Kitchen sink leaking water and roaches everywhere

The carpet was dirty and there were bugs on the floor so I left couldn’t stay there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My room was among the cleanest rooms I had ever been in, but it did not smell like it, and I mentioned that in my check-in review. However, the GM is exceedingly kind and walked with me to my room, saying she met with housekeeping in order to freshen up my room when I was away. The room did smell much better and I had great service from her at the front desk as well as one of her other employees throughout my visit, they even complemented me on my jacket. This hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the rooms look brand-new and have plenty of amenities, including silverware in the drawers. Next time I stay in the area, I will probably be here.

The room had roaches, I couldn’t deal with it anymore and left a week early. I have several pictures of the roaches and will be doing a further complaint will Kansas officials.
