Property is in terrible condition. Lock on the lobby door was ripped out and I had to put my hand in my jacket pocket in order to open it without cutting my hand. Once I entered my room there were roaches crawling in the stove. So glad I was only staying one night

Staff was nice, just poor experience. Got stuck in a smoking room because the non smoking rooms were booked. WiFi wasn’t working or access code was “given to too many people”. Fire alarm went off at 4:30 am and trucks showed up. Just awful day there as a whole.

Check in was annoying because it was "after hours" (like 9pm). You have to pick up a phone in the lobby and call a national number that pages someone to come to the front desk to get you a key. The beds are very uncomfortable and every time someone moves, the entire bed shakes. You can hear everything because the motel is so cheaply built. You can hear people walking above you all night and the guy snoring next to you. Spend a little more money and get a nicer place if you want to sleep.

This is almost entirely an extended stay which I didn’t realize. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely no amenities not even a coffee pot! It was clean though so I will give kuddos to the cleaning staff. I didn’t feel safe so will never return.

There is no signage on Ash street to locate the property. Staff had to move us to a new room because there was no cable box for the TV. The reception on the tv was terrible. There was a snow storm that day. Bed was comfortable. Showerhead was lacking. Property was vlean. No items to use to cook for the cooktop. No blow dryers on property.

The office hours are an inconvenience to say the least. It took almost 20 minutes to get checked in because you have to use a lobby phone to call a third party who then has to call the attendant who then has to come open the office to check you in. Once I got to my room, I was greeted by a bad smell and a dead bug on the floor and also tissue shreds and dust bunnies around and under the bed. It was a cheap room, but I would not stay there again.

Horrifying smell inside!! Smelled like rotten bologna! People sitting in lawn chairs at the front entrance smoking. Staff acted like we were an inconvenience. Room was filthy. We left the hotel within an hour and didn’t stay the night. Puke!!

Front desk staff minus one woman was rude and not inviting when checking in. The entire hotel smelled like cat pee and cigarettes as well, when getting to my room the air was not on and the stench of someone who smoked and had pets was wafting through the room. I was able to get rid of the smell but all in all I would not stay here again. But hey you get what you pay for.

Our room had mold, and holes in the wall as well as missing paint. The floors were covered in caked up dirt, the blankets had holes and tares in them. The television didn't work, no staff at the front desk after five. The elevators smelled like cigarettes and had mold in the lighting. I have pictures of everything. And would very much like a refund for the stay. Especially when there's a sign stating weekly prices at 279$ and I paid 240$ for two days. And nightly rates are 49.99. Also there were more then a few cockroaches, and in the middle of the night the fire alarm was pulled.

The TV worked for like 10 minutes, very poor set-up. The mattress was hard and it slid around on a cheap metal base. On Christmas day, my room key stopped working. Took me 45 minutes to get someone to the front desk. She said it was her day off. What if something bad happened? Never stay there again!

We got very little rest due to noise from both inside the hotel and outside. (Train ran close by and woke us up several times and we could hear every car that parked outside in the parking lot.) Thin walls, could hear conversations going on all night. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in with only 1 thin bedspread. No blow dryer in the room either, had to send husband to Walmart to buy one. And when we checked in we were told that the cleaning staff would be knocking on the door at 9 am to get a head start.

Cheap, clean; noisy, every movement in bed creaked and popped (all night), no constant fan on the A/C, no hairdryer, no cups in room for water, no hand towels, light came through wooden blinds. Very basic, but would at least have liked a cup for a drink of water.

Check in staff was great other than that I will never stay here again. I should have asked for a refund of my stay. Dirty bathroom, cockroaches and other sort of insects living among the room. Dirty bed sheets - sticky floors. Very rude staff came banging on our door while dead asleep @ 8:30 AM - telling us we are having complaints from other rooms due to our dog barking. Then rudely asked if our dog is ok and to take him outside. Told the person he is barking because you came to our room and starting banging on the door, yes he is going to be barking at you like what????? Then come to find out the dogs barking where in fact serval rooms down the hall. Didn’t even apologize and was very nasty to me the whole conversation.

Then come to find out the dogs barking where in fact serval rooms down the hall. Didn’t even apologize and was very nasty to me the whole conversation.

The office hours are an inconvenience to say the least. It took almost 20 minutes to get checked in because you have to use a lobby phone to call a third party who then has to call the attendant who then has to come open the office to check you in. Once I got to my room, I was greeted by a bad smell and a dead bug on the floor and also tissue shreds and dust bunnies around and under the bed. It was a cheap room, but I would not stay there again.

We got very little rest due to noise from both inside the hotel and outside. (Train ran close by and woke us up several times and we could hear every car that parked outside in the parking lot.) Thin walls, could hear conversations going on all night. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in with only 1 thin bedspread. No blow dryer in the room either, had to send husband to Walmart to buy one. And when we checked in we were told that the cleaning staff would be knocking on the door at 9 am to get a head start.

This is almost entirely an extended stay which I didn’t realize. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely no amenities not even a coffee pot! It was clean though so I will give kuddos to the cleaning staff. I didn’t feel safe so will never return.

They said no pets and no smoking.. guess what.. dog was barking next door all night and cigaret and weed smoke all over the floor. First place that didnt have coffee in the rooms. Dont serve breakfast, wont take diacount bc manager was not on site.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon…the room was nice but the TV did not work…the lady working the front desk tried 3 times during the evening to fix the TV…no luck. She could not get us another TV…and could not get us a different room. It still did not work on Saturday…while we were out Saturday, the front desk worker installed a new TV in our room…However, the Spectrum cable box would over heat every 10-15 minutes, so we had to set it on a bag of ice in order to watch uninterrupted TV…I expect to have a normal, working TV in the year 2026.

The TV the whole week of my stay shut off and on I would have to unplug it wait at least 20 to 25 minutes then plug back in the cable go in and it will start back up it only lasted about a good 8 minutes and this is how my stay went the whole time forget trying to watch a program because by the time I put it back on half of it was already gone it took 20 to 25 minutes because if you plugged it in prior to that trying to rush it it would say signal out

Must be an older facility. Seemed pretty worn out. Overall smelled bad. Cable portion of TV didn't work, cord on blinds was broken so couldn't close blinds. Bathroom was clean but the bath towels were damp. Was so tired I just went to bed and left in the morning.

While the staff was very helpful in accepting my cash for a room, the bathroom toilet was full and stopped up with the last tenants waste! The TV 📺 kept turning off needing to be reset to the cox service. It wasn't a good experience all that night and the next morning. I wasn't going to pay for another day!
