This is an old property. We got there and found out the pool was closed and had been closed for a year. I paid for a one bedroom suite planning on using the pull out bed as my wife snores so she got the bedroom and I got the pull out bed in the main room. The pull out bed was terrible. Bad mattress, bad springs, and it could not be slept on without causing pain. I ended up having to pull off the couch pillows and using them to sleep on the floor. Now for the good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good for a “free breakfast “ and the lady that ran it insured the hot buffet items were hot, full and kept clean. She did an excellent job and continually insured items were full in all other areas.

I didnt see on the site that the pool was down the internet was spotty in my room the bed was uncomfortable and i got these little red bumps all over my back from the bed, also the water pressure was definitely lacking. The staff and service were the only thing that made up for the other things.

This was fantastic for me as I travel for work and it was great not being bottled up in a tiny room. The front desk girls were so kind and helpful! Breakfast was better than most places! I also got an upgrade since they over booked and that was really nice!

Keisha is an excellent employee and an example of the perfect host. She was able to change our room to be more accommodating for my dad who is elderly. She deserves praise and s large raise for her thoughtfulness. Breakfast buffet was great 👍

Teresa and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job getting the rooms ready for the swifties in town for the concert. We arrived for concert #2, and the first concert goers partied all night and were late checking out. Thanks For a great stay! Delicious breakfast too!

The staff was friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Unfortunately the property is so neglected that it only represents the Residence Inn brand through the configuration of rooms. Bad plumbing and AC made it a challenge. The staff moved us, but it only solved one issue. I’m amazed that they can retain such amazing employees when they have to apologize and try to accommodate guests day in and day out.

Stannade 1 natt

Pool was closed. Ice machine Broken with portable ice machine with no scoop. Extremely expensive on holiday weekend. Carpet coming up. Regular AC in room non-operational, so they had a portable unit in the corner. Breakfast not kept stocked. People waiting around with no refilling doing prime breakfast time. Workers were very nice. Besides that, a definite no-go.
