us a room there. Very upset with Hotels.com for not being more helpful in all of this.

This property is old and needs updating. The staff is never at the front desk and the continental breakfast was regular instant oatmeal and coffee. So if you’re just looking to rest awhile or overnight, it will be suitable for just that!

I didn't get to check in because the hotel was "overbooked" according to the guy manning the front desk at 10:45pm

I got in late but when I tried to get into my room the door would not open. I believe the room has other guests in it and that they locked it from inside. Went down to check on my room number and couldn't find the staff member for maybe 15 minutes? Once I got a new room number I was able to get in. There was also no breakfast the next morning. I was there during the hours breakfast was supposed to be.

The staff there at that location were friendly and helpful. Willing to give someone a hand if needed. Thank you staff I enjoyed my stay and will again

Area was nice and fairly quiet for a Saturday night. Not totally satisfied with the room. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. The fridge was loud. learned that the mattress in the sofa sleeper was filthy because there was no linen on the mattress. I didn’t complain because it was after midnight when we returned before we noticed it and it was jus a one night stay.

Convenient stay as my husband was at Ortho Indy for an overnight after surgery. The room was clean, however, the hallway looks a bit shabby and dated. Fine for one night.

It was next door to the doctor office, right off the Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and even a gas station. Front seat was extremely friendly and sweet. Just perfect place.

This hotel was in a good location proximity wise for a wedding we were in town for. It was ok. The room had been cleaned, it just didn't feel clean. The breakfast was fruit bars and muffins. So we ended up eating breakfast out. Other than the convenience I would not stay again.

First online it said there was a pool. Then it said free continental breakfast.aA whole grain bar is all. When i've stayed at places they have have had scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, biscuit and gravy and more food. Also to ask for linens the first night was a challenge. Tiles in the bathroom were coming up. I don't recommend.

There was no breakfast the 3 mornings I was there. They blamed it on supplies not arriving. I think local staff should have been authorized to get dry cereal, milk and fruit as a minimum.
