This hotel is run down and in bad shape. Had we arrived earlier for our event, we would have tried to find a room elsewhere. We found french fries in the wardrobe. The door to the bathroom was in disrepair. The window did not block the traffic noise from outside. Elevator sounded like it was going to break down. Stairway not clean.

The place was "under construction" room was missing everything. I asked for a microwave to be put in and was told that they didnt have one, so basically SOL, asked different attending in the morning was assured i would get one placed in room, never happened. Asked for trash to be removed, never happened. Will now be staying there again.

For a quick in and out of western Indianapolis, without the airport prices, this Motel 6 is just fine. The lobby smells strongly of cigarettes, but the non-smoking rooms do not. The elevator's brakes need attention as they are loud but work just fine. The motels location can't be beat. So close to most things. And plenty of parking as it's right next to Sam's Club. Room has small refrigerator and a microwave. And you can't beat the price.

Easy property to access from 465. Other hotel choices in the area. This hotel shares a parking lot with a Holiday Inn. Had a king room with desk, but no chair. It had a wardrobe with no hangers……pay the little bit extra and stay somewhere nicer!

The smoke detector was missing from the room. One of the light switches was broken. Little beetles scurrying around. The elevator sounded so scary we stopped using it. We were trying to save money by staying here but it would have been worth it to spend more for somewhere else

I understand every one will have a different experience. Ours was terrible. Staff was very unprofessional. The hotel looks and feels like its on its last leg. Elevator feels unsafe. They can not do their jobs correctly and woke us up the first night because they mever updated the information on their system. No smoke alarms. Dirty rooms idk know the list goes on. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND THANK ME LATER.

Found cockroaches in the room. The Manager Mary apologized for the problem after shiwing her picures from inside the room. Was promissed a full refund, but Mr. B, the owner, refused to refund me 2 days. Mind you I stayed there for one day only after I discovered the pests infestation. Also the hotel is very noisy, no breakfast, not even afternoon cofee or tea, just cheap cheap service. I guess Mr. B wants to collect your money, not refund it when there is a legitimate issue with the service or the facility,

There was blood on two out of three pillows on the bed. Literally infested to the point that I could not sleep I was so creeped out, with cockroaches. My boyfriend informed the front desk about the bugs and blood and literally zero was done about it. She said it’s a new room as if that makes it better and said she couldn’t move us because they were full. And I had already paid in full but I did not stay the second night, found other accommodations. 0 out of 10 recommend.

Pictures are not accurate. Entire facility is filthy (lobby, halls, elevator, actial room). Off-putting odor from filth, weed and pets. Room: tattered curtain half hung, 1 screw in toilet seat, shower was crindgy, springs popped through 3in mattress, 2 flat pillows on each bed, no lamps only bright cam lights overhead, TINY odd sounding tv, no clocks, no phone. Elevator made so much noise/shaking we never got back on it again. Literally so bad that my 7 year old son asked nervously if we were really staying here?! We did NOT stay.

There was no water pressure at all. I could barely shower and definitely could not wash my hair. There were some holes in the ceiling that had bath tissues shoved in them and you could hear EVERYTHING from the halls and other rooms. It was good for the price. The sheets and towels were very clean and the room was spacious

The lobby was gross, I thought the elevator was going to break down, the room looked like it was from 1980, dirty, stuff missing from the walls, cigarette burns on the sheets. Hard mattress and 2 pillow that were super thin and uncomfortable.

This stay was part of a longer trip and was a quick stop on the way to our next destination. The room was non-smoking, but you could smell that others were smoking in other rooms. There was no actual bathroom door, just a divider that you pulled closed. The main lock on the door wasn’t aligned well, so you had to push down hard on the handle to get it to engage and disengage.

It is a very dated and run down hotel, they are currently going through a remodel, we had 2 rooms, neither room had a bathroom door that would close all the way and the one room had a shower head that was so clogged you only got water out of a few spouts. It's a no smoking hotel but the rooms around us all had active smokers in them, you could smell it badly in the hallway and occasionally in the room. The front desk staff were incredible, the manager and the woman that worked the two afternoons/evenings we were there are lovely. They without prompting gave us extra toiletries and towels and were a breeze getting us checked in and out, as well as chatting with us about local things and what to watch out for. I give the hotel a 2/5, I give the staff a 5/5. Give the front desk ladies a raise or a bonus or something. The hotel rooms are the definition of "you get what you pay for"

Very easy to get to, travel to, and stay at! My biggest “inconvenience” was that there wasn’t an outlet next to my bed, but a long cord on my charger rectified that. I needed a place to sleep amidst 12-to-14 hour work days, and it was just that. No complaints! Staff is super friendly and helpful! No complaints, if my work ever finds me in Indianapolis again, I will look here first!

Tried to claim I never made reservations even though I was able to provide proof and verification that I had made a reservation. Well in advance told me I was going to have to call the company, which, of course brings suit directly to the hotel and after 30 minutes finally mysteriously found my reservation, even though they tried to charge me twice.

They gave my reserved room away to someone else. They gave me another room that didn't have a king size bed like I had reserved. They sent me first to the room that I had booked and my key wouldn't work and people were in there the whole fiasco took over 30 minutes. I was exhausted when I got there so that didn't help at all. Let's say that me being highly disappointed would be an understatement. I'll never stay at another motel 6.

Staff was great! Location perfect for what I needed. Shops and food were close by. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They're in need of updating and they were doing that during my stay, so I hope when I return next year, I can post pics of the new rooms.

The staff was amazing at this property! Check in was quick and easy with Shireen, and when my brother left his bag and we had to catch a flight, Peggy was amazing in letting the bag be stored for a week before family in the area could come pick it up for us. Also a very convenient location for the Indy 500!

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We received 3 calls prior to our check in time. Making sure we were coming. I told them each time we would be checking in around mid night due to the ARCA race. I was told it was not a problem. We arrive around 12:30am. Doors all locked, no one at the desk and we cannot get in since we didnt have a key yet. I called multiple times. Finally someone answered the call. They said the person at the desk must be in the bathroom. We waited for 25 minutes outside for someone to slowly show up. She looked like she just got out of bed. It was a horrible experience. The area by the check in area was a mess and there was a cockroach on the coffee table. Got to our room, no shampoo, soap and a toilet paper roll that was nearly gone. Hotel was loud! You could hear everything. By far the worst hotel we have ever been at. Customer service was by far the worst. Do not stay here! It is a freaking joke. The employees were a joke!

The area by the check in area was a mess and there was a cockroach on the coffee table. Got to our room, no shampoo, soap and a toilet paper roll that was nearly gone. Hotel was loud! You could hear everything. By far the worst hotel we have ever been at. Customer service was by far the worst. Do not stay here! It is a freaking joke. The employees were a joke!

Staff was great! Location perfect for what I needed. Shops and food were close by. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They're in need of updating and they were doing that during my stay, so I hope when I return next year, I can post pics of the new rooms.

Located not too far from the airport next to Sams Club. The property is very run down with pretty much everything falling apart. There are no smoking signs everywhere but the hallway smelled like an ashtray. There seems to be some long term residents who are blasting music that could be heard outside. I thin no matter how much you clean this place, it wont make much diffrence given the condition.

For a quick in and out of western Indianapolis, without the airport prices, this Motel 6 is just fine. The lobby smells strongly of cigarettes, but the non-smoking rooms do not. The elevator's brakes need attention as they are loud but work just fine. The motels location can't be beat. So close to most things. And plenty of parking as it's right next to Sam's Club. Room has small refrigerator and a microwave. And you can't beat the price.

The lobby and hallway smelled funky. The room was actually decent. Clean, snd smelled fine. Staff was pretty friendly. Good place to crash for the night. I did find a automatic rifle casing in the parking lot.. so, yeah. But, it didn't seem like a sketchy area or anything.

It was just okay, the bed wasn’t comfortable but the room was moderately clean. Since it is next to a highway you can hear trucks and cars zipping by all night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cheapest hotel in the area..1/3 of the price of the other ones. The staff was helpful getting me checked in and the room was very clean. Great little budget spot!

The place is awful. The air is filthy, it hits you like a baseball bat in the face when you enter the room (and it wasn’t much better in the corridor). Worst hotel I’ve ever been. The only positive was that we didn’t see bed b*gs.
