We have stayed here a couple of times and seems this last time the rooms were not as clean as before. The shower curtain liner had seen much much better days and the dust on the air vent under the windows was filthy.

After traveling over 659 miles, arrived in the evening with no one around in lobby, had to call out numerous times for person to appear, went to our room, went to check out bathroom, clean towels but toilet had BLACK RING ALL INSIDE RIM WITH FECES ON SEAT AND UNDER SEAT! That toilet hadn’t been cleaned in months,Absolutely Disgusting! Tried to call Lobby, no one answered, then had to go back down to lobby, again, no one around had to keep calling out finally he appeared, went to room he too looked disgusted and then put us in different room.Breakfast , no decaf coffee, stale muffins, we checked out. Emailed Sonesta Hotels they responded quick stating this hotel was independently owned, but they reached out to them and said we would hear soon, I said I wouldn’t leave this review without reaching out to them first but No One has contacted me, has been over a week. Stayed there Sept 29,2026 and checked out next day . I will never stay in a Sonesta Hotel Again!

Not only did the staff not inform us that we needed to request having our roomed cleaned the next day. They let the maid go at 2 pm. They said they would leave clean towels in the room. We hit back at 11 pm no towels. The front desk who told me he would do it past it on to the next guy. The shower had mold, also tiles were chipped, the peep hole had toilet paper stuff in it. Also ask for top floor room, got second floor. The breakfast buffet which was supposedly open till 10 am, he started cleaning up at 9:45 am, he had to put the plates back out 3 times. At 9:50. All food was taken away. Do not waste your time or money to stay here. Was going to sign up for there loyalty card. But after this no thank you .
