Staff was friendly and helpful, however facilities are in major need up renovation. Bathtub/shower needed replaced and WiFi is unreliable. No working ice machines, or upstairs vending machines. For the price it was clean and otherwise worth the stay.

Lets take the pool off the ad as accessible. It was closed and likely not to open without multiple repairs. Room good. What mm happened to days of daily cleans? My garbage overflowed.

Everything is ok and decent mostly paid for the pool because it’s hot but either they don’t have a cleaning guy for the pool orr it’s down I guess need to get the pool up😂

I "DID NOT" like much of anything about the place! I couldn\'t find any staff to check in... it took some time to get checked in! NO BREAKFAST. The tub area was so stained and had cigarette burns that I wouldn\'t have showed in that thing to save my life. Ice machine on third floor was broken and a sigh reading, "Ice On 1st Floor" was taped to the broken machine... the bad part is, I didn\'t have access the 1st floor with my room key AND No Staff Was Around to help me out. A disappointing place to stay indeed!

Was quite even tho just off the main road and highway. Right next to a Texas Roadhouse if you want to sit down and grab a bite, or several other dinning options within walking or short 5 min drive. If your a cookie or coffee fan both are just up the road by a target. There’s also a Panera just across the street. The rooms were clean. The room was mostly updated. There was a pool tho it wasn’t open during my stay. As a hole it was a nice affordable room in a great location near anything you might need. If you book ahead you might even be able to catch dinner and a show beef and boards theater witch is always has a wonderful show and food. For the price and location it’s hard to beat.

Beds very dirty and room, bathroom looked like it was never cleaned urine stains on toilet seat. Wires exposed and cover off of AC window unit. Stains on bed sheets, hair, and still trash in trash cans.

The location is good and one can fine many eateries and shops around. The overall condition is quite poor and needs improvement. The room itself and bed was good with clean sheets. The bathroom was ok with very basic toiletries.

The hotel itself and service were OK. But the room was not very clean. In particular, there was some sand in the bed which suggests they hadn't changed the sheets since the last person stayed there. It was also low on amenities - only one small bath towel and I had to go to the front desk and ask for cups because there were none in the room. Only 1 sheet and very thin bedspread on the bed. Also no coffee maker, although they did have coffee in the lobby.

My Tom wasn’t clean the tub was really dirty with a ring around the tub so that was a big issue it looked ad if someone had rolled in the mud and then took a shower I don’t know how housekeeping missed that.It was quiet and there wasn’t a point when I didn’t feel safe so that was a plus.

The only thing i appreciated about this place was the guy behind the desk. He promptly fixed the issues which was nice. Other than that EVERYTHING was horrible. The first room we checked into was the single king bed bottom floor. Walked in and instantly smelled old cigarette smells and must. Started examining the beds and baseboards like i do everywhere i stay. Couldnt see any bugs or eggs at this point but multiple condom wrappers, various other trash, and god knows what else. As i preceded to the bathroom i was disappointed by what i seen even more. It was almost like being in a 3rd world country and i refused to shower or use the toliet. As im looking i happen to see something moving on the floor. When i shine a light on it i realize its a baby cockroach crawling across the bathroom floor. Im done and i called the front desk and he came over to look. He agreed to move us inside to a 3rd floor room with double beds. Again that room wasnt much better and smelt terrible but no bugs and no trash. It was late so we just dealt with it. At one point the door stopped working and anyone could have just walked in. They were quick to fix it when we did finally realize it wasnt locking anymore. I HIGHLY recommend you go anywhere but here!

Massive crack in the window being held together by tape. Tv did not work. Cigarette burns and stains in sheets. The shower did not look clean, and the toilet did not seem to be installed properly. There were only enough items for one person when the reservation was for two people.

The only thing great about this property is that there is great dining within walking distance. The room was poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. The only reason I chose this property was for the rates through Expedia

Definitely an old property, but modest renovations were done. Walking in the door, the front desk is behind a thick plexiglass partition. Immediately, conveys it may not be safe. Looks like modest renovations on the room ... flooring, countertop, tub surround, lighting. But definitely a "spartan look. Bathroom was tiny. Bed bedding were good. AC ujnit worked fine.

The room consisted of a bed, dresser, microwave, and refrigerator. No chairs, or anywhere to put your luggage except the floor. The room was not equipped with a closet or shelving of any kind. Towels and wash clothes were placed on the back of the toilet.

The staff was absolutely 💯 rude and broke the ADA laws left and right. They charge whatever they want and watch your every move on the camera's. Very obstrusive and curse at the drop of a the hat. Don’t send anyone to this place. They offer a dirty taped together room with molded bathroom's and no smoke detectors. No breakfast and they don't even care what is going on with your family, just pay. They are nasty.

Was charged a $50 deposit upon arrival, which was fine. But, i was only given $25 of it back and when asked why i didn’t receive my full deposit back, the front desk hung up on me. Overall very unprofessional and will not be staying here again, I recommend finding any other hotel to stay at unless you want your deposit kept for absolutely no reason.

No one was there to check you in. The building was locked down and when I tried to get a refund and cancel the room the website states NO REFUNDS currently working through Expedia to resolve and get my money back

This is the most basic of the basic. I would only stay here if being completely homeless was my other option. We heard shooting right outside our door in the middle of the night. This is a old motel that they are trying to bring back but trust me its nowhere near what it should be.

BEWARE HOOD RATS EVERYWHERE!! Tried canceling this 2 days before, even had hotels.com try to contact the property with no avail. Went to the property directly and as I was getting out of the car almost stepped on a syringe!, going into the office I was approached by 2 “migrants” which were demanding money from me. I ran back to my car where the 2 proceeded to throw rocks at my vehicle. This whole area is pretty rough but this hotel is a total dump! I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there

BEWARE HOOD RATS EVERYWHERE!! Tried canceling this 2 days before, even had hotels.com try to contact the property with no avail. Was quite even tho just off the main road and highway. Right next to a Texas Roadhouse if you want to sit down and grab a bite, or several other dinning options within walking or short 5 min drive. If your a cookie or coffee fan both are just up the road by a target. There’s also a Panera just across the street. The rooms were clean. The room was mostly updated. There was a pool tho it wasn’t open during my stay. As a hole it was a nice affordable room in a great location near anything you might need. If you book ahead you might even be able to catch dinner and a show beef and boards theater witch is always has a wonderful show and food. For the price and location it’s hard to beat.

The only thing great about this property is that there is great dining within walking distance. The room was poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. The only reason I chose this property was for the rates through Expedia

Uncomfortable beds, shower broken, alarm clock non functional, front desk staff not at front desk, upon check in and check out, waited with 5 year old running behind desk. Said ring bell for staff but no bell existed. It was horrible experience, will never ever think or recommend. In short it was nightmare 5 hours stay. Not even a simple cup of coffee to offer.

The hotel itself and service were OK. But the room was not very clean. In particular, there was some sand in the bed which suggests they hadn't changed the sheets since the last person stayed there. It was also low on amenities - only one small bath towel and I had to go to the front desk and ask for cups because there were none in the room. Only 1 sheet and very thin bedspread on the bed. Also no coffee maker, although they did have coffee in the lobby.

I "DID NOT" like much of anything about the place! I couldn\'t find any staff to check in... it took some time to get checked in! NO BREAKFAST. The tub area was so stained and had cigarette burns that I wouldn\'t have showed in that thing to save my life. Ice machine on third floor was broken and a sigh reading, "Ice On 1st Floor" was taped to the broken machine... the bad part is, I didn\'t have access the 1st floor with my room key AND No Staff Was Around to help me out. A disappointing place to stay indeed!

The room was the only decently cleaned part of hotel. The lobby was dirty, the breakfast area was not so clean , infact breakfast is for namesake, it is avoidable. Try to book other place if available, this can be option only if you want to sleep in and go. The bed were not comfortable too. Even though booking said for queen beds, the beds were of full size only.

To me, the two most important features are room cleanness and quality of all staff members. This property failed miserably on both points. I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
